Abstract

Procedeul de sinteză a cianocobalaminei de către bacteriile propionice conform invenţiei prevede cultivarea bacteriilor în condiţii facultativ aerobe în mediu nutritiv ce conţine (în g/l): extract de porumb - 60,0; glucoză - 35,0; sulfat de amoniu - 3,5; 5,6-dimetilbenzimidazol - 0,02; extract din biomasă de Porphyridium cruentum - 0,6; benzoat de zinc - 0,0075; picolinat de nichel(II) tetrahidrat - 0,0075, în care în ziua a treia de cultivare se adaugă suplimentar în calitate de sursă de cobalt compus coordinativ de diaminodicloretilendiamină de cobalt(III) nitrat - 0,009.Rezultatul tehnic constă în sporirea şi stabilizarea sintezei cianocobalaminei.
