- a cap body attaching portion 21 to which the cap body 12 is attached is formed near the upper end portion of the skirt member 11 .
- the cap body 12 is a member that is composed of resin and has a bottomed circular cylindrical shape of which an outer diameter is formed to be a substantially same diameter as the skirt member 11 , and is attached to the cap body attaching portion 21 such as to be fitted outside.
- the cap body 12 When the accommodating container 1 of the invention of the present application is used, the cap body 12 is removed. As a result of the inner cylindrical member 9 and the skirt member 11 being held in the hand, and the skirt member 11 being rotated in the circumferential direction, the dish member 3 is raised, and the stick cosmetic 2 that fills the dish member 3 protrudes from the inner cylindrical member 9 and is used.
- the dish member 3 when the dish member 3 is raised to near the upper dead point by the rod member 8 being raised, the engaged state between the dish member 3 and the rod member 8 is substantially released. Therefore, in a case of use by a typical usage method, a stopper function (not shown) that does not rise to near the upper dead point or temporarily stops before the upper dead point is preferably provided.
- the dish member 3 when the dish member 3 is exchanged during a manufacturing stage or the like, the dish member 3 is raised to near the upper dead point, the engaged state between the engaging piece 5 of the dish member 3 and the engaging portion 6 of the rod member 8 is substantially released, and the dish member 3 is exchanged.
- a second embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 9 mainly differs from the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention, described above, in that: a rod member 8 A that is formed using a rod main body 13 A in which a guide groove 22 is formed in the flat portion 14 and a rotation prevention member 17 A that has a guide piece 23 that is inserted into the guide groove 22 are used; and an engagement releasing mechanism 20 A in which the dimension of the engaging portion 6 in the upper end portion of the rod member 8 A is increased by the guide piece 23 and the guide groove 22 when the dish member 3 is positioned near the upper dead point is used.
- Working effects similar to those of the above-described accommodating container according to the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention can be achieved even by an accommodating container 1 A such as this.
- the engagement releasing mechanism 20 A may be that in which the guide piece 23 is formed in the rod member 8 A and the guide groove 22 is formed in the rotation prevention member 17 A.
- a third embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in FIG. 10 to FIG. 12 mainly differs from the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention, described above, in that: an extending mechanism 4 A is included, the extending mechanism 4 A being configured by a helical member 25 that includes a helical groove 24 in an inner portion, a drive member 10 A in which that includes an engaging pin 26 that engages with the helical groove 24 of the helical member 25 and in which the female screw portion 18 is formed in an inner portion, and a rod member 8 B that uses a plurality of rod main bodies 13 B in which the screw portion 7 that is screwed to the female screw portion 18 is formed and arm-shaped coupling pieces 31 are formed on outer circumferential surfaces near the upper end portions, in which the coupling pieces 31 come into contact with the outer circumferential surfaces of each other when the plurality of rod members 13 B are joined, and a coupled state can be maintained.
- Working effects similar to those of the above-described accommodating container according to the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention can be achieved
- the rotation prevention member 17 B is rotatably attached to the drive member 10 A.
- a protrusion 27 is provided in an outer circumferential portion of the rotation prevention member 17 B.
- the protrusion 27 is inserted into a guiding groove 28 that is formed in the inner cylindrical member 9 A, and the rotation prevention member 17 B is assembled in a state of being unable to rotate in relation to the inner cylinder member 9 A.
- the helical member 25 is attached such as to rotatably cover an outer circumference of a lower portion of the inner cylindrical member 9 A.
- the coupling pieces 31 that protrude outward are provided in a pair in the upper end portion of the rod main body 13 B such that positions are shifted in the up/down direction.
- the coupling pieces 31 come into contact with each other on the outer circumferential surface of the upper end portion of another rod member, and the coupled state is maintained.
- the upper end portion of the rod main body 13 B with which the coupling piece 31 comes into contact is a sloped surface that slopes towards the inner side.

- a fourth embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in FIG. 13 and FIG. 14 mainly differs from the third embodiment for carrying out the present invention, described above, in that: a rod member 8 C that is formed by a rod main body 13 C that includes a rotation prevention member attaching portion 30 in an upper portion is used; and an extending mechanism 4 B is included, the extending mechanism 4 B being configured by a helical member 25 A that is attached to a lower portion of an inner cylindrical member 9 B and has a helical groove 24 A in an inner portion, a drive member 10 B that has a helical portion 29 that is screwed to the helical groove 24 A of the helical member 25 in an outer circumferential portion and has the female screw portion 18 that is screwed to the screw portion 7 of the rod member 8 C on an inner side, and a skirt member 11 A that is non-rotatably connected to the drive member 10 B and is rotatably locked to the helical member 25 A.
- a rotation prevention member 17 C is used, the rotation prevention member 17 C being that which engages with a guiding groove 28 A that is formed on an inner wall of the inner cylindrical member 9 B such as to extend in the up/down direction, is provided such as to be attached to the rotation prevention member attaching portion 30 so as not to be able to rotate in relation to the rod member 8 C, synchronously moves in the up/down direction with the dish member 3 and the rod member 8 C, and prevents rotation of the rod member 8 C.
