Abstract

本創作之電動滑步車係於一車架體中段處設有一座椅,於前、後端各別設有一前外管及一後叉,於前外管處設有一前叉及一控制前叉轉動的車頭把,另於前叉及後叉處各別設有一前輪及一後輪;其中,該車架體與該後輪間設有一驅動總成,該驅動總成設有具有位於該車架體中段處下方之動力件、一設於該後輪之輪軸處的驅動件,以及一驅動帶,該驅動帶係繞設於該動力件及該驅動件之間,另設有一與該動力件構成可拆裝連接之充電鋰電池,利用充電鋰電池提供電力來源並使該動力件作動,以帶動該驅動帶讓電動滑步車行進。

Description

電動滑步車
本創作係有關一種利用可拆裝之充電鋰電池提供電力來源驅使行進之電動滑步車。
按,電動自行車係為目前非常普遍的交通工具,其不僅可讓人們方便地進行移動,且於移動時不會製造任何二氧化碳等廢氣具有節能環保之效用,也因此電動自行車已逐漸成為許多人作為代步工具的首選。
而電動自行車係一種以電池單元作為動力能源的交通工具,其結構與一般自行車大致相同,惟差異僅在於電動自行車具有一電池單元以及一與電池單元電性連接之馬達作為驅動動力,而馬達以電池單元之電力作為動力源,並驅動電動自行車之車輪轉動,進而帶動電動自行車移動。
習知之電動自行車,最早以馬達裝在車架上以鏈條連結者,目前習用者在前輪或後輪的輪轂中裝有馬達之前置或後置輪轂馬達者,有在輪轂旁裝置馬達之輪邊馬達者。但該等馬達的配置存在許多缺失,其一,該車體的重心集中在該車體的前部或者該車體的後部,該重心的位置將會降低該車體的平衡度,進而影響騎乘穩定性;其二,由於該前置輪轂馬達設置在一前輪,以及該後置輪轂馬達設置於一後輪,如此的配置將在該前輪或該後輪維修的過程中,增加維修的困難度。
為解決上述的缺失,先前技術將該馬達移動至該車體的中間部,使得該重心可以自該車體前部或該車體後部轉移至該車體中間部,該馬達一般可稱為中置電機。該中置電機必須具有一低轉速與一高扭力的輸出,以滿足車體的騎乘需求。因此,該中置電機為了獲得該低轉速與該高扭力的動力源輸出, 該中置電機需要另外加裝具有一低減速比的一行星減速器,以達成該低轉速與該高扭力的一動力源輸出。
然而,受限於該行星減速器的減速比較低,而無法大幅降低該中置電機的轉速及大幅提升該中置電機的扭力。因此,若要能夠達到該低轉速與該高扭力的該動力源輸出,則需要採用一中低轉速及一中高扭力的電機,才能滿足騎乘所需該低轉速與該高扭力的輸出需求。但是,該中低轉速及中高扭力的電機相較於一高轉速與一低扭力的電機,其存在有體積大、重量重與成本高等缺失。雖中置電機體積大及重量重但仍可適用於一般自行車,但若是要適用於讓幼童學習暨訓練肌耐力以及平衡感時的學步車(或稱滑步車、助步車等等)時,因為該等滑步車尺寸較小,若使用傳統中置電機其體積顯得相對更大、且重量重,無法符合幼童滑步學習的便利性及安全性。
再者,習知之電動自行車大多以鉛酸電池作為動力能源來驅動馬達,但鉛酸電池體積大重量重(約16-30公斤)也無法符合幼童滑步學習的便利性及安全性等短程/短時騎乘需求。
有鑑於此,本創作提供一種利用可拆裝之充電鋰電池提供電力來源驅使行進之電動滑步車,為其主要目的者。
本創作之之電動滑步車係於一車架體中段處設有一座椅,於前、後端各別設有一前外管及一後叉,於前外管處設有一前叉及一控制前叉轉動的車頭把,另於前叉及後叉處各別設有一前輪及一後輪;其中,該車架體與該後輪間設有一驅動總成,該驅動總成設有具有位於該車架體中段處下方之動力件、一設於該後輪之輪軸處的驅動件,以及一驅動帶,該驅動帶係繞設於該動力件及該驅動件之間,另設有一與該動力件構成可拆裝連接之充電鋰電池。
其中,利用充電鋰電池提供電力來源並使該動力件作動,以帶動該驅動帶讓電動滑步車行進。
依據上述技術特徵,所述充電鋰電池係為手工具用的充電鋰電池。
依據上述技術特徵,所述車架體中段處下方設有一殼體,該殼體之後方可供容置該動力件,該殼體之前方則供容置與該動力件電性連接之控制器,且該控制器並具有至少一露出於該殼體前方之第一連接件。
依據上述技術特徵,所述殼體前方之外表面設有至少一第一卡合部,該充電鋰電池設有至少一第二連接件以及第二卡合部,該第二卡合部可相對滑動卡合於該第一卡合部,而該第二連接件係與該第一連接件接觸。
依據上述技術特徵,所述後輪之輪軸處係軸設有一第一齒盤,而該動力件並軸設有一第二齒盤,該動力件係橫向設置於該殼體之後方,該驅動帶則繞設於該第一、第二齒盤之間。
依據上述技術特徵,所述車架體之中段處係貫穿設置有一座管,該座椅係設置於該座管之頂端,而該座管之底端則設有腳踏部。
依據上述技術特徵,所述車頭把處進一步設有一啟動控制件及剎車控制件,該啟動控制件及剎車控制件係分別與該控制器連接,可供控制該動力件之作動與否。
依據上述技術特徵,所述動力件係為無刷馬達。

