4. In conbination, a pair of e1ectrical conductots of naterial capable of being Superconductive, at least one 0f Said conductors being il the form of a honow shell and having a ct0sssectional area at least ten tinles as great as the cr0SS-sectiona1 area of Said other conductor, the,
