- the upper end stopper 301 and the lower end stopper 305 of the discharge member 300 get out of the discharge member upper end stopper 401 and the discharge member lower end stopper 401 of the upper cap 400 , and thus, an upper cap sealing part 407 disposed on the bottom of the upper surface 406 gets out of the sealing annular wing 306 .
- the upper cap 400 is separated from the main body 100 and the discharge member 300 .
- the auxiliary sealing part 500 together with the discharge member 300 gats out of the opening/closing hole, and simultaneously, the different type of material stored in the storage space 201 drops into a container storage space BS through the opening/closing hole 202 and then is mixed.
- This process is illustrated in FIG. 7 .
- the upper cap 400 when the upper cap 400 is closed in the above-described state (see FIG. 7 ), the upper cap 400 pushes the discharge member 300 downward as illustrated in FIG. 8 , and simultaneously, the discharge member 300 and the upper cap 400 are coupled as the same as the first.
- the sealing part 504 is caught by the sealing part removing protrusions 206 and thus separated from the auxiliary sealing part 500 . Then, the separated sealing part 504 does not block the opening/closing hole 202 . In this state, if the container B is shaken, the content within the container B moves into the storage space 201 through the opening/closing hole 202 , and the content within the storage space 201 and the content within the container storage space BS are mixed with each other to have a uniform concentration.

- the mouth lower end 103 is disposed to elastically surround the mouth lower end upper receiving part 307 without providing the discharge member stopping annular rim 309 , the discharge member 300 is not slid downward unless an artificial force is applied to the discharge member 300 .
- the mouth lower end 103 has a relatively thin thickness and superior elastic and restoring force.
- the discharge member 300 is surrounded, and the stopper 302 of the discharge member 300 does not get out of the mouth lower end 103 , the discharge member 300 is not separated from the main body 100 .
- the opening/closing hole 202 defined in the auxiliary sealing part 500 has a wide space, powder or a heterogeneous powder material such as granulation may be very easily filled into the storage space 201 , and also the auxiliary sealing part 500 may prevent the sealing part 504 from descending.
- the powder may be more hardly hardened as the time elapses.
- the sealing part 504 does not get out of the opening/closing hole 202 to break away.
- the plurality of protrusions 503 for preventing the sealing part 504 from breaking away are provided on the auxiliary sealing part 500 to previously prevent the break-away of the sealing part 504 .
- FIG. 16 illustrates a modified example of the auxiliary sealing part 500 .
- a long space 505 may be defined downward, and an annular rim 507 for helping the seating of the sealing part 504 may be disposed on the sealing part insertion part 506 .

- the sealing reinforcement rim 201 may improve the airtightness between the sealing part 504 and the sealing inner wall 204 . This is done because the sealing reinforcement rim 205 having a protruding line shape presses the sealing part 504 formed of a soft material to maintain the airtightness.
- a protection cover 800 having a space 801 is coupled to a protection cover support 213 that is an outer portion of the opening/closing hole 202 . This is done because of preventing the sealing part 504 closely fixed to the discharge member lower end 311 of the discharge member 300 from being separated downward.
- the sealing part 504 is assembled with the discharge member lower end 311 of the discharge member 300 , and the protection cover 800 including a space 802 and a protrusion 802 is assembled with the discharge member lower end 311 to prevent the sealing part 504 from dropping.
- the discharge member 300 gets out of the opening/closing hole 202 , since the protrusion 803 is provided to ascend together with the discharge member 300 .
- the sealing part 504 is caught by the sealing part removing protrusion 206 to allow the sealing part 504 to move to the sealing part moving part 310 .
- FIG. 21 illustrates a cutaway perspective view of a main part in which the sealing part removing protrusions 206 are disposed on an upper end of the sealing part inner wall 204 .
- an auxiliary removing protrusion 214 having a different height is disposed between the sealing part removing protrusions 206 .
- the sealing part when the sealing part (see reference numeral 504 ) ascends, although an ascending degree of the sealing part to the upper end of the sealing part removing part 206 is different according to an ascending degree of the discharge member (see the above-described discharge member 300 ) by the consumer, the sealing part may be removed upward as long as the auxiliary removing protrusions 214 having various heights are provided.
- the sealing part lower end protrusion 212 is disposed on the lower end, and the sealing part stopper 210 is disposed on the upper portion to prevent the sealing part from dropping through the sealing part stopper 210 even though the vacuum is applied to the container to allow the sealing part to drop.
- the sealing reinforcement rim 205 may additionally apply a closely attaching force to the sealing part formed of the soft material.
- a sealing part coupling rim 508 for fixing the sealing part 504 coupled to the auxiliary sealing part 500 is provided to prevent the auxiliary sealing part 500 assembled with the opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200 to descend toward the opening/closing hole 202 after the auxiliary sealing part 500 ascends.
- the auxiliary sealing part 500 or the sealing part 504 contacts the upper end of the sealing part removing protrusion 206 .
