The preferred form of construction as Sig illustrated in the drawing comprises two hollow handles 5 and 6, pivoted together on a pin 7 and providedwith a member 8 spacing' the sides ofhandles 5 and 6 apart and reventing movementtow'ard each other durmg their pivotalmovements; On the corresponding end of handles 5 and 6 are jaws 9 andlO. A razor blade holder comprising a pair of handles; a pair of cooperating jaws carried by said handles there being registering grooves in saic jaws; blade holding stud. in one of said grooves; a plunger slidn'oly mounted in one of said handles and extending into the groove of the jaw carried by such handle; a blade holding stud on the end of said plunger in said groove, each of said studs extending from the groove in one aw to the groove in said other jaw; and a spring clamp clamping said iaws in operative condition, substantially as described.
