多功能手臂轉柄運動器
本創作提供一種運動器具之技術領域，尤指其技術上提供一種多功能手臂轉柄運動器，其具有雙臂運動裝置連動、同動或獨立之運動模式，亦具有可調阻尼大小的阻尼調整裝置，同時具有萬向固定支架置得固定至任何處所或其他或現成的腿部運動器上。
按，參閱本案創作人之前案申請案號第100213484號「室內外腳踏車之多功能傳動裝置」，其雖可達到多功能的目的，但是其多功能是建構在相當複雜的機構上，如此複雜的機構除了組裝維護不易外，也容易有損壞的狀況發生，再者習知的手臂運動器其雖然可以兩手握持轉動，惟其使用狀態只能兩曲柄保持180度差的狀態下轉動，一種使用方式使得運動沒有樂趣可言，且其習知手臂運動器都是專門設置而不能附加至其他運動器，因此習知手臂運動器實有改進之必要。
是以，針對上述習知結構所存在之問題點，如何開發一種更具理想實用性之創新結構，實消費者所殷切 企盼，亦係相關業者須努力研發突破之目標及方向。
有鑑於此，創作人本於多年從事相關產品之製造開發與設計經驗，針對上述之目標，詳加設計與審慎評估後，終得一確具實用性之本創作。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種多功能手臂轉柄運動器，其具有雙臂運動裝置連動、同動或獨立之運動模式，亦具有可調阻尼大小的阻尼調整裝置，同時具有萬向固定支架置得固定至任何處所或其他或現成的腿部運動器上。
為達上述目的，本創作提供一種多功能手臂轉柄運動器，係包含有：一萬向固定支架裝置，前述萬向固定支架裝置包含頂端固設一五通管，前述五通管左側裝設一組左臂運動裝置，五通管右側裝設一右臂運動裝置，五通管上方裝設一組阻尼調整裝置，一組快拆插銷裝置，前述快拆插銷裝置可以快速連結定位左、右臂運動裝置之左、右手臂轉柄相差0度或180度，也可快速分離左、右臂運動裝置使之各自獨立，阻尼調整裝置可調整所需阻尼強度，以之可快速達到運動效果，而萬向固定支架裝置則可將多功能手臂轉柄運動器附加至任何現成或另購的腿部運動器上，使之成為一手部及腿部的運動器者。

為使 貴審查委員對本創作之目的、特徵及功效能夠有更進一步之瞭解與認識，茲配合實施方式及圖式詳述如後：參閱第一至第十圖所示，本創作提供一種多功能手臂轉柄運動器，係包含有：一萬向固定支架裝置10，前述萬向固定支架裝置10包含頂端固設一五通管11，萬向固定支架裝置10則可將多功能手臂轉柄運動器1附加至任何現成或另購的腿部運動器之桿件2上，使之成為一手部及腿部的運動器；一組左臂運動裝置20，前述左臂運動裝置20裝設於五通管11左側；一組右臂運動裝置30，前述右臂運動裝置30裝設於五通管11右側；一組快拆插銷裝置40，前述快拆插銷裝置40可以快速連結定位左、右臂運動裝置20、30之左、右手臂轉柄25、35相差0度的同動，或相差180度的連動，也可快速分離左、右臂運動裝置20、30使之各自獨立；以及一組阻尼調整裝置50，前述阻尼調整裝置50裝設於五通管11上方，阻尼調整裝置50產生阻力至左臂運動裝置20及右臂運動裝置30，阻尼調整裝置50可調整所需阻尼強度，以之可快速達到運動效果。
所述之多功能手臂轉柄運動器，其中前述左臂 運動裝置20包含有一心軸21樞設至前述五通管11內，心軸21左側設有一花鍵座211，一左飛輪22，前述左飛輪22設貫穿之一第一花鍵槽221，左飛輪22以第一花鍵槽221固定至心軸21花鍵座211，一第一固定塊23，前述第一固定塊23設有貫穿之一第二花鍵槽231，第一固定塊23以第二花鍵槽231固定至心軸21花鍵座211，心軸21左側設有一第一外螺紋212，得供一第一螺帽24螺鎖固定第一固定塊23、左飛輪22，第一固定塊23側面設有數螺孔232，一左手臂轉柄25，前述左手臂轉柄25穿設數螺絲251鎖固至前述第一固定塊23側面數螺孔232，以其固定一體的心軸21、左飛輪22、第一固定塊23及左手臂轉柄25構成左臂運動裝置20。
