Abstract

Спосіб очищення людського С-інтерферону включає контакт розчину неочищеного інтерферону з сорбентом, обробку сигналу елюантом з подальшою метал-хелатною хроматографією одержаного елюата і елюцію цільового продукту гістидином або кислотним буферним розчином. З метою підвищення продуктивності процесу як сорбент використовують синій агарозний гель, а контакт проводиться при рН 5-9.
