Be it known that I, J OEN CARSON FEBIGER,
J r., a citizen of the United States, residing at Newf Orleans, in the parish of .Orleans, State of Louisiana, haveinvented. a new and useful Improvement in Water-Closet Seats, of
which the following is a Specification, reference being had to the accompanying draw- 'ings, forming a part thereof, in which-- Figure 1 represents the top. of the seat and a fragment of the ,lid in closed position, and Fig. 2 shows a vertical section of the seat as Q it appears wi'th'th'e lid down.
