Abstract

Объектом данного изобретения является способ получения сложных эфиров жирных кислот, которые используются в качестве дизельного биотоплива, из целых семян масляных растений. Способ предусматривает следующие последовательные этапы: предварительное нагревание необрушенных целых семян, расплющивание масляных семян вместе с их оболочкой, высушивание расплющенный семян до достижения содержания воды и летучих веществ от 0,5 до 2,5%, желательно от 1,5% дл 2 %, переэтерификацию путем контакта расплющенных семян со спиртовой средой в присутствии катализатора, разделение жидкой и твердой фаз, полученных в результате переэтерификации, нейтрализацию жидкой фазы, удаление спирта и отделение глицерина от эфиров жирных кислот.
