Abstract
一種具融雪功能的車燈,包含車燈本體、溫度感測器、紅外線模組、近燈模組以及控制模組。車燈本體具有燈殼及燈罩,燈罩具有吸光發熱層。溫度感測器設置於車燈本體,以感測車燈溫度。紅外線模組為廣角LED燈,定位於車燈本體內,其照射方向直接朝向燈罩。近燈模組設置於車燈本體,其發光方向朝向燈罩,且與紅外線模組的照射方向相交。控制模組電性連接紅外線模組與溫度感測器,根據車燈溫度控制紅外線模組的開啟或關閉。
Description
本創作關於一種具融雪功能的車燈。
位於緯度較高或境內有高山的國家,冬季時通常都會遇上降雪,持續不斷的降雪或積雪或結冰會覆蓋於車燈燈罩表面甚至整輛車體,而覆蓋於車燈燈罩表面的降雪或積雪或結冰會造成車燈光線被遮蔽,會影響駕駛的視線。
因此,在容易下雪地區使用的車燈必須安裝可以將積雪或結冰融化的裝置,目前多半是採用在燈罩部位貼附加熱線、導電加熱裝置或以不可見光照射來產生熱能,以達到融雪、融冰的作用。
本創作提供一種具融雪功能的車燈,包含車燈本體、溫度感測器、紅外線模組、近燈模組以及控制模組。車燈本體具有燈殼及燈罩,燈罩具有吸光發熱層。溫度感測器設置於車燈本體,以感測車燈溫度。紅外線模組為廣角LED燈,定位於車燈本體內,其照射方向直接朝向燈罩。近燈模組設置於車燈本體,
其發光方向朝向燈罩,且與紅外線模組的照射方向相交。控制模組電性連接紅外線模組與溫度感測器,根據車燈溫度控制紅外線模組的開啟或關閉。
當紅外線模組照射到燈罩的吸光發熱層表面時,不可見光被吸光發熱層所吸收轉換成熱能,能去除燈罩外部的水氣(霧氣)。即使採用廣角LED燈將不可見光範圍分散至整個燈殼,也能夠維持好的除霧與融雪效果。
較佳地,車燈本體安裝遠燈模組,紅外線模組受控而與近燈模組或遠燈模組同時開啟。
較佳地,控制模組根據一溫度區間,來開啟紅外線模組。
較佳地,燈殼安裝框架位於近燈模組及遠燈模組的前方,框架具有至少二開口分別對應近燈模組及遠燈模組的發光方向,紅外線模組的不可見光從近燈模組的開口照射至燈罩。
較佳地,紅外線模組的一部分光線直接朝向燈罩,另一部分光線被近燈模組的反射器反射之後再朝向燈罩。
較佳地,前述吸光發熱層的厚度為10μm~10mm。
較佳地,燈罩的吸光發熱層分布有一吸光發熱粒子,吸光發熱粒子的粒徑大小為1nm~500nm。
較佳地,吸光發熱層包含以重量百分比計0.005%~10%之吸光發熱粒子。吸光發熱粒子選自氧化鎢奈米粒子(tungsten oxide nanoparticles)、鎢青銅複合物奈米粒子(tungsten bronze complex nanoparticles)、氧化銦錫(indium tin oxide,簡稱ITO)、氧化銻錫(antimony tin oxide,簡稱ATO)以及六硼化鑭(lanthanum hexaboride,LaB6)所組成的群組中的一種或多種。
較佳地,燈罩為吸光發熱層所構成。

以下說明是以車燈的出光方向為前方而進行描述,以符合本創作所屬技術領域之通常知識者的理解。
請參閱圖1至圖5,為一種具融雪功能的車燈,包含車燈本體10、框架20以及遠燈模組30、近燈模組40、紅外線模組50、溫度感測器70。
車燈本體10具有燈殼12及燈罩11,燈殼12的前方安裝散熱鰭片60。遠燈模組30、近燈模組40、紅外線模組50安裝在散熱鰭片60,並位於燈罩11的後方。
燈殼12安裝一框架20位於遠燈模組30、近燈模組40、紅外線模組50的前方,以圖3所示之方向而言,框架20具有上開口21與下開口22,分別對應近燈模組40及遠燈模組30的發光方向。
遠燈模組30與近燈模組40的發光方向皆朝向前方,紅外線模組50的照射方向與近燈模組40的發光方向相交,紅外線模組50的不可見光從框架20上對應近燈模組40的開口21直接照射至燈罩11。此處的直接照射,是指紅外線模組50的一部分不可見光線在照射到燈罩11路徑上,未經過任何的反射面、折射面或光學元件。
於本實施態樣中,紅外線模組50包含廣角LED燈51以及基座52,基座52用以安裝廣角LED燈51,基座52再安裝到散熱鰭片60,使廣角LED燈51向下傾斜而照射至燈罩11的後側。廣角LED燈51的照射範圍可以涵蓋至遠燈模組30與近燈模組40前方的燈罩11,廣角LED燈51的照射角度可以藉於100度至150度之間,較佳地,照射角度是120度,或者,廣角LED燈51的照射範圍可以是燈罩11後側表面的70%至80%以上。
