TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CON CERN:
Be it known that I, THOMAS PRATT, of Valparaiso, in the county of' Porter, 'in the State of Indiana, have ',A. D. 1867, inl Letters Patent'No. 61,097; and I do hereby declare that the following is"a.full, olea-r, and exact description of the construction und operation of the sume, reference being had to the annexed drawing.
A' A. is an entire piece of iron, one end of which is the handle, and the other one of' the jaws of the wrench. B is the other janvl of the wrench, also of iron.
