Abstract

(1)발명이 속한 기술분야
이종물질을 수용한 배출대의 수용부 덮개 구조
(2)발명의 목적
종래의 것으로는 수용부의 상방에 일반적인 구성의 덮개를 구성한 것이 있으며,본 발명은 상기한 덮개의 결합 및 밀폐성을 해결하고자 한다.
(3)발명의 구성
이종물질을 수용한 배출대의 수용부와,상기한 수용부의 상방에 결합되는 덮개에 있어서,상기한 덮개의 삽입부에는 환턱을 두고,상기한 환턱에 대응되는 수용부의 상방 내벽턱에 탄력편을 형성하며,상기한 삽입부가 결합되는 과정에는 탄력편이 신축과 수축을 자유롭게 하여 환턱이 탄력편에 결합되는 것을 돕는 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
탄력편으로 인해 덮개를 삽입하는 것이 용이하고,또한 덮개의 삽입부 외벽이 탄력편의 내벽에 긴히 밀착되어 밀폐력을 유지하는 특징이 있다.

Description

이종물질을 수용한 배출대의 수용부 덮개 구조{omitted}
본 발명은 이종물질을 수용한 배출대의 수용부 덮개 구조에 관한 것이고,종래의 것으로는 본 발명인의 것으로서,일반적인 덮개가 있었다.
덮개는 수용부에 든 내용물을 식별하는 것과,또한 수용부에 내용물을 넣고 밀봉하는 수단으로 사용된다.
그리고 상기한 덮개는 일반적인 압압식 조립과,또는 접착 등의 방식이 사용될수 있는 것이다.
본 발명은 특히 압압식이라 말하는 조립식의 덮개에 있어서,조립되는 덮개가 용이하게 조립되고,조립되는 덮개의 삽입부가 수용부의 상방에 형성된 탄력편에 지속적으로 밀착되어 밀착력을 발휘할수 있도록 하여 상기한 덮개의 밀폐성을 해결하고자 한 것이다.
이상과 같은 본 발명의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 발명은, 이종물질을 수용한 배출대의 수용부와,상기한 수용부의 상방에 결합되는 덮개에 있어서, 상기한 덮개의 삽입부에는 환턱을 두고,상기한 환턱에 대응되는 수용부의 상방 내벽턱에 탄력편을 형성하며,상기한 삽입부가 결합되는 과정에는 탄력편이 신축과 수축을 자유롭게 하여 환턱이 탄력편에 결합되는 것을 돕는 것이다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
어느 일실시 예를 들면,
이종물질을 수용한 배출대(1)는 용기의 구부에 결합되는 본체(10)와 상기한 본체(10)에 결합되는 작동체(20)로 구성된다.
그리고 상기한 배출대(1)의 내부에는 이종물질을 수용한 수용부(100)가 형성되고,상기한 수용부(100)에 내용물을 넣기 위한 수단이나, 또는 식별하기 위한 수단으로 결합되는 덮개(30)가 결합된다.
또한 상기한 덮개(30)는 삽입부(31)를 형성하되,삽입후 발탈이 되지 않도록 환턱(32)을 형성하고,상기한 덮개(30)의 위변조를 방지하기 위하여 덮개의 상방 외환부에 절취선(34)으로 구획된 위조방지테(33)를 형성한 것이다.
그리고 상기한 삽입부(31)가 삽입되는 과정을 용이하게 하고,밀폐성을 좋게하기 위하여 삽입부(31)에 의하여 벌어지는 것이 가능한 탄력적인 탄력편(21)을 삽입부(31)의 대응되는 곳에 형성하는 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 사용시는,도시된 바와 같이,삽입부(31)에 의해 탄력편(21)이 일정 벌어지면서 덮개(30)가 조립되고,조립된 덮개(30)의 변형을 방지하기 위한 환턱(32)을 두되,바람직하게는 환턱(32)이 탄력편(21)의 하단턱에 걸려 고정되도록 하는 것이 좋은 예이다.
또한 덮개(30)는 수용부(100)에 든 내용물의 식별을 용이하게 하기 위하여 투명한 재질로 된 것이 좋다.
참고적으로,상기한 배출대(1)는 작동체(20)를 개방하게 되면 수용부에 (100)든 내용물이 저부의 낙하공간을 통해 낙하 희석되는 것이다.
상기한 덮개(30)는 투명 폴리프로필렌이나 폴리카보네이트를 사용하여 사출성형하는 것이 좋다.
탄력편으로 인해 덮개를 삽입하는 것이 용이하고,또한 덮개의 삽입부 외벽이 탄력편의 내벽에 긴히 밀착되어 밀폐력을 유지하는 특징이 있다.
도 1 은 본 발명의 바람직한 일실시를 보인 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 이종물질을 수용한 배출대는,배출대의 어느 일부 이상을 터치 또는 개방하는 과정에 수용부에 든 내용물이 낙하되도록 구성된 것이며,상기한 수용부에 내용물을 넣고 밀폐하는 수단 또는 수용부에 든 내용물을 육안으로 식별하는 수단으로 덮개를 조립한 배출대에 있어서,
    상기한 덮개의 삽입부가 삽입되는 대응부에 탄력편을 두어 밀폐성을 보강한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출대의 수용부 덮개 구조.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 삽입부의 외환부에는 환턱을 두되,상기 환턱은 탄력편의 단턱에 걸려 덮개의 분리가 용이하지 못하게 구성한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출대의 수용부 덮개 구조.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 덮개의 외환부에는 절취선으로 구획된 위조방지테를 구성한 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출대의 수용부 덮개 구조.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탄력편은 상부 연결부를 기준으로 하여 하방으로 깔때기 형태로 되어 있고,덮개의 삽입부가 조립되면 깔때기형의 탄력편이 벌어지면서 밀폐력을 지속적으로 유지하는 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출대의 수용부 덮개 구조.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 덮개는 투명성 폴리프로필렌이나 폴리카보네이트 중에서 선택되어 사출성형되는 것을 특징으로한 이종물질을 수용한 배출대의 수용부 덮개 구조.
