本实用新型涉及液体冷却领域,具体涉及一种用于茶饮、咖啡等液体饮料的液体冷却器。
背景技术
在饮料制造行业中,饮料店的工作人员会预先使用热水加上各种调料(咖啡、牛奶、茶、糖精、盐等)制成特地口味的热液体原汤料,然后根据客人是否需要冰饮而直接往热液体原汤料加冰冷却成冰液体饮料,这种冷却方式的缺陷在于饮料口感直接受到加冰多寡和服务人员技能熟练程度的影响,若加冰太多就会稀释饮料导致口味变淡而加冰太少饮料温度降不下来且可能会太浓,另外,随着外卖行业的发展,越来越多的人不是直接到店消费而且通过点外卖来消费茶饮,外卖送货时间并不确定,冰块熔化快慢也会影响到饮料口感,最终会导致消费者不能喝上口感好的饮料而对店家产生不好印象。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种新型液体冷却器,可将热液体饮直接制成冰液体饮而无需另外加冰块,具体技术方案如下:

作为本实用新型的一种优选方案,还包括第一水泵和第二水泵,第一水泵驱动冷却水进入外层管冷却降温热液体,第二水泵驱动冷液体从冷液体容器输送到换热器。
作为本实用新型的一种优选方案,所述换热器包括空气压缩机、换热管和冷媒管,冷液体进入换热管后冷媒吸收冷液体热量变成气态,空气压缩机压缩气态冷媒凝聚成液体回到冷媒管。
作为本实用新型的一种优选方案,所述冷液体容器中安装有检测液体温度的温度探头。
作为本实用新型的一种优选方案,所述换热器的出水口处的连接管安装电磁阀,电磁阀控制冷液体流出。

如图1~4所示,一种新型液体冷却器,包括热液体容器1、冷液体容器2、冷却套管3、换热器4和多根连接管,93~95度的热液体承放在热液体容器1中,冷却套管3为双层管结构,冷却套管3的内层管用于输送热液体而外层管用于输送冷却水,冷却套管3排列方式为盘状,热液体容器1通过连接管连通冷却套管3的内层管,而冷却套管3的外层管通过连接管连通冷却水源,冷却水源优选采用自来水,自来水取料方便、量大便宜,冷却水对内层的热液体进行一次冷却降温形成25~30度的冷液体,冷液体通过连接管到达冷液体容器2,冷液体容器2通过连接管连通换热器4,换热器4循环对冷液体进行二次冷却降温形成4度以下的冰液体。
具体的,新型茶饮冷却制造器还包括第一水泵5和第二水泵6,第一水泵5驱动冷却水进入外层管冷却降温热液体,第二水泵6驱动冷液体从冷液体容器2输送到换热器4,换热器4的出水口的连接管处安装电磁阀7,冷液体容器2中安装有检测液体温度的温度探头8,当温度探头8检测到冷液体温度并没有达到设定值时,电磁阀7会关闭换热器出水口,茶水循环在冷液体容器2、换热器4中流动被冷却多次,直至温度探头8检测到冷液体温度达到设定值时,电磁阀7可打开,流出特地温度的冰液体,第一水泵5、第二水泵6、电磁阀7、换热器4、温度探头8可由预装有程序的PLC控制器操控。
具体的,换热器4为常见的制冷换热装置用于给冷液体进行二次冷却降温使用,所述换热器4包括空气压缩机41、换热管42和冷媒管43,换热管42也为双层结构,冷液体进入换热管后冷媒吸收冷液体热量变成气态,空气压缩机41压缩气态冷媒凝聚成液体回到冷媒管43,优选的可在管路中增加热力膨胀阀,热力膨胀阀节流后冷媒能快速变回低温。
具体的,新型茶饮冷却制造器还包括机架9、保护板10、上盖板11和清洁水龙头12,机架9上方设有用于固定热液体容器1、冷液体容器2的放置槽,机架9外周侧安装保护板10,保护板10保护内部的冷却套管3、换热器4、连接管,机架9上方安装上盖板11,上盖板11上方安装清洁水龙头12,清洁水龙头12输出过滤清洁水,过滤清洁水可用于清洗液体冷却器中的水垢、污点、残渣等污迹。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型液体冷却器,其特征在于:还包括第一水泵和第二水泵,第一水泵驱动冷却水进入外层管冷却降温热液体,第二水泵驱动冷液体从冷液体容器输送到换热器。
