Abstract

本新型涉及一種新型液體冷卻器,包括熱液體容器、冷液體容器、冷卻套管、換熱器和多根連接管,熱液體容器通過連接管連通冷卻套管,冷卻套管為雙層管結構,冷卻套管的內層管用於輸送熱液體而外層管用於輸送冷卻水,冷卻水對內層的熱液體進行一次冷卻降溫形成冷液體經連接管到達冷液體容器,換熱器循環對冷液體進行二次冷卻降溫形成冰液體,熱液體水經過兩級冷卻降溫後能製成符合溫度要求的冰液體飲料,無需另外加冰塊,也不依賴於人員技能熟練程度,不會過渡稀釋飲料或使飲料太濃而影響口感,能夠製造出口感美味、原汁原味的冰液體飲料,使液體飲料低溫封鎖住香氣,避免高溫液體飲料產生易苦澀、酸敗味,帶給用戶更好體驗,滿足消費需求。

Description

液體冷卻器
本新型涉及液體冷卻領域,具體涉及一種用於茶飲、咖啡等液體飲料的液體冷卻器。
在飲料製造行業中,飲料店的工作人員會預先使用熱水加上各種調料(咖啡、牛奶、茶、糖精、鹽等)制成特地口味的熱液體原湯料,然後根據客人是否需要冰飲而直接往熱液體原湯料加冰冷卻成冰液體飲料,這種冷卻方式的缺陷在於飲料口感直接受到加冰多寡和服務人員技能熟練程度的影響,若加冰太多就會稀釋飲料導致口味變淡而加冰太少飲料溫度降不下來且可能會太濃,另外,隨著外賣行業的發展,越來越多的人不是直接到店消費而且通過點外賣來消費茶飲,外賣送貨時間並不確定,冰塊融化快慢也會影響到飲料口感,最終會導致消費者不能喝上口感好的飲料而對店家產生不好印象。
針對現有技術存在的問題,本新型提供了一種新型液體冷卻器,可將熱液體飲直接制成冰液體飲而無需另外加冰塊,具體技術方案如下: 一種新型液體冷卻器,包括熱液體容器、冷液體容器、冷卻套管、換熱器和多根連接管,熱液體承放在熱液體容器中,熱液體容器通過連接管連通冷卻套管,冷卻套管為雙層管結構,冷卻套管的內層管用於輸送熱液體而外層管用於輸送冷卻水,冷卻水對內層的熱液體進行一次冷卻降溫形成冷液體經連接管到達冷液體容器,冷液體容器通過連接管連通換熱器,換熱器循環對冷液體進行二次冷卻降溫形成冰液體。
作為本新型的一種優選方案,還包括第一水泵和第二水泵,第一水泵驅動冷卻水進入外層管冷卻降溫熱液體,第二水泵驅動冷液體從冷液體容器輸送到換熱器。
作為本新型的一種優選方案,所述換熱器包括空氣壓縮機、換熱管和冷媒管,冷液體進入換熱管後冷媒吸收冷液體熱量變成氣態,空氣壓縮機壓縮氣態冷媒凝聚成液體回到冷媒管。
作為本新型的一種優選方案,所述冷液體容器中安裝有檢測液體溫度的溫度探頭。
作為本新型的一種優選方案,所述換熱器的出水口處的連接管安裝電磁閥,電磁閥控制冷液體流出。
作為本新型的一種優選方案,所述冷卻套管排列方式為盤狀。
作為本新型的一種優選方案,還包括機架、保護板、上蓋板和清潔水龍頭,機架上方設有用於固定熱液體容器、冷液體容器的放置槽,機架外周側安裝保護板,保護板保護內部的冷卻套管、換熱器、連接管,機架上方安裝上蓋板,上蓋板上方安裝清潔水龍頭,清潔水龍頭用於輸出過濾清潔水。
有益效果:通過各部件的相互配合,熱液體水經過兩級冷卻降溫後能制成符合溫度要求的冰液體飲料,相對於現有技術無需另外加冰塊,也不依賴於人員技能熟練程度,不會過渡稀釋飲料或使飲料太濃而影響口感,能 夠製造出口感美味、原汁原味的冰液體飲料,使液體飲料低溫封鎖住香氣,避免高溫液體飲料易產生苦澀、酸敗味,帶給用戶更好體驗,滿足消費需求。

