A container comprising a neck tern'iinating with a mouth having an annular shoulder, a gasket seated thereon, inclined grooves in the neck provided with abrupt terminal channels intersecting the, shoulder; the combination of a cap therefor, having an annular flange adapted to lit over the container neck and provided with apertures. :uljustable bolls mounted in the apertures having heads provided with inwardly extending lugs for engagement with the neck channels and grooves, the bolt heads being also provided with lips for engagement with the cap flanges.
