Abstract

本創作是一種端子結構,供夾持一具複數導接腳之電子元件,端子結構主要包括:本體、插接部及夾持結構,其中本體至少一側面形成卡固結構,插接部由本體一端延伸並供卡固於一具導接孔之電路板,夾持結構由本體另一端延伸,該夾持結構包括二相對應之夾臂,各夾臂對應側邊分別形成有夾固空間,由夾固空間可對電子元件中的導接腳夾持固定,再將端子結構中的本體固定於固定件,最後電子元件安裝於殼體內並由固定件固定於殼體以成可安插於電路板的電子設備,藉由本創作的端子結構可讓電子設備直接插接於電路板上,以達到快速確實的組裝方式。

端子結構
本創作係一種端子,尤指一種端子結構。
按,表面黏著技術(SMT,Surface Mount Technology)被廣泛應用於電子元件與印刷電路板(PCB,printed circuit board)的結合加工製程。表面黏著技術的組裝焊接方法係使用錫膏印刷機(Screen Printer)在印刷電路板的焊墊(pad)表面印上錫膏等導電材料,再使用著裝機(Mount)將電阻、電容、電感、二極體、電晶體、積體電路(IC)等表面黏著元件(SMD,Surface Mount Device)安置於焊墊處,最後經過熱風迴焊(Reflow)製程而完成。目前各類表面黏著元件多使用沾附方式作業,使導電材料附著於元件本身,或使用網版做整面式印刷,透過大面積的導電材料使用,讓元件能有效與電路板黏著接合,使導電接觸狀態為最佳,而這樣的技術能被應用於微小化與輕量化的電子產品上。
隨著現今汽車的科技愈加多元廣泛,當技術功能愈多時所需的電子元件就相對增加,而目前車用的電子元件多以上述的表面黏著技術被焊接於電路板上,由於電路板上的電子元件多又複雜,因此在進行表面黏著技術時勢必會增加銲錫的難度以及增加作業時間。
以下在實施方式中詳細敘述本創作之詳細特徵以及優點,其內容足以使任何熟習相關技藝者瞭解本創作之技術內容並據以實施,且根據本說明書所揭露之內容、申請專利範圍及圖式,任何熟習相關技藝者可輕易地理解本創作相關之目的及優點。
本創作之主要目的在於:透過本創作端子結構中的插接部,以插接部中的第一壓邊及第二壓邊,以及第一壓邊與第二壓邊之間界定的內壓空間能夠以插設固定方式卡固於電路板的導接孔中,同時端子結構中的夾持結構供電子元件的其中之一導接腳夾設,藉此可搭配固定件結合殼體以組成完整的電子設備,達到以插接方式固定於電路板上,獲取快速確實的組裝效果。
為達上述目的,本創作係一種端子結構,供夾持一具複數導接腳之電子元件,其包括:一本體,其至少一側面形成一卡固結構;一插接部,其由該本體一端延伸並供卡固於一具導接孔之電路板;及一夾持結構,其由該本體另一端延伸,該夾持結構包括二相對應之夾臂,各該夾臂對應側邊分別形成一供夾持固定該電子元件的其中之一該導接腳之夾固空間。
根據本創作之一實施例,其中該本體與該插接部之間界定一抵止結構。
根據本創作之一實施例,其中該插接部界定一第一壓邊及一兩端與該第一壓邊兩端連接之第二壓邊,該第一壓邊與該第二壓邊之間界定一內壓空間。
根據本創作之一實施例,其中該本體兩對應側邊界定複數幹涉結構。
根據本創作之一實施例,其中各該夾臂的對應側邊分別界定一位於該本體與該夾固空間之間之第一側壁面及一位於該夾固空間另一端之第二側壁面。
根據本創作之一實施例,其中各該第一側壁面之間距離相同。
根據本創作之一實施例,其中各該第二側壁面之間由該夾固空間往前漸擴。