下面結合附圖,對本新型的具體實施方式做進一步說明:在本新型的描述中,需要說明的是,術語“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“豎直”、“水平”、“內”、“外”等指示的方位或位置關系為基於附圖所示的方位或位置關系,僅是為了便於描述本新型和簡化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的位置或元件必須具有特定的方位、以特定的方位構造和操作,因此不能理解為對本新型的限制。
在本新型的描述中,需要說明的是,除非另有明確的規定和限定,術語“安裝”、“相連”、“連接”應做廣義理解,例如,可以是固定連接,也可以是可拆卸連接,或一體地連接;可以是機械連接,也可以是電連接;可以是直接相連,也可以通過中間媒介間接相連,可以是兩個元件內部的連通。對於本領域的普通技術人員而言,可以視具體情況理解上述術語在本新型中的具體含義。
如圖1~4所示,一種新型液體冷卻器,包括熱液體容器1、冷液體容器2、冷卻套管3、換熱器4和多根連接管,93~95度的熱液體14承放在熱液體容器1中,冷卻套管3為雙層管結構,冷卻套管3的內層管用於輸送熱液體14而外層管用於輸送冷卻水13,冷卻套管3排列方式為盤狀,熱液體容器1通過連接管連通冷卻套管3的內層管,而冷卻套管3的外層管通過連接管連通冷卻水13源,冷卻水13源優選採用自來水,自來水取料方便、量大便宜,冷卻水13對內層的熱液體14進行一次冷卻降溫形成25~30度的冷液體,冷液體通過連接管到達冷液體容器2,冷液體容器2通過連接管連通換熱器4,換熱器4循環對冷液體進行二次冷卻降溫形成4度以下的冰液體。
具體的,新型液體冷卻器還包括第一水泵5和第二水泵6,第一水泵5驅動冷卻水13進入外層管冷卻降溫熱液體14,第二水泵6驅動冷液體從冷液體容器2輸送到換熱器4,換熱器4的出水口的連接管處安裝電磁閥7,冷液體容器2中安裝有檢測液體溫度的溫度探頭8,當溫度探頭8檢測到冷液體溫度並沒有達到設定值時,電磁閥7會關閉換熱器出水口,茶水循環在冷液體容器2、換熱器4中流動被冷卻多次,直至溫度探頭8檢測到冷液體溫度達到設定值時,電磁閥7可打開,流出特地溫度的冰液體,第一水泵5、第二水泵6、電磁閥7、換熱器4、溫度探頭8可由預裝有程序的PLC控制器操控。
具體的,換熱器4為常見的制冷換熱裝置用於給冷液體進行二次冷卻降溫使用,所述換熱器4包括空氣壓縮機41、換熱管42和冷媒管43,換熱管42也為雙層結構,冷液體進入換熱管後冷媒吸收冷液體熱量變成氣態,空氣壓縮機41壓縮氣態冷媒凝聚成液體回到冷媒管43,優選的可在管路中增加熱力膨脹閥,熱力膨脹閥節流後冷媒能快速變回低溫。
具體的,新型液體冷卻器還包括機架9、保護板10、上蓋板11和清潔水龍頭12,機架9上方設有用於固定熱液體容器1、冷液體容器2的放置槽, 機架9外周側安裝保護板10,保護板10保護內部的冷卻套管3、換熱器4、連接管,機架9上方安裝上蓋板11,上蓋板11上方安裝清潔水龍頭12,清潔水龍頭12輸出過濾清潔水,過濾清潔水可用於清洗液體冷卻器中的水垢、污點、殘渣等污跡。

  1. 一種液體冷卻器,其特徵在於:包括熱液體容器、冷液體容器、冷卻套管、換熱器和多根連接管,熱液體承放在所述熱液體容器中,所述熱液體容器通過所述連接管連通所述冷卻套管,所述冷卻套管為雙層管結構,所述冷卻套管的內層管用於輸送熱液體而外層管用於輸送冷卻水,所述冷卻水對內層的熱液體進行一次冷卻降溫形成冷液體經所述連接管到達所述冷液體容器,所述冷液體容器通過所述連接管連通所述換熱器,所述換熱器循環對所述冷液體進行二次冷卻降溫形成冰液體。
  2. 如請求項1所述的液體冷卻器,還包括第一水泵和第二水泵,所述第一水泵驅動冷卻水進入所述外層管冷卻降溫熱液體,所述第二水泵驅動冷液體從所述冷液體容器輸送到所述換熱器。
  3. 如請求項1所述的液體冷卻器,其中,所述換熱器包括空氣壓縮機、換熱管和冷媒管,所述冷液體進入所述換熱管後冷媒吸收冷液體熱量變成氣態,所述空氣壓縮機壓縮氣態冷媒凝聚成液體回到所述冷媒管。
  4. 如請求項1所述的液體冷卻器,其中,所述冷液體容器中安裝有檢測液體溫度的溫度探頭。
  5. 如請求項1所述的液體冷卻器,其中,所述換熱器出水口處的連接管安裝電磁閥,所述電磁閥控制所述冷液體流出。
  6. 如請求項1所述的液體冷卻器,其中,所述冷卻套管排列方式為盤狀。
  7. 如請求項1所述的液體冷卻器,還包括機架、保護板、上蓋板和清潔水龍頭,所述機架上方設有用於固定所述熱液體容器、所述冷液體容器的放置槽,所述機架外周側安裝所述保護板,所述保護板保護內部的所述冷卻套管、所述換熱器所述連接管,所述機架上方安裝所述上蓋板,所述上蓋板上方安裝所述清潔水龍頭,所述清潔水龍頭用於將輸出過濾為清潔水。
