Description
本創作關於一種散熱器,尤指一種將二水嘴可轉動地設置於相對二側之散熱器。
散熱裝置與電子裝置的發展息息相關。由於電子裝置在運作時,電路中的電流會因阻抗的影響而產生不必要的熱能,如果這些熱能不能有效地排除而累積在電子裝置內部的電子元件上,電子元件便有可能因為不斷升高的溫度而損壞。因此,散熱裝置的優劣影響電子裝置的運作甚鉅。
目前,電子裝置最常用的散熱裝置是透過將熱管的一端接觸會產生熱的電子元件,另一端連接散熱片,並以散熱風扇對散熱片進行散熱。然而,散熱風扇在高轉速之下所產生的擾人噪音及高耗電量,常常是製造業者所難以克服之問題。因此,液冷系統便因應而生。
一般而言,液冷系統主要係由複數個管路連接液冷頭、散熱器以及泵浦所構成。液冷系統在對電子元件進行散熱時,係由泵浦將冷卻液打入液冷頭,冷卻液吸收電子元件所產生的熱量,再由散熱器對冷卻液進行冷卻。因此,散熱器對於液冷系統而言,極為重要。散熱器皆具有供冷卻液進出之用的二水嘴,且習知散熱器之二水嘴皆是設置在散熱器的同一側且不可轉動。當習知散熱器裝設於電子裝置中時,連接水嘴之管路無法根據電子裝置內部之電子元件的配置來調整位置。因此,便需針對不同的電子裝置設計專屬的散熱器,使得散熱器在使用上較無彈性,且會增加製造成本。
本創作提供一種將二水嘴可轉動地設置於相對二側之散熱器,以解決上述之問題。
根據一實施例,本創作之散熱器包含一本體、二連接件以及二水嘴。二連接件設置於本體之相對二側。每一個水嘴可轉動地連接於二連接件的其中之一,使得二水嘴可轉動地設置於本體之相對二側。
綜上所述,由於二水嘴係可轉動地設置於散熱器之本體之相對二側,使用者或製造商即可根據電子裝置內部之電子元件的配置,調整連接水嘴之管路之位置,以避免連接水嘴之管路與電子裝置內部之電子元件產生干涉而無法裝設之問題。

請參閱第1圖至第3圖,第1圖為根據本創作一實施例之散熱器1的示意圖,第2圖為第1圖中的散熱器1的爆炸圖,第3圖為第1圖中的散熱器1移除一側之連接件12後的示意圖。
如第1圖至第3圖所示,散熱器1包含一本體10、二連接件12、二水嘴14以及二U形插銷16。二連接件12設置於本體10之相對二側。於此實施例中,二連接件12可焊接於本體10之相對二側,使得本體10與二連接件12一體成型。每一個水嘴14可轉動地連接於二連接件12的其中之一,使得二水嘴14可轉動地設置於本體10之相對二側。
於此實施例中,每一個連接件12可具有一第一孔洞120以及二第二孔洞122,其中第一孔洞120與二第二孔洞122分別形成於連接件12之相鄰二側。組裝時,可將水嘴14之一第一端部140插設於第一孔洞120中,且將U形插銷16之二第二端部160插設於二第二孔洞122中,使得水嘴14之第一端部140可轉動地夾置於U形插銷16之二第二端部160之間。
於此實施例中,水嘴14之第一端部140可具有一環形凹槽142。如第3圖所示,當水嘴14之第一端部140夾置於U形插銷16之二第二端部160之間時,U形插銷16之二第二端部160係位於環形凹槽142中。藉此,水嘴14即可相對散熱器1之本體10以軸線A為樞軸轉動,且U形插銷16可防止水嘴14沿軸線A的方向脫離連接件12。
綜上所述,由於二水嘴係可轉動地設置於散熱器之本體之相對二側,使用者或製造商即可根據電子裝置內部之電子元件的配置,調整連接水嘴之管路之位置,以避免連接水嘴之管路與電子裝置內部之電子元件產生干涉而無法裝設之問題。

Claims (4)
- 一種散熱器,包含: 一本體; 二連接件,設置於該本體之相對二側;以及 二水嘴,每一該水嘴可轉動地連接於該二連接件的其中之一,使得該二水嘴可轉動地設置於該本體之相對二側。
- 如請求項1所述之散熱器,另包含二U形插銷,每一該連接件具有一第一孔洞以及二第二孔洞,該第一孔洞與該二第二孔洞分別形成於該連接件之相鄰二側,該水嘴之一第一端部插設於該第一孔洞中,該U形插銷之二第二端部插設於該二第二孔洞中,使得該水嘴之該第一端部可轉動地夾置於該U形插銷之該二第二端部之間。
- 如請求項2所述之散熱器,其中該水嘴之該第一端部具有一環形凹槽,該U形插銷之該二第二端部位於該環形凹槽中。
- 如請求項1所述之散熱器,其中該本體與該二連接件一體成型。