- the drive member 10 B that is non-rotatably connected to the skirt member 11 A rotates. Because the helical portion 29 of the drive member 10 B is screwed to the helical groove 24 B of the helical member 25 A and the female screw portion 18 of the drive member 10 B is screwed to the screw portion 7 of the rod member 8 C, a state that is similar to a double-headed screw is achieved.
- the stick cosmetic 2 can be significantly moved up and down with less rotation.
- a fifth embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in FIG. 15 to FIG. 18 mainly differs from the third embodiment for carrying out the present invention, described above, in that: a rod member 8 D that is formed by a rod main body 13 D that includes a locking means 32 that can stop the rising of the dish member 3 in a position below the upper dead point is used; and a releasing means 33 that can release a locked state by surmounting the locking means 32 in a state in which the rising of the dish member 3 is stopped by the locking means 32 is included.
- Working effects similar to those of the above-described accommodating container according to the third embodiment for carrying out the present invention can be achieved even by an accommodating container 1 D such as this.
- the dish member 3 detaching from the rod member 8 D during ordinary use can be prevented.
- the locking means 32 is configured by substantially semispherical lock protrusions 34 that are each formed in a valley portion of the screw portion 7 in a pair of rod main bodies 13 D and the female screw portion 18 .
- the lock protrusion 34 is formed in a center portion or slightly below the center portion in the up/down direction of the rod main body 13 D, and is formed in a position above the tapered portion 15 .
- the rising of the dish member 3 can be stopped below the position in which the engaged state of the engaging portion 6 and the engaging piece 5 becomes the substantially released state.
- the locking point is preferably set in a position that serves as a provisional upper dead point when the stick cosmetic 2 is ordinarily used and, as shown in FIG. 14 , such that the upper end portion of the dish member 3 is positioned slightly below the upper end portion of the inner cylindrical member 9 , or the upper end portion of the dish member 3 is positioned such as to be slightly exposed from the inner cylindrical member 9 .
- the lock protrusion 34 is formed such that the locking point is positioned in such a position.
- the releasing means 33 is configured to be a size and a shape that enable the female screw portion 18 to surmount the lock protrusion 34 by the extending mechanism 4 being further operated beyond the locking point (the skirt member 11 or the like being more firmly rotated than during ordinary use).
- the releasing means 33 is formed by the lock protrusion 34 being formed into a substantially semispherical shape and smaller than the screw portion 7 .
- the female screw portion 18 is formed to be a size that enables the female screw portion 18 to surmount the lock protrusion 34 by elastic deformation of the lock protrusion 34 and the female screw portion 18 .
- the releasing means 33 is formed by the size of the lock protrusion 34 being surmountable by the female screw portion 18 .
- the locking means 32 such as a protrusion, may be configured to emerge and retract by urging force of a spring or the like from the rod main body 13 D.
- the female screw portion 18 may include an emerging/retracting mechanism.
- an emerging/retracting mechanism in which the lock protrusion 34 or the like emerges and retracts by operation by a user or the like may also be provided.
- a sixth embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in FIG. 19 to FIG. 27 mainly differs from the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention, described above, in that: a rod member is not used; an extending mechanism 4 C is that in which a helical member 25 B is used; and a locking member 36 that moves up and down by being guided by a helical groove 24 B in the helical member 25 B and engages with the engaging piece 5 of the dish member 3 is used.
- Working effects similar to those of the above-described accommodating container according to the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention can be achieved even by an accommodating container 1 E such as this.
- the accommodating container 1 E is configured by: the dish member 3 of a predetermined shape that holds the stick cosmetic 2 and has the engaging piece 5 in the substantially center portion of the bottom portion 3 a thereof; the locking member 36 that is positioned on a side below the dish member 3 , has the engaging portion 6 that engages with the engaging piece 5 of the dish member 3 and is capable of outward-widening displacement in an upper end portion, and has a protruding piece 37 that is screwed to the helical groove 24 B of the helical member 25 B; an inner cylindrical member 9 C that houses the dish member 3 in an inner portion, in which an upper end portion thereof is open, and that has a slit groove 38 that extends in an up/down direction and through which the protruding piece 37 passes; and the helical member 25 B that has the helical groove 24 B that is screwed to the protruding piece 37 of the locking member 36 on an inner circumferential surface and is rotatably fitted outside the inner cylindrical member 9 C.
- the inner cylindrical member 9 C is a cylindrical member in which a gripping portion 39 is formed in a lower end portion thereof.
- the slit groove 38 is formed such as to extend in the up/down direction (axial core direction) on the outer circumferential portion thereof.
- the slit groove 38 is a substantially linear groove that has a curved portion 40 that curves in a crank shape in a slightly circumferential direction in a portion that is towards an upper portion.
- a guide portion 41 that is forked in a substantially Y-like shape is formed near an upper end portion of the slit groove 38 .
- the curved portion 40 is slightly wide and is a portion in which an upper end portion of the curved portion 40 becomes the locking point (the upper dead point during ordinary use).