- the auxiliary sealing part 500 ascends in a manner in which the auxiliary sealing part 500 is pushed upward from an upper portion of the sealing part stopper 303 .

- an upper discharge hole 408 in which a discharge hole sealing part 409 communicating with the discharge hole 304 of the discharge member 300 is disposed is defined in a top surface 406 of the upper cap 400 that vertically moves on the main body mouth 101 of the main body 100 , and an upper stopper 410 having a protrusion or groove shape is disposed on a side of the top surface 406 .
- a discharge hole cover 900 for sealing the upper discharge hole 408 is assembled around the upper discharge hole 408 and the upper stopper 410 .
- a cover sealing part 901 contacting the discharge hole sealing part 409 to maintain the airtightness is disposed on the discharge hole cover 900 .
- a discharge hole cover stopper 904 caught by the upper stopper 410 is disposed inside a side surface 902 that is partitioned by a cutoff line 903 (see FIG. 25 ).
- the cutoff line 903 may be defined between the top surface 905 and the side surface 902 . This is done for preventing the discharge hole cover 900 from being removed for a negative purpose.
- spaces 906 and 907 may be defined in corresponding portions so as to prevent an air pressure from being applied while the discharge hole cover 900 is coupled to the upper discharge hole 408 and the upper stopper 410 of the upper cap 400 .
- a main reason for forming the upper discharge hole 408 in an upper portion of the upper cap 400 is for more easily injecting the liquid or powder into the storage space 201 of the receiving part 200 .
- about 250 million won to about 50 million won is spent for developing a filler for filing the content into the storage space 201 within the apparatus for containing the heterogeneous material, about 150 million won may be spend in the method using the discharge hole cover 900 of the present invention.
- FIG. 26 illustrates a modified example of the discharge hole cover 900 that is used for sealing the upper discharge hole 408 after the different type of material is filled through the upper discharge hole 408 defined in the upper portion of the upper cap 400 .
- the present invention is developed so that the content is discharged also through the discharge hole cover 900 .
- the discharge hole cover 900 includes a cover sealing part 908 for sealing the upper discharge hole 408 .
- the cover sealing part 908 is connected by a connection part 909 without being separated.
- a skirt that is partitioned by a cutoff line 911 to prevent the cover sealing part form being opened for the negative purpose is disposed on the cover sealing part 908 .
- the cover sealing part 908 is separated from the upper discharge hole 408 while the cutoff line 909 is broken, and thus, the upper discharge hole 408 is opened. Then, when it is intended to seal the upper discharge hole 408 , the guide part 912 is pushed to allow the cover sealing part 908 to seal the upper discharge hole 408 again.

- the operation part 1000 may be vertically movable because an operation part screw thread 1005 is coupled to an upper cap outer surface screw thread 412 that is screw-threaded on a side surface 403 of the upper cap 400 .
- a discharge hole sealing part 411 having a width that gradually decreases downward is disposed on the upper discharge hole 408 , and the operation part sealing part 1001 of the operation part 1000 is inserted into the upper discharge hole 408 on which the discharge hole sealing part 411 is disposed to seal the discharge hole sealing part 411 .
- An operation part stopper 1003 is disposed on a lower end of the operation part sealing part 1001 , and an operation part stopper 1003 is disposed on the operation part sealing part 1001 to catch a lower end of the discharge hole sealing part 411 , thereby preventing the discharge hole sealing part 411 from further ascending.
- a screw thread 104 is formed on the main body mouth 101 of the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous materials, and a screw thread 404 of the upper cap 400 is disposed around the screw thread 104 to perform the opening/closing operation. Also, a lower end of the screw thread 404 is configured so that the upper cap 400 is caught by the outer annular portion of the main body mouth 101 of the main body 100 and thus does not ascend above a predetermined height.
- the screw thread 104 formed on the man body mouth 101 of the main body 100 may be disposed on only the upper portion of the main body mouth 101 , and an upwardly moving stopper 413 disposed on the lower end of the upper cap 400 is caught by the lower end of the screw thread 104 to prevent the upper cap 400 from further ascending.
- the upper cap 400 is partially opened to lift the discharge member 300 .
- the auxiliary sealing part 500 that blocks the opening/closing hole 202 is lifted, and simultaneously, the different type of material stored in the storage space 201 of the receiving part 200 drops down through the opening/closing hole 202 .
- the space 1002 of the operation part 1000 communicates with the discharge hole 1004 that is defined thereabove.
- the content may be discharged through the operation part discharge hole 1006 disposed on the upper portion of the operation part 1000 .
- the operation part sealing part 1001 seals the discharge hole sealing part 411 .
- the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous materials which is coupled to the container in a discharge direction of the content includes a main body 100 coupled to the mount of the container, a screw thread 104 formed on the outer annular portion of the main body mouth 101 of the main body 100 , a discharge member receiving mouth 102 disposed inside the main body mouth 101 .
