Abstract
A method for obtaining heterologous polypeptide in eukaryotic microorganisms providing construction of recombinant plasmid DNA containing promoter, sequence coding signal peptide and structural gene, transformation of obtained recombinant DNA of strains-recipients, cultivation of transformants, isolation and purification of purpose product. Constructed is recombinant plasmid DNA containing promoter of BARI Saccharomyces cerevisiae or promoter of alcohol dehydronase I S.cerevisiae, part of sequence of gene BARI, coding signal peptide, and site of detachment of signal peptide KEX2 from heterologous polypeptide, which represents Arg-Arg or Lys-Lys.