- the protruding piece 37 comes into contact with the upper end portion of the curved portion 40 and serves as a locking means 32 A.
- this portion being formed such as to curve into a slightly wide crank shape, as a result of the dish member 3 being rotated in the circumferential direction from the locking point, the protruding piece 37 moves in the circumferential direction, enters the wide portion of the curved portion 40 , and the locked state is released (releasing means 33 A).
- the dish member 3 can be moved to the upper dead point.
- the engaging piece 5 and the engaging portion 6 are respectively provided with rib-like rotation stoppers 5 a and 6 a such that the locking member 36 also synchronously rotates when the dish member 3 is rotated.
- the guide portion 41 that is forked in a substantially Y-like shape is formed.
- the guide portion 41 guides a pair of guided portions 43 that are provided in an opposing manner near contact surfaces of a pair of locking member main bodies 42 , such as to be separated left and right, and thereby divides, to left and right, the locking member main bodies 42 that are in a coupled state. Consequently, the guide portion 41 enables the engaging portion 6 to be displaced such as to widen outward, and increases the dimension of opposing left and right engaging portions 6 .
- a tapered portion 15 A is formed in a lower portion of a contact surface 42 a (a surface that comes into contact during joining) of the locking member main body 42 .
- the guide portion 41 is provided one pair each on a front surface side and a rear surface side of the inner cylindrical member 9 C.
- the portion that is branched into the substantially Y-like shape is the guide portion 41 .
- An engagement releasing mechanism 20 B is configured by the guided portions 43 that are formed on outer circumferential surfaces of the locking member main bodies 42 , the tapered portions 15 A that are formed in lower portions of the locking member main bodies 42 , and the guide portion 41 that engages with the guided portions 43 .
- the locking member 36 is configured by the pair of locking member main bodies 42 that is such that a member that has a circular cylindrical shape is vertically halved.
- the pair of locking member main bodies 42 are each provided with a pair of arm-shaped coupling pieces 31 A protrude outward on inner circumferential surfaces thereof, such that positions in the up/down direction are shifted.
- the coupling pieces 31 A come into contact with each other on the inner circumferential surface of the other locking member main body 42 , and the coupled state is maintained.
- a fitting portion 44 (a protruding portion 44 a and a recessing portion 44 b ) is formed such as to oppose the contact surface 42 a thereof.
- the fitting portions 44 fit together, and the coupled state is maintained.
- an upper surface of the protruding portion 44 a is provided with a slope that slopes downward towards a protruding end portion such that increase in a diameter of the engaging portion 6 is not obstructed by interference with the recessing portion 44 b when the diameter of the engaging portion 6 is increased.
- a protrusion-shaped fall preventing means 45 is formed on the outer circumferential surface on an upper end portion side of the pair of locking member main bodies 42 .
- the fall preventing means 45 hooks onto an edge or the like of the upper end portion of the inner cylindrical member 9 C or the like and prevents the locking member 36 from falling downward.
- this fall preventing means 45 may be formed in the inner cylindrical member 9 C.
- the extending mechanism 4 C is configured by the inner cylindrical member 9 C in which the slit groove 38 is formed, the helical member 25 B in which the helical groove 24 B is formed on the inner circumferential surface, and the locking member 36 that has the protruding piece 37 that passes through the slit groove 38 and engages with the helical groove 24 B.
- the protruding piece 37 is guided by the helical groove 24 B and the locking member 36 moves in the up/down direction.
- the dish member 3 is engaged with the locking member 36 , the dish member 3 moves in the up/down direction together with the locking member 36 .
- a cover cylinder 46 that covers an outer circumference of the helical member 25 B and rotates integrally with the helical member 25 B is provided.
- the locking member 36 also rotates in the circumferential direction and the protruding piece 37 moves in the circumferential direction (releasing means 33 ).
- the dish member 3 is further raised and reaches the upper dead point.
- the guide portion 41 spreads the guided portions 43 that are provided in the pair of locking member main bodies 42 .
- the locking member main bodies 42 rotate such that the tapered portions 15 that are provided below the contact surfaces 42 a of the locking member main bodies 42 come into contact, and the dimension of the engaging portion 6 is increased.
- the rod member and the locking member that are divided in the axial core direction (that use a plurality of rod main bodies) are described.
- the rod member and the locking member may be formed by a single cylindrical body, and the engaging portion thereof may be capable of outward-widening displacement by elastic force of a material itself.
- the rod member and the release mechanism may be configured such that a single or a plurality of cuts, such as slits, are formed near the upper end portion of the rod member, and when the dish member is raised to near the upper dead point, the engaging portion is displaced such as to widen outward by the cuts, such as slits, being widened, and the dimension of the engaging portion is increased.
- a single or a plurality of cuts such as slits
- a rod member that is not completely divided and is connected only near the lower end portion (a rod member that is in a state in which only portions near starting points of the tapered portions of the rod main bodies according to the present embodiment are connected) may be used.
- the engagement releasing mechanism may be configured such that a recess is formed near the lower end portion of the rod main body, and the dimension of the engaging portion is increased by the lower end portions of the rod main bodies becoming closer to each other.