- a vertically movable discharge member 300 is assembled with the discharge member receiving mouth 102 .
- a receiving part 200 having a storage space 201 and an opening/closing hole 202 defined in a lower portion thereof is assembled with a bottom of the main body 100 with which the discharge member 300 is assembled.
- the opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200 is sealed by the auxiliary sealing part 500 , ad the auxiliary sealing part 500 is connected to the lower end of the discharge member 300 .
- the upper cap 400 that is vertically movable within a predetermined range in the main body mouth 101 is assembled around the main body mouth 101 of the main body 100 .
- the bottom portion of the upper cap 400 is fitted into the upper end of the discharge member 300 to vertically move together with the discharge member 300 .
- the opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200 is opened.
- the upper cap stopper 413 is disposed on a lower end of the inner wall of the side surface 403 of the upper cap 400 .
- the upper cap stopper 413 of the upper cap 400 is caught by the lower end of the screw thread 104 of the main body mouth 101 to prevent the upper cap 400 from ascending.
- other similar method may be applied to the present invention.
- a rubber introversion 1100 is disposed on the top surface of the upper cap 400 , and the mixed contents may be discharged through the rubber introversion 1100 by inserting a syringe into the rubber introversion 1100 .
- connection part to which a hose is capable of being connected may be provided instead of the rubber introversion 1100 .
- the different type of material may be injected through the opening/closing hole 202 of the receiving part 200 or through the discharge hole 304 of the discharge member 300 as described above.
- the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous materials is sorted by a bowl feeder, and the sorted product is placed on a block through an alignment feeder by a pick-up part of a machinery device.
- the block moves for the next process by a series of conveyor devices. Also, in the moving process, whether several products that are previously sorted are normally processed on the block is detected by a sensor, and the sensed resultant data is transmitted into a central processing unit.
- the product placed on the block immediately moves a block for the next process after the discharge hole cover 700 covered on the discharge hole 304 of the discharge member 300 is removed by the series of machinery devices.
- the moving product is filled by a preset amount by controlling a nozzle to be filled or a nozzle that is not filled according to the product placed on the block.
- the block on which filled product is placed moves by the conveyor devices.
- the upper cap 400 is sorted by the bowl feeder, and the sorted product moves by the alignment feeder. Then, the sorted product may be puck-up by the pick-up part to cover the filled product.
- the central processing unit transmits a command into a capping part for the next process according to whether the prior product is filled. That is, a chuck of a capper locks the upper cap in only the filled product.
- the capped product may push the block by the conveyor devices that move in an opposite direction by the series of devices.
- the good product of which the data is processed in the central processing unit and is inspected by using the inspection module is picked-up in the next process and then is rejected, and the poor product is picked-up in the next process and then is rejected.
- the block When the process is completed as described above, the block may be pushed to the conveyor device that is disposed at an opposite side thereof to perform a series of continuous processes on the product.
- the apparatus 1 for containing the heterogeneous materials that is proposed in the present invention includes a main body 100 , a receiving part 200 , a discharge member 300 , an upper cap 400 , and an auxiliary sealing part 500 .
- the above-described parts may be automatically assembled by a series of assemblers.
- the discharge member 300 is sorted by the series of bowl feeders and transferred into an assembly structure through the alignment feeder.
- the transferred discharge member 300 moves for the next process after being fitted into a core. Also, whether the discharge member 300 exists in the assembly structure in this process or is normal is detected, and thus, the detected result is transmitted into the central processing unit.
- the main body 100 is sorted by the bowl feeder, and the sorted main body 100 is assembled with the discharge member 300 disposed on the assembly structure that is provided in the former (prior) process by the alignment feeder.
- whether the main body 100 is assembled with the discharge member 300 is detected by a detection unit, and the detected result is transmitted into the central processing unit.
- the receiving part 200 is assembled around the moving assembly structure (in the state where in the main body is assembled with the discharge member). In this state as illustrated in FIG. 4 , whether the receiving part 200 is well assembled is inspected, and the inspected result is immediately transmitted into the central processing unit.
- the upper cap 400 that is sorted by the bowl feeder is assembled around the assembly structure (the discharge member+the main body+the receiving part) that moves for the next process.
- the assembly structure the discharge member+the main body+the receiving part
- the next component is not assembled in the next process.
- the upper cap 400 is not assembled, and the auxiliary sealing part 500 that is sorted by the bowl feeder is assembled with the auxiliary sealing part stopper 303 of the discharge member 300 around the opening/closing hole 202 that is defined in the lower portion of the receiving part 200 .
- the present invention relates to a structure of an apparatus for containing heterogeneous materials, which effectively mixes concentrate with water, concentrate with general beverage, granulation with water, or powder with water, and so on, and the apparatus for containing the heterogeneous materials may be used in medicine, pharmacy, cosmetics, and industrial fields so as to improve the mixture of the heterogeneous materials.
