Abstract
Способ термической обработки катаных рельс на технологической линии, который обеспечивает получение тонкозернистой перлитной структуры, однородной на всю заранее определенную толщину предповерхностного слоя головки рельса. Также описано новое устройство для термической обработки рельс, которое является частью технологической линии, в состав которой входит линия прокатки, которое имеет простую конструкцию, высокую прочность и требует меньших объемов технологических обслуживания по сравнению с существующими устройствами.
