Abstract
Запропонована система для обробки великих кількостей реакційного середовища з підтриманням цього реакційного середовища в шарах. Система включає в себе реактор, який має множину вертикально рознесених похилих донизу лотків, поверх яких протікає реакційне середовище, піддаючись впливу умов реакції. Нахил лотків збільшується донизу, узгоджуючись зі збільшуваною в'язкістю реакційного середовища по мірі протікання його вниз через реактор. Верхня частина лотків має односхилу конфігурацію, а нижня частина лотків має двосхилу конфігурацію. Крім того, орієнтація течії по односхилих лотках повертається на 90 градусів щонайменше в одному місці, коли реакційне середовище протікає вниз по односхилих лотках.