請參閱圖1及圖2所示,為本創作較佳實施例之立體示意圖及結構組裝。本創作中的端子結構1主要用於夾持一具複數導接腳20之電子元件2,端子結構1主要包括:本體10、插接部12及夾持結構14,其中本體10至少一側面形成一卡固結構100,插接部12由本體10一端延伸並供卡固於一具導接孔30之電路板3,其中插接部12界定有第一壓邊120及與第一壓邊120兩端分別連接之第二壓邊122,第一壓邊120與第二壓邊122之間界定有內壓空間124。而夾持結構14由本體10另一端延伸,夾持結構14包括二相對應之夾臂140,各夾臂140對應側邊分別形成一供夾持固定電子元件2的其中之一導接腳20之夾固空間142。
另外,本體10與插接部12之間界定一抵止結構16,而本體10兩對應側邊界定複數幹涉結構102。前述中的各夾臂140的對應側邊分別界定一位於本體10與夾固空間142之間之第一側壁面1400及一位於夾固空間142另一端之第二側壁面1402,而各第一側壁面1400之間距離相同,各第二側壁面1402之間由夾固空間142往前漸擴,因此,電子元件2中的導接腳20需夾設於端子結構1時,導接腳20藉由傾斜的各第二側壁面1402引導至靠近夾固空間142,而後對端子結構1用力推使卡入夾固空間142而完成夾固空間142對導接腳20的夾設,而連接本體10的各夾臂140由於各第一側壁面1400之間距離相同,因此能提升各夾臂140對導接腳20的夾持力量,避免因外部影響導致脫離。
一併參考圖3及圖4所示,為本創作端子結構結合固定件之立體示意圖及固定件結合殼體之側面結構示意圖。由圖3可知,端子結構1完成前述與電子元件2的夾設固定後,可將端子結構1插入固定件4的插口40,並由本體10兩側邊的幹涉結構102以及一側面形成的卡固結構100卡固於固定件4,使本體10卡固於插口40位置,以及利用抵止結構16可限制本體10插入後的高度位置。同時參考圖4,電子元件2兩端夾設的端子結構1卡固於固定件4後,可將殼體5進行組裝,由於殼體5內供容置各電子元件2,而固定件4則卡扣於殼體5兩端的安裝部50,藉此完成整體電子裝置的組裝。
一併參考圖5所示,為本創作端子結構結合電路板之結構組裝示意圖。當組裝於電路板3時,電路板3上的可設置有多個導接孔30,各導接孔30分別對應電子裝置中各端子結構1上的插接部12,當插接部12插入導接孔30時,由於導接孔30的寬度小於插接部12最寬的位置,因此當施力將插接部12插入導接孔30時,第一壓邊120與第二壓邊122會分別朝內壓空間124壓縮,因此第一壓邊120與第二壓邊122會與導接孔30內側的導電壁面接觸卡合,藉此達到導電且固定的效果。
如此一來,透過本創作端子結構中的插接部12,以插接部12中的第一壓邊120與第二壓邊122,以及第一壓邊120與第二壓邊122之間界定的內壓空間124能夠以插設固定方式卡固於電路板3的導接孔30中,同時端子結構1中的夾持結構14供電子元件2的其中之一導接腳20夾設,藉此可搭配固定件4結合殼體5以組成完整的電子設備,達到以插接方式固定於電路板3上,獲取快速確實的組裝效果。

  1. 一種端子結構,供夾持一具複數導接腳之電子元件,其包括: 一本體,其至少一側面形成一卡固結構; 一插接部,其由該本體一端延伸並供卡固於一具導接孔之電路板;及 一夾持結構,其由該本體另一端延伸,該夾持結構包括二相對應之夾臂,各該夾臂對應側邊分別形成一供夾持固定該電子元件的其中之一該導接腳之夾固空間。
  2. 如請求項1所述之端子結構,其中該本體與該插接部之間界定一抵止結構。
  3. 如請求項1所述之端子結構,其中該插接部界定一第一壓邊及一兩端與該第一壓邊兩端連接之第二壓邊,該第一壓邊與該第二壓邊之間界定一內壓空間。
  4. 如請求項1所述之端子結構,其中該本體兩對應側邊界定複數幹涉結構。
  5. 如請求項1所述之端子結構,其中各該夾臂的對應側邊分別界定一位於該本體與該夾固空間之間之第一側壁面及一位於該夾固空間另一端之第二側壁面。
  6. 如請求項5所述之端子結構,其中各該第一側壁面之間距離相同。
  7. 如請求項5所述之端子結構,其中各該第二側壁面之間由該夾固空間往前漸擴。
  8. 如請求項4所述之端子結構,更包括一固定件,該固定件界定一供該本體插入並由該幹涉結構卡固之插口。
  9. 如請求項8所述之端子結構,更包括一界定一安裝部之殼體,其供容置已卡固該端子結構之該電子元件,且供該固定件固定於該安裝部。
