Abstract
Винахід належить до способу збільшення щільності життєздатних клітин в підживлюваних культурах еукаріотичних клітин, за допомогою культивування еукаріотичної клітинної лінії, яка експресує один або більше гетерологічних генів стійкості до апоптозу (апоптозних) і один або більше генів, які представлять інтерес на середовищі з високим вмістом глюкози протягом експонентної і стаціонарної фаз росту клітинної культури, де апоптозні R гени являють собою гени E1B19K і AVEN, а концентрація лактату в клітинній культурі становить приблизно 1 г/л або менше після 5 днів культивування.