請參閱第1圖所示為本創作中電動滑步車的結構立體圖,以及第2圖所示為本創作中電動滑步車的結構示意圖;本創作之電動滑步車主要具有一車架體1,係於中段處設有一座椅2,於前、後端各別設有一前外管3及一後叉4,於該前外管3處設有一前叉31及一控制該前叉31轉動的車頭把32,另於該前叉31及該後叉4處各別設有一前輪51及一後輪52。
本創作之重點在於:該車架體1與該後輪52間設有一驅動總成6,該驅動總成6設有具有位於該車架體1中段處下方之動力件61、一設於該後輪52之輪軸處的驅動件62,以及一驅動帶63,該驅動帶63係繞設於該動力件61及該驅動件62之間;如圖所示之實施例中,該動力件61軸設有一齒盤64,該動力件61係橫向設置於該車架體1中段處下方,該驅動帶63則繞設於該驅動件62與該齒盤64之間;當然,該驅動件62亦可以為齒盤的結構形式;另設有一與該動力件61構成可拆裝連接之充電鋰電池65。
其中,該充電鋰電池65可以為手工具用的充電鋰電池,而該動力件61係為無刷馬達或者可以為有刷馬達等其他可提供動力之元件,本創作使用手工具用的充電鋰電池不僅體積小重量輕,且僅須利用滑動插拔方式構成連接,增加使用便利性,且使用充電鋰電池相較於鉛酸電池係具有下列優點: 1、體積小:一般鉛酸電池重量是16-30公斤,體積較大。鋰電池一般在2.5-3公斤,體積相對較小,所以騎行輕便、搬運且更換方便,更適用於本創作中短程/短時騎乘的童車使用。 2、耐用性高:鉛酸電池一般深充深放電300次以內,壽命在兩年左右。並且鉛酸電池內有液體,消耗一段時間後,如果發現電池發燙或者充電時間變短,就需要補充液體。鋰電池耐用性較強、消耗慢且充放超過500次,一般壽命在4-5年。 3、具環保:鉛酸電池在生產過程中存在污染,如果回收不當也可能造成污染;鋰電池則相對綠色環保。
而使用無刷馬達具有下列所述幾項優點:1、高效率:比普通馬達性能高(效率高、扭力高、安定性高)。2、體積小省空間,低電磁干擾,免碳刷保養。3、轉子體積比傳統感應馬達及有刷馬達小非常多,擁有較佳的控制性能。4、內建馬達驅動器,只需提供直流18V電源,即可使馬達運轉。
本案較佳實施例中,該車架體1中段處下方設有一殼體66,該殼體66之後方可供容置該動力件61,該殼體66之前方則供容置與該動力件61電性連接之控制器671,且該控制器671並具有至少一露出於該殼體66前方之第一連接件672,該殼體66前方之外表面設有至少一第一卡合部661,該充電鋰電池65設有至少一第二連接件651以及第二卡合部652,該第二卡合部652可相對滑動卡合於該第一卡合部661,而該第二連接件651係與該第一連接件672接觸,則可構成動力件61及充電鋰電池65之連接固定。當欲將充電鋰電池65拔除進行充電時,僅需藉由滑動插拔動作藉由第一、第二卡合部661、652,將充電鋰電池65自該殼體66移除即可。當然,上述之第一、第二連接件672、651可以為導電片結構,而該第一、第二卡合部661、652可以為導引軌道的結構形式,該等結構可參考習有手工具用的充電鋰電池的結構形式。
再者,該車架體1之中段處係貫穿設置有一座管21,如第1圖及第2圖所示,該座椅2係設置於該座管21之頂端,而該座管21之底端則設有腳踏部22,該腳踏部22係相對位於該殼體66之下方,可供使用者腳部踩踏,該車頭把32處進一步設有一啟動控制件(圖未示)及剎車控制件321,該啟動控制件及剎車控制件321係分別與該控制器連接,可供控制該動力件之作動與否。
本創作利用手工具用的充電鋰電池以及無刷馬達作為動力件,其體積小重量輕,適用於幼童短程/短時使用的電動滑步車,且利用充電鋰電池提供電力來源並使該動力件作動,以帶動該驅動帶讓電動滑步車行進,不同於以往單純滑步學步使用的滑步車,可提供一種競速滑步的娛樂效果。且使用充電鋰電池具有體積相對較小,騎行輕便、搬運且更換方便,亦兼具環保效能等優點。
綜上所述,本創作提供一較佳可行之電動滑步車,爰依法提呈新型專利之申請;本創作之技術內容及技術特點已揭示如上,然而熟悉本項技術之人士仍可能基於本創作之揭示而作各種不背離本案創作精神之替換及修飾。因此,本創作之保護範圍應不限於實施例所揭示者,而應包括各種不背離本創作之替換及修飾,並為以下之申請專利範圍所涵蓋。

