Abstract

Данное изобретение касается способа правки фасонного проката. Во время охлаждения горячекатаного фасонного проката в деталях возникают избыточные деформации, поэтому фасонный прокат не правят в горячем состоянии, а сначала охлаждают. Способ в соответствии с данным изобретением позволяет осуществлять правку фасонного проката, который после правки сохраняет свою форму, даже во время охлаждения. Для этого усилия правки во время операции правки прикладывают непосредственно к полке. В результате сохраняется начальное состояние напряжений в стенке и в корнях стенки, а также обеспечивается возможность избежать возникновения вредных внутренних напряжений.
