Abstract

Предложен способ непрерывной сушки сыпучего материала, в частности древесного волокна и/или древесной стружки в сушилке (1), в частности в барабанной сушилке, в которую загружают сыпучий материал и через него пропускают газопаровую смесь, причем газопаровую смесь нагревают косвенно в теплообменнике (4), который нагревают выходящим газом горелки, нагретым по крайней мере в одной горелке (5). Сушильный пар направляют по крайней мере в один теплообменник (4). Перед по меньшей мере одним теплообменником, за ним и/или внутри теплообменника (4) ответвляют по крайней мере частичный поток сушильного пара на вход горелки (5), а остальной поток снова направляют в сушилку (1). Частичный поток пара в горелку (5) приводится в движение по меньшей мере одним управляемым вентилятором (10) частичного потока пара.
