기도막힘방지부를 갖는 이종물질 수용장치
(2)발명의 목적
종래의 기술로는, 측방에 공기유입부가 있거나 또는 단순 천공형 기술이 있었으며, 본 발명은 이를 개선하고자 한다.
(3)발명의 구성
본체의 내부에 수용부를 갖고 있고, 상기한 본체의 구부를 중심으로는 상캡을 조립하며, 상기한 상캡을 개방하면 배출대가 올라가면서 수용부 내부의 이종물질을 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합시키는 기술에 있어서, 상기 상캡의 측방과 상방이 교차하는 부위에 공기구멍을 두되, 상기한 공기구멍이 기도에 의해 막히지 않도록 공기유입유도부를 형성한 것이다.
(4)발명의 효과
상캡에 형성된 공기구멍의 상방에 공기유입유도부를 형성한 바, 상캡이 기도에 막힐지라도 공기유입유도부를 통해 공기(산소)를 공급가능하게 하여 불의의 사고를 예방할 수 있는 특징이 있는 것이다.

Description

기도막힘방지부를 갖는 이종물질 수용장치{omitted}
본 발명은 기도막힘방지부를 갖는 이종물질 수용장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 기도막힘방지부를 갖는 이종물질 수용장치는, 본 발명인의 것으로서, 상캡의 측방과 상방이 만나는 부위를 기준으로 하여 길게 연장된 형태의 파인 형상의 공기유입부를 형성한 것이 있었다.
상기 본 발명인의 기술인 종래의 기술은, 공기유입부의 형상을 위해서는 상캡의 측면부 두께가 일정 두꺼워지는 단점이 있었으며, 본 발명은 공기유입유도부를 두어 상기한 단점을 해결하고자 한다.
본 발명의 이종물질 수용장치는, 본체의 내부에 수용부를 갖고 있고, 상기한 본체의 구부를 중심으로는 상캡을 조립하며, 상기한 상캡을 개방하면 배출대가 올라가면서 수용부 내부의 이종물질을 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합시키는 기술에 있어서, 상기 상캡의 측방과 상방이 교차하는 부위에 공기구멍을 두되, 상기한 공기구멍이 기도에 의해 막히지 않도록 공기유입유도부를 형성한 것이다.
그리고 상기한 공기구멍은 금형상으로 슬라이드 작동 없이 가능하도록 측면부와 상면부가 만나는 부위에 공기구멍을 형성하는 것이 좋으며, 아울러 상기한 공기구멍의 상방부 또는 공기구멍의 측방인 상방부에는 일정 높이의 공기유입유도부를 형성하는 것이 좋다.
상캡에 형성된 공기구멍의 상방에 공기유입유도부를 형성한 바, 상캡이 기도에 막힐지라도 공기유입유도부를 통해 공기(산소)를 공급가능하게 하여 불의의 사고를 예방할 수 있는 특징이 있는 것이다.
본 발명의 이종물질수용장치(1)는 본체(10)의 내부에 수용부(20)를 갖고 있고, 상기한 본체(10)의 구부(11)를 중심으로는 상캡(30)을 조립하며, 상기한 상캡(30)을 개방하면 배출대(40)가 올라가면서 수용부(20) 내부의 이종물질을 용기 내부로 낙하 혼합시키는 기술에 있어서, 상기 상캡(30)의 측방(31)과 상방(32)이 교차하는 부위에 공기구멍(33)을 두되, 상기한 공기구멍(33)이 기도에 의해 막히지 않도록 공기유입유도부(34)를 형성한 것이다.
그리고 상기한 공기구멍(33)은 금형상으로 슬라이드 작동 없이 가능하도록 측방(측면부)(31)과 상방(상면부)(32)이 만나는 부위에 공기구멍(33)을 형성하는 것이 좋으며, 아울러 상기한 공기구멍(33)의 상방부 또는 공기구멍(33)의 측방인 상방부에는 일정 높이의 공기유입유도부(34)를 형성하는 것이 좋다.
이와 같은 본 발명은, 상캡(30)을 개방하면 상캡(30)이 배출대(40)를 들어 올리면서 수용부(20) 내부에 든 이종물질을 용기 내부에 낙하 시키는 것이며, 상기한 상캡(30)은 일정 높이에서는 배출대(40)와 분리되면서 본체(10)의 구부(11)를 벗어나게 된다.
그리고 용기 내부의 혼합된 내용물은 배출대(40)를 통해 배출되는 것이며, 여기서 거론하고자 하는 기술은, 상캡(30)이 본체(10)로부터 분리되고, 상기한 상캡(30)은 어린아이들이 삼킬 열려가 있는데, 만약에 상캡(30)을 삼킬 경우 상기한 상캡(30)은 기도에 막힐 가능성이 있다.
이상과 같이 상캡(30)이 기도에 막힐 경우, 상캡(30)이 어느 방향으로 기도에 막히더라도 공기유입유도부(34)가 공기구멍(33)을 막는 것을 예방하기 때문에 응급조치로 상기 공기유입유도부(34)를 통해 체내로 산소가 유입될 수 있게 한 것이다.
따라서 상기한 공기구멍(33)과 공기유입유도부(34)는 일부의 설계 변경이 가능할 것이며, 이 또한 본 발명의 취지임을 천명하는 바이다.
그리고 미설명부호 (13)은 기밀을 위한 밀폐부이고, (S)는 공간을 보인 것이며, (35)는 배출대걸림부를, 그리고 (36)은 배출대제2걸림부를 보인 것이며, (41)은 걸림부, (42)는 걸림돌기를 보인 것이다.
발명의 이종물질 수용장치는 특수한 음료나 특한 먹는 물, 주류 등 다양한 제품에 엑기스나 파우더 등의 내용물을 낙하 혼합하여 음용할 수 있으며, 또한 내 용물을 분리하였다가 혼합하는 화공약품이나 기타 생활용품 등에 다양하게 접목될 수 있는 것임은 물론, 상기한 이종물질 수용장치의 상캡에 생명을 보호하는 공기구멍 및 공기유입부를 부가하여 사용할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 이종물질수용장치는, 본체의 내부에 이종물질을 넣는 수용부가 있고, 상기한 본체의 구부를 중심으로는 상기 수용부의 하방에 형성된 배출공을 열고 닫는 배출대를 형성하며, 상기 배출대와 본체의 구부를 중심으로는 상캡을 조립하되, 상기한 상캡을 개방하면 배출대가 올라가면서 수용부의 배출공을 개방하면서 수용부 내부의 내용물을 낙하시키며, 상기한 상캡의 일부에는 어린아이들의 기도막힘을 방지하는 공기구멍이 있는 기술에 있어서,
    상기 상캡의 측방과 상방이 만나는 부위를 중심으로 하여 공기구멍을 천공하고, 상기한 공기구멍의 상부 방향에는 인체의 기도에 의해 상기한 공기구멍의 막힘을 방지하는 공기유입유도부를 형성한 것을 특징으로한 기도막힘방지부를 갖는 이종물질 수용장치.
