Abstract

一種椅背支撐結構，包含有一背件，具有多個插片孔；多個彈性彎曲片，各具有一可彎曲部，以及兩插固部分別接於該可彎曲部兩端，以及兩抵止部位於該可彎曲部兩端；該兩插固部可插固於該背件的插片孔，該兩抵止部可抵止於該背件；以及一靠墊，蓋設於該背件與彈性彎曲片上。

Description

椅背支撐結構
本創作係與各種坐椅相關，例如一般坐椅、輪椅或代步車的坐椅等，特別是一種改良支撐型態的椅背支撐結構。
已知椅背支撐結構，其椅背身體靠著部的凸出位置、凸出高度及凸出弧度不容易調整；因此，已知椅背支撐結構的缺失仍有待改善。
有鑒於現有技術的上述缺陷，本創作主要目的即在提供一種椅背支撐結構，其可方便調整椅背身體靠著部的凸出位置、凸出高度及凸出弧度者。
緣以達成上述目的，本創作提供一種椅背支撐結構，包含有一背件，具有多個插片孔；多個彈性彎曲片，各具有一可彎曲部，以及兩插固部分別接於該可彎曲部兩端，以及兩抵止部位於該可彎曲部兩端；該兩插固部可插固於該背件的插片孔，該兩抵止部可抵止於該背件；以及一靠墊，蓋設於該背件與彈性彎曲片上。
通過該各彈性彎曲片可自由選擇並可任意調整地裝設於該背件，其即可方便調整椅背身體靠著部的凸出位置、凸出高度及凸出弧度，因此達成本創作之目的。
較佳地，該背件具有一正背板，以及兩側背板接在該正背板的左右兩側。
較佳地，該背件的正背板與兩側背板各形成有一夾角。
較佳地，該背件的各插片孔設在該正背板。
較佳地，該背件的各插片孔設在該兩側背板。
較佳地，該各彈性彎曲片的長度具有多種。
較佳地，還包含多個側撐件裝設在該背件。
較佳地，該背件設有多個第一長槽分別供該各側撐件裝設。
較佳地，該背件還具有多個第二長槽，該各側撐件具有一定位柱可定位於該背件的第二長槽。
下面結合附圖和實施例對本創作作進一步說明：
如圖所示，本創作一較佳實施例所提供的一種椅背支撐結構，包含有：
一背件(10)，具有一正背板(11)，以及兩側背板(12)接在該正背板(11)的左右兩側，該背件(10)的正背板(11)與兩側背板(12)各形成有一夾角(A)，本實施例是一體成型的。
該背件(10)具有多個插片孔(13)設在該正背板(11)，多個插片孔(13)設在該兩側背板(12)。
其中，該背件(10)的插片孔(13)具有一寬度(W1)，該各插片孔(13)兩端呈半圓形。
該背件(10)設有多個第一長槽(14)，本例是兩個第一長槽(14)分別設在該兩側背板(12)。
該第一長槽(14)除了後續配合使用說明之外，尚可供一結合件(圖未示)可調整地結合於一椅架(圖未示)上。
該背件(10)還具有多個第二長槽(15)，本實施例中該第二長槽(15)平行該第一長槽(14)。
多個彈性彎曲片(20)，各具有一可彎曲部(21)，以及兩插固部(22)分別接於該可彎曲部(21)兩端，以及兩抵止部(23)位於該可彎曲部(21)兩端。
該兩插固部(22)可插固於該背件(10)的插片孔(13)，該兩抵止部(23)可抵止於該背件(10)。
該兩插固部(22)具有一寬度(W2)，該彈性彎曲片(20)的抵止部(23)具有一寬度(W3)。
其中，該插固部(22)的寬度(W2)小於該背件(10)的插片孔(13)的寬度(W1)，以利於插設入；該抵止部(23)的寬度(W3)大於該背件(10)的插片孔(13)的寬度(W1)，以利於支撐抵住於該背件(10)。
該各彈性彎曲片(20)具有一長度(L)，該各彈性彎曲片(20)的長度(L)可具有多種。
此外，該插固部(22)的端部可形成圓角或倒角，以更方便插設。
多個側撐件(30)，各具有一螺孔(31)分別以一螺栓(39)穿設螺固於該背件(10)的第一長槽(14)，以及一定位柱(32)可定位於該背件(10)的第二長槽(15)。
以及一靠墊(40)，蓋設於該背件(10)、彈性彎曲片(20)與側撐件(30)上，供人體背部左右側靠設接觸支撐。
通過該各彈性彎曲片(20)可自由選擇並可任意調整地裝設於該背件(10)該各彈性彎曲片(20)可自由選擇並可任意調整地裝設於該背件(10)，其即可方便調整椅背身體靠著部的凸出位置、凸出高度及凸出弧度，因此達成本創作之目的。
通過該靠墊(40)的設置，也可達成本創作之目的。
除了以上實施之外，本創作還可實施如下：
例如，該背件(10)的正背板(11)與兩側背板(12)不一定要如前述構成有該夾角(A)；即，該背件(10)也可以整個是平的，或者整個是弧形的。
或者，該背件(10)的多個插片孔(13)只設在該正背板(11)，或該背件(10)的多個插片孔(13)只設在該兩側背板(12)。
或是，該背件(10)不限定如前述以該第一長槽(14)供一結合件(圖未示)可調整地結合於一椅架(圖未示)上；該背件(10)也可以該第二長槽(15)供一結合件(圖未示)可調整地結合於一椅架(圖未示)上，或者以該背件(10)的其他部位以任何方式結合於一椅架。
還是，該椅背支撐結構較大範圍不一定要包含有該側撐件(30)。
綜上，本創作椅背支撐結構確實該各彈性彎曲片(20)可自由選擇並可任意調整地裝設於該背件(10)，其確實可方便調整椅背身體靠著部的凸出位置、凸出高度及凸出弧度，因此達成本創作所述目的。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種椅背支撐結構，包含有： 一背件(10)，具有多個插片孔(13)； 多個彈性彎曲片(20)，各具有一可彎曲部(21)，以及兩插固部(22)分別接於該可彎曲部(21)兩端，以及兩抵止部(23)位於該可彎曲部(21)兩端；該兩插固部(22)可插固於該背件(10)的插片孔(13)，該兩抵止部(23)可抵止於該背件(10)； 以及一靠墊(40)，蓋設於該背件(10)與彈性彎曲片(20)上。
  2. 如請求項1所述的椅背支撐結構，其中該背件(10)具有一正背板(11)，以及兩側背板(12)接在該正背板(11)的左右兩側。
  3. 如請求項2所述的椅背支撐結構，其中該背件(10)的正背板(11)與兩側背板(12)各形成有一夾角(A)。

  7. 如請求項1所述的椅背支撐結構，其中該各彈性彎曲片(20)的長度(L)具有多種。
  8. 如請求項1所述的椅背支撐結構，其還包含多個側撐件(30)裝設在該背件(10)。
  9. 如請求項8所述的椅背支撐結構，該背件(10)設有多個第一長槽(14)分別供該各側撐件(30)裝設。
  10. 如請求項9所述的椅背支撐結構，其中該背件(10)還具有多個第二長槽(15)，該各側撐件(30)具有一定位柱(32)可定位於該背件(10)的第二長槽(15)。
