Abstract

Prikazani izum se odnosi na stabilizirane farmaceutske pripravke s amorfnom formom sadrži 1-benzil-4-((5,6-dimetoksi-1-indanon)-2-il)metil-piperidin (donepezil) hidroklorid te na postupak stabiliziranja ovog spoja. Farmaceutski pripravak se pripravlja in situ nastajanjem donepezil hidroklorida i nanošenjem dobivene otopine na smjesu farmaceutski prihvatljivih ekscipijenata. Amorfna forma donepezil hidroklorida je stabilizirana dodatkom inhibitora kristalizacije u otopinu ili u smjesu smjese farmaceutski prihvatljivih ekscipijenata.
