- a hydraulic cylinder is utilized containing a connecting rod connected to an upper end of the beam'carrying the socket. Actuation of the hydraulic cylinder raises and lowers the beam with respect to the dolly and thus raises or lowers the frame carried in the socket.
- the invention comprises a frame having a generally flat top member supported by generally vertical angularly disposed struts carried in the socket, in turn carried by one of the beams articulated to an axle of one of the wheels of the dolly.
- the frame member and dolly can be utilized together with a second frame member and dolly by disposing the same in general alignment and providing a connecting means between the generally flat members as more fully disclosed below.

- the illustrated apparatus of the invention consists of a dolly 1 having a socket 5 holding the lower ends of struts 2,3, whose upper ends are attached to a horizontal supporting frame 4. Parts 2 to 5 form a frame for carrying the room form.
- the dolly 1 consists of two beams 7 parallel to one another and a beam 8 disposed between these beams, the socket 5 being fastened to beam 8 by means of a pivot pin 6.
- Beams 7 and 8 are joined together at their one end by an axle 9 on which a wheel 10 is mounted.

- the vertical form parts a are backed off slightly from the walls f, by hand for example.
- the dolly l tilts by the angle [3, whereupon the support member or block 13 lies on the top of floor c and thus prevents any further movement of dolly l as seen in FIGS. 3 and 8.
- the crane hook h is then low ered, the rear end of the form part a can engage the roof e (FIG. 3).
- the room form in this position is secured against dropping out of the building.
- the room form is attached to a cable i hanging from crane hook h such that it is suspended horizontally when the crane hook h is lifted (FIG. 4).
- both wheels of the dolly could be of the same size.
- a single frame member can be constructed having a pair of wheels on either size thereof and a frame member, the top member of which can have a size sufficient to cover an entire ceiling. Additional support members or struts can be used and frame systems comprising a plurality of such dollies supporting top members of substantial length can be utilized. It is even possible to provide a mechanized dolly system which supplies power to the wheels of the dolly to facilitate disposition of the dolly in the building and withdrawal of the dolly and frame. including the room forms after the poured concrete has set.
- An apparatus to facilitate the extraction of a room form comprising a horizontal part and a vertical part which apparatus comprises a frame forcarrying said room form, said frame carried on a two-axled dolly having at least two wheels, said dolly being pivotable with respect to said frame, said frame being heightadjustable in relationship to said dolly, to one of the wheels of said dolly a supporting means being affixed having a flat bottom disposed a distance above the plane on which said wheels may run, whereby the supporting means contacts the said plane when the wheels on the axle leading in the direction of the extraction of the form fall below the level of said plane to cause pivoting of the dolly with respect to the frame to thus arrest the extraction of said dolly, frame and form.
- said dolly comprises two beams articulated together at the axle of one of the wheels of said dolly, one of said beams pivotally carrying a socket supporting said frame and the other of said beams connecting the axle of one of said wheels to the axle of the other of said. wheels.
- An apparatus wherein there is provided means varying the angle between said beams whereby to raise or lower said frame.
- said means comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a connecting rod connected to the upper end of the beam carrying said socket, said cylinder disposed therebeneath.
- said supporting means comprises a block of a material of high coefficient of friction in relation to concrete which block projects angularly downwardly from the smaller wheel toward the larger wheel.
- said frame comprises a generally horizontal top member supported by a pair of generally vertical angularly disposed struts, the lower ends of which are carried in said socket.
