Abstract

Process for cyanocobalamine synthesis by propionic acid bacteria, according to the invention, forsees the microorganisms cultivation in two phases in facultative aerobic conditions in nutritive medium containing (in g/l): maize extract - 60,0; glucose - 35,0; ammonium sulfate - 3,5; 5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole - 0,02; Porphyridium cruentum biomass extract - 0,6; zinc benzoate - 0,0075; and tetrahydrate nickel(II) picolinate - 0,0075, in which on the third day of cultivation i tis supplrmentary added the coordinative compound of diaminodichlorethylendiamine cobalt(III) nitrate as cobalt sourse in the quantity of 0,009.The technical result of the invention consists in increasing and stabilizing the cyanocobalamine synthesis.
