Abstract

Предметом винаходу є спосіб ферментації мікроорганізмів Alcaligenes entrophus для одержання клітин, що містять полі---оксимасляну кислоту, в умовах аерації на водному поживному середовищі, що містить джерело вуглецю та енергії, до складу якого входить вуглець та водень, а також мінеральні солі, що містять джерело азоту та фосфору. З метою підвищення ступеню конверсії вуглецю ферментація здійснюється безперервно зі швидкістю розведення 0,05-0,30 год-1 при вмісті полі---оксимасляної кислоти в клітинах не менше 25%.
