Винахід стосується рекомбінантного штаму мікроорганізму Е. соlі з підвищеним продукуванням L-треоніну в порівнянні з батьківським штамом, де рекомбінантний штам мікроорганізму містить пермеазу, яка походить з Corynebacterium, та способу одержання L-треоніну з використанням вказаного штаму Е. соlі.
