Abstract

Данное изобретение касается стабилизированных фармацевтических композиций, которые содержат аморфную форму 1-бензил-4-((5,6-диметокси-1-инданон)- 2-ил)метилпиперидина (донепезил) гидрохлорида и способа стабилизации этого соединения. Фармацевтическую композицию получают путем образования донепезила гидрохлоридаи внесения полученного раствора в смесь фармацевтически приемлемых наполнителей. Аморфную форму донепезила гидрохлорида стабилизируют путем добавления ингибитора кристаллизации.
