Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în particular la procedeele de obţinere a vitaminei B12, care poate fi utilizată în zootehnie şi medicină.Procedeul de obţinere a vitaminei B12 include cultivarea bacteriilor propionice în condiţii facultativ aerobe în decurs de 7 zile pe un mediu nutritiv cu pH 6,8 ... 7,0 conţinând extract de porumb, glucoză, (NH4)2SO4, CoCl2·6H2O, un mineral natural cu conţinut sporit de carbonaţi şi 5,6-dimetilbenzimidazol, ultimul fiind introdus în mediu în a 5-a zi de cultivare. După 7 zile de cultivare biomasa obţinută se separă de mediu şi din ea se extrage vitamina B12.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în asigurarea stabilităţii pH-ului mediului şi în evitarea infectării culturii bacteriene.