燈罩11具有吸光發熱層111,於本實施態樣中,吸熱發光粒子摻在塑膠粒子中一起射出成形成燈罩11,故燈罩11本身即為吸光發熱層111所構成。在其他實施態樣中,吸光發熱層111可以是一個貼附或塗佈於燈罩11表面的膜狀結構,亦不以此為限。
吸光發熱層111的厚度為10μm~10mm,其分布以重量百分比計0.005~10%之吸光發熱粒子,吸光發熱粒子的粒徑大小為1nm~500nm。前述的吸光發熱粒子選自氧化鎢奈米粒子、鎢青銅複合物奈米粒子、氧化銦錫、氧化銻錫以及六硼化鑭所組成的群組中的一種或多種。
溫度感測器70可以設置於車燈本體10的內部或外部,用以感測車燈溫度701。
控制模組80至少電性連接紅外線模組50與溫度感測器70,根據車燈溫度701控制紅外線模組50的開啟或關閉。具體的說,控制模組80根據一溫度區間801,來開啟紅外線模組50。此處的溫度區間為-10度至30度,當車燈溫度701為-10度至15度時,控制模組80就啟動紅外線模組50,對燈罩11加熱,讓堆積於燈罩11上的水氣、積雪或結冰融化;當車燈溫度701是大於或等於30度,控制模組80就關閉紅外線模組50,以避免車燈因溫差過大或溫度過高而損壞。
可替代地,溫度感測器70也可以同時設置於車燈本體10的內部及外部,根據車燈本體10的內外溫差來決定是否開啟紅外線模組50。
當紅外線模組50受控而開啟時,紅外線模組50照射到燈罩11的吸光發熱層111,被吸光發熱層11所吸收的光線轉換成熱能,去除燈罩外部的水氣(霧氣)或積雪。即使採用廣角LED燈51將照射範圍分散至整個燈罩11,也能夠維持好的除霧效果。此外,燈罩11上未被廣角LED燈51照射的區域,也能夠藉由吸光發熱層11將光能轉換成熱能,以除去該部分的水氣(霧氣)或積雪。
廣角LED燈51的波長範圍可以是800nm~950nm。對吸光發熱層111而言,在前述範圍的波長能提供較有效率的能量轉換。
由於紅外線模組50不會直接影響遠燈模組30與近燈模組40的發光範圍,故紅外線模組50可以受控制模組80的控制,與近燈模組40或遠燈模組30同時開啟。
以圖3所示之方向而言,近燈模組40位於紅外線模組50與遠燈模組30之間,近燈模組40的反射器43邊緣銜接在框架20的開口21周緣,故框架20與反射器43分隔了遠燈模組30與近燈模組40,遠燈模組30與近燈模組40的發光範圍不重疊。紅外線模組50位於近燈模組40的上方,廣角LED燈51傾斜並朝向下方照射,紅外線模組50的不可見光的照射區域(a+b)大致位於近燈模組40的可見光光源41的前方。
於本實施態樣中,廣角LED燈51的照射區域(a+b)被框架20的開口21所限制,定義出直接照射到燈罩11的有效照射區域a。廣角LED燈51的照射區域(a+b)位於近燈模組40的可見光光源41以及光學元件42的前方,故廣角LED燈51不會直接照射近燈模組40的可見光光源41。廣角LED燈51的照射區域b會照射
在反射器43,被反射器43反射之後再朝向燈罩11,也不會直接照射到遠燈模組30,可以避免遠燈模組30與近燈模組40溫度過高而損壞。

Claims (10)
- 一種具融雪功能的車燈,包含:一車燈本體,具有一燈殼及一燈罩,該燈罩具有一吸光發熱層;一溫度感測器,設置於該車燈本體,感測一車燈溫度;以及一紅外線模組,為廣角LED燈,定位於該車燈本體內,其照射方向直接朝向該燈罩;一近燈模組,設置於該車燈本體,其發光方向朝向該燈罩,且與該紅外線模組的照射方向相交;一控制模組,電性連接該紅外線模組與該溫度感測器,根據該車燈溫度控制該紅外線模組的開啟或關閉。
- 如請求項1所述之車燈,其中該車燈本體安裝一遠燈模組,該紅外線模組受控而與該近燈模組或該遠燈模組同時開啟。
- 如請求項1所述之車燈,其中該控制模組根據一溫度區間,來開啟該紅外線模組。
- 如請求項2所述之車燈,其中該燈殼安裝一框架位於該近燈模組及該遠燈模組的前方,該框架具有至少二開口分別對應該近燈模組及該遠燈模組的發光方向,該紅外線模組的不可見光從該近燈模組的該開口照射該燈罩。
- 如請求項1所述之車燈,其中該紅外線模組的一部分不可見光線直接朝向該燈罩,另一部分不可見光線被該近燈模組的一反射器反射之後再朝向該燈罩。
- 如請求項1所述之車燈,其中該吸光發熱層的厚度為10μm~10mm。