  1. 一種電動滑步車,主要具有一車架體,係於中段處設有一座椅,於前、後端各別設有一前外管及一後叉,於該前外管處設有一前叉及一控制該前叉轉動的車頭把,另於該前叉及該後叉處各別設有一前輪及一後輪,其特徵在於: 該車架體與該後輪間設有一驅動總成,該驅動總成設有具有位於該車架體中段處下方之動力件、一設於該後輪之輪軸處的驅動件,以及一驅動帶,該驅動帶係繞設於該動力件及該驅動件之間,另設有一與該動力件構成可拆裝連接之充電鋰電池。
  2. 如請求項1所述之電動滑步車,其中,該充電鋰電池係為手工具用的充電鋰電池。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述之電動滑步車,其中,該車架體中段處下方設有一殼體,該殼體之後方可供容置該動力件,該殼體之前方則供容置與該動力件電性連接之控制器,且該控制器並具有至少一露出於該殼體前方之第一連接件。
  4. 如請求項3所述之電動滑步車,其中,該殼體前方之外表面設有至少一第一卡合部,該充電鋰電池設有至少一第二連接件以及第二卡合部,該第二卡合部可相對滑動卡合於該第一卡合部,而該第二連接件係與該第一連接件接觸。
  5. 如請求項4所述之電動滑步車,其中,該動力件軸設有一齒盤,該動力件係橫向設置於該車架體中段處下方,該驅動帶則繞設於該驅動件與該齒盤之間。
  6. 如請求項4所述之電動滑步車,其中,該車架體之中段處係貫穿設置有一座管,該座椅係設置於該座管之頂端,而該座管之底端則設有腳踏部。
  7. 如請求項4所述之電動滑步車,其中,該車頭把處進一步設有一啟動控制件及剎車控制件,該啟動控制件及剎車控制件係分別與該控制器連接,可供控制該動力件之作動與否。
  8. 如請求項4所述之電動滑步車,其中,該動力件係為無刷馬達。
