Abstract

The invention relates to brewery industry, in particular, to methods for beer production. A method for beer production provides mash preparation from mald and unmalted raw material barley, its saccharification, filtration, wort intoxication by addition of hop in several stages, and its cooling, attenuation, afterfermentation, beer filtration and bottling. Corn groats in weight ratio of hop, barley, corn groats and brewer's barley light malt components of 0.9-1.1:10.0-10.7:10.0-10.7:87-93 correspondingly, is used as addition unmalted raw materials. At wort intoxication the addition of hop is performed in four stages. The first stage is carried out after complete collection of filtered off wort, and the latter is carried out for 5-10 minutes before completion of brewer's wort boiling. Brewer's yeast are introduced in quantity of 0.9-1.0 l per 100 l of brewer's wort and attenuation process is carried out till obtaining of 3.8% dry substances.
