Abstract

一种散热器,包含一本体、二连接件以及二水嘴。二连接件设置于本体的相对二侧。每一个水嘴可转动地连接于二连接件的其中之一,使得二水嘴可转动地设置于本体的相对二侧。

本实用新型关于一种散热器,尤指一种将二水嘴可转动地设置于相对二侧的散热器。
背景技术
散热装置与电子装置的发展息息相关。由于电子装置在运作时,电路中的电流会因阻抗的影响而产生不必要的热能,如果这些热能不能有效地排除而累积在电子装置内部的电子元件上,电子元件便有可能因为不断升高的温度而损坏。因此,散热装置的优劣影响电子装置的运作甚巨。
目前,电子装置最常用的散热装置是透过将热管的一端接触会产生热的电子元件,另一端连接散热片,并以散热风扇对散热片进行散热。然而,散热风扇在高转速之下所产生的扰人噪音及高耗电量,常常是制造业者所难以克服的问题。因此,液冷系统便因应而生。
一般而言,液冷系统主要系由多个管路连接液冷头、散热器以及泵浦所构成。液冷系统在对电子元件进行散热时,系由泵浦将冷却液打入液冷头,冷却液吸收电子元件所产生的热量,再由散热器对冷却液进行冷却。因此,散热器对于液冷系统而言,极为重要。散热器皆具有供冷却液进出之用的二水嘴,且现有散热器的二水嘴皆是设置在散热器的同一侧且不可转动。当现有散热器装设于电子装置中时,连接水嘴的管路无法根据电子装置内部的电子元件的配置来调整位置。因此,便需针对不同的电子装置设计专属的散热器,使得散热器在使用上较无弹性,且会增加制造成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种将二水嘴可转动地设置于相对二侧的散热器,以解决上述的问题。
根据一实施例,本实用新型的散热器包含一本体、二连接件以及二水嘴。二连接件设置于本体的相对二侧。每一个水嘴可转动地连接于二连接件的其中之一,使得二水嘴可转动地设置于本体的相对二侧。
上述的散热器,其中,另包含二U形插销,每一该连接件具有一第一孔洞以及二第二孔洞,该第一孔洞与该二第二孔洞分别形成于该连接件的相邻二侧,该水嘴的一第一端部插设于该第一孔洞中,该U形插销的二第二端部插设于该二第二孔洞中,使得该水嘴的该第一端部可转动地夹置于该U形插销的该二第二端部之间。
上述的散热器,其中,该水嘴的该第一端部具有一环形凹槽,该U形插销的该二第二端部位于该环形凹槽中。
上述的散热器,其中,该本体与该二连接件一体成型。
上述的散热器,其中,该水嘴具有一轴向方向,该水嘴可相对该本体以该轴向方向为枢轴转动。
上述的散热器,其中,当该水嘴转动时,该U形插销止挡该水嘴沿该轴向方向脱离该连接件。
综上所述,由于二水嘴系可转动地设置于散热器的本体的相对二侧,用户或制造商即可根据电子装置内部的电子元件的配置,调整连接水嘴的管路的位置,以避免连接水嘴的管路与电子装置内部的电子元件产生干涉而无法装设的问题。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图3,图1为根据本实用新型一实施例的散热器1的示意图,图2为图1中的散热器1的爆炸图,图3为图1中的散热器1移除一侧的连接件12后的示意图。
如图1至图3所示,散热器1包含一本体10、二连接件12、二水嘴14以及二U形插销16。二连接件12设置于本体10的相对二侧。于此实施例中,二连接件12可焊接于本体10的相对二侧,使得本体10与二连接件12一体成型。每一个水嘴14可转动地连接于二连接件12的其中之一,使得二水嘴14可转动地设置于本体10的相对二侧。
于此实施例中,每一个连接件12可具有一第一孔洞120以及二第二孔洞122,其中第一孔洞120与二第二孔洞122分别形成于连接件12的相邻二侧。组装时,可将水嘴14的一第一端部140插设于第一孔洞120中,且将U形插销16的二第二端部160插设于二第二孔洞122中,使得水嘴14的第一端部140可转动地夹置于U形插销16的二第二端部160之间。
于此实施例中,水嘴14的第一端部140可具有一环形凹槽142。如图3所示,当水嘴14的第一端部140夹置于U形插销16的二第二端部160之间时,U形插销16的二第二端部160位于环形凹槽142中。
于此实施例中,水嘴14具有一轴向方向A,水嘴14可相对本体10以轴向方向A为枢轴转动。当水嘴14转动时,U形插销16止挡水嘴14沿轴向方向A脱离连接件12。
综上所述,由于二水嘴系可转动地设置于散热器的本体的相对二侧,用户或制造商即可根据电子装置内部的电子元件的配置,调整连接水嘴的管路的位置,以避免连接水嘴的管路与电子装置内部的电子元件产生干涉而无法装设的问题。

Claims (6)

1.一种散热器,其特征在于,包含:
一本体;
二连接件,设置于该本体的相对二侧;以及
二水嘴,每一该水嘴可转动地连接于该二连接件的其中之一,使得该二水嘴可转动地设置于该本体的相对二侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的散热器,其特征在于,另包含二U形插销,每一该连接件具有一第一孔洞以及二第二孔洞,该第一孔洞与该二第二孔洞分别形成于该连接件的相邻二侧,该水嘴的一第一端部插设于该第一孔洞中,该U形插销的二第二端部插设于该二第二孔洞中,使得该水嘴的该第一端部可转动地夹置于该U形插销的该二第二端部之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的散热器,其特征在于,该水嘴的该第一端部具有一环形凹槽,该U形插销的该二第二端部位于该环形凹槽中。
4.如权利要求1所述的散热器,其特征在于,该本体与该二连接件一体成型。
5.如权利要求2所述的散热器,其特征在于,该水嘴具有一轴向方向,该水嘴可相对该本体以该轴向方向为枢轴转动。
6.如权利要求5所述的散热器,其特征在于,当该水嘴转动时,该U形插销止挡该水嘴沿该轴向方向脱离该连接件。
