Abstract
Подшипник качения для формирования опоры вала (32) внутри кольцевого элемента (34) корпуса, который образовывает препятствие между масляной полостью (46) и воздушной полостью (48) и содержит множество элементов (36) качения, установленных между внутренней обоймой (38) и внешней обоймой (40), по меньшей мере, один кольцевой вкладыш (42), который механически связан с укзаанной внешней обоймой и имеет кольцевую поверхность (44) контакта с указанным элементом корпуса, масляную пленку (54), расположенную на уровне указанной кольцевой поверхности контакта между указанным элементом корпуса и указанным вкладышем и ограниченную с боковых сторон уплотнительными кольцами (56а, 56b), уплотнительные средства (74), которые закрывают, по меньшей мере, часть бокового окна (52) на стороне воздушной полости. Подшипник содержит также первые средства циркуляции масла для питания маслом указанной масляной пленки и для питания маслом от этой масляной пленки элементов качения со стороны указанной масляной полости для обеспечения их смазывания, и вторые средства циркуляции масла, независимые от первых средств и предназначенные для рекуперации отработанного масла после смазывания указанных элементов качения. При этом указанные вторые средства циркуляции масла выполнены таким образом, что предотвращают поступление масла к указанной воздушной полости.
