Abstract

The invention relates to novel pyrazolopyridine derivatives of the formula (I), wherein R1 represents 4-pyridinyi or 3-pyridinyl; R2 represents H, NH2 or halogen, and to the salts, isomers and hydrates thereof as stimulators of the soluble guanylate cyclase and for the use as agents for treating cardiovascular diseases, hypertonia, thromboembolic diseases and ischemias, sexual dysfunction or inflammations and for treating diseases of the central nervous system.
