Referring to the drawings, my improved chair includes two side sections 13 and 14 which may be made of a frame construc` tion. These two side sections are hinged to a rear section 15 by hinges 16` and 17 indicationA ined November` 19, ieiaseriai n. 339,632.

The base board, 22 has a pusher rod 43 extending therethrough; the lower end` of Y said pusher rod being adapted to engage the floor so that a person sitting within the chair can rock the chair by pushing against the upper end of said pusher rod.

Any'suitable latch 44 can be v rovided on the door 41 for the purpose of olding the latter in a closed position and it will be noted that the front, rear, top and side sections are covered with a screen 45 so as to prevent flies, mosquitos, or other insects from annoying a person while sitting in the, chair. The side section 14 'is providedwith a hook or other securing means 46 so as to hold the base board 22 in a raised position while the chair is being folded.

seat hinged to oneof said sections and hav- `ing portions normally adaptedto rest respectively onl said side sections; a top section hinged to one of said sections and havingpin interlocking portions with one A of said side sections; and a base section hinged to one of said sections and having pin interlocking portions with another of said sections; substantially as described.

2. A foldable chair including a rear section and two side sections hinged to said rear section; and rockers on said side sec-V tions, vthe hinges connecting 'said side sections to the Vrear section being located to permit the sidefsections to be respectively STEPHEN sTRANsKY.