所述之多功能手臂轉柄運動器，其中前述右臂運動裝置30包含有一右飛輪31以數軸承32間隔而套於前述心軸21，一第二固定塊33亦以數軸承32間隔而套於心軸21，右飛輪31側面設一第一鍵槽311，第二固定塊33側面設一第二鍵槽331與之對應，一鍵塊34組於第一、二鍵槽311、331進而連結右飛輪31與第二固定塊33，心軸21右側設有一第二外螺紋213，得供一第二螺帽26鎖設限位第二固定塊33，第二固定塊33另一側面設有數螺孔332，一右手臂轉柄35，前述右手臂轉柄35穿設數螺絲351鎖固至第二固定塊33側面數螺孔332，以其連結的右手臂轉柄 35、第二固定塊33及右飛輪31構成右臂運動裝置30。
所述之多功能手臂轉柄運動器，其中前述快拆插銷裝置40係包含有一快拆座管41，前述快拆座管41內設設一擋板411，一插銷42套入一彈簧43後由擋板411穿貫，使彈簧43一端抵於插銷42，而另端抵於擋板411，一外套件44內設穿孔441及內螺紋442，穿孔441供一固定螺件45前端穿過而螺固至插銷42一內螺紋421，一內套件46設內、外螺紋461、462，外螺紋462鎖固至外套件44內螺紋442，內螺紋461供一連桿47之一外螺紋471鎖設，連桿47近頂端設一銷孔472，一偏心旋鈕48設有銷孔481與連桿47銷孔472對齊，得以一銷桿49穿貫固定，偏心旋鈕48頂於快拆座管41頂端弧面上，快拆座管41下方設外螺紋412，一環圈413及前述第二固定塊33均設有一內螺孔4131、333得螺鎖於快拆座管41外螺紋412，第二固定塊33內螺孔333再往內設一通孔334，前述通孔334得供插銷42穿貫，前述心軸21於對齊插銷42的位置，並依左手臂轉柄25同角度或相差180度位置設有一0度插孔214及一180度插孔215，偏心旋鈕48釋放拉力，則彈簧43頂插銷42固定至0度插孔214，則左、右臂運動裝置20、30可同動(如第五、七、八圖所示)，彈簧43頂插銷42固定至180度插孔215，則左、右臂運動裝置20、30可如自行車兩踏板的連動(如第六、七、九圖所示)，偏心旋鈕48旋轉產生 拉力拉升插銷42並使彈簧43壓縮，則左、右臂運動裝置20、30各自獨立，可單手運動或雙手分別作自由運動(如第七、十圖所示)。
所述之多功能手臂轉柄運動器，其中前述阻尼調整裝置50係包含一弧形板51，前述弧形板51分別朝左、右飛輪22、31兩側面及周面設有數剎車片52，弧形板51中央兩側分別設有導引軸桿53，前述導引軸桿53並由弧形板51內面設有彈性件54頂升支撐弧形板51，一壓力旋鈕55，前述壓力旋鈕55以一彈性元件56抵向弧形板51外面，壓力旋鈕55並以一外螺紋551螺鎖至前述五通管11頂面設置之一內螺紋111，旋緊壓力旋鈕55則彈性元件56以更大的壓力施加至弧形板51，所有剎車片52得以更強的阻尼力施加至左、右飛輪22、31。
所述之多功能手臂轉柄運動器，其中前述萬向固定支架裝置10包括五通管11往下凸伸兩管體12，兩管體12下方分別樞設一第一彎管131及一第二彎管132，使第一、二彎管131、132可360度調轉最佳位置，第一彎管131下方樞設一第一旋轉頭141，第一旋轉頭141下方樞設一第一前後擺頭151，以使第一旋轉頭141可360度調轉最佳角度，而第一前後擺頭151則可前後擺動調轉340度範圍，第二彎管132下方樞設一第二旋轉頭142，第二旋轉頭142下方樞設一第二前後擺頭152，以使第二旋轉頭142可360 度調轉最佳角度，而第二前後擺頭152則可前後擺動調轉340度範圍，第一、二前後擺頭152並可固定至新購或現成的腿部運動器之桿件2。
參閱第一、五、六圖所示，前述多功能手臂轉柄運動器1更包含有一外殼60，前述外殼60固定至多功能手臂轉柄運動器1外周，而五通管11上及左飛輪22與右飛輪31對應設有數感測元件61，外殼60上設有一螢幕62與前述感測元件61電連結，如此使得左或右飛輪22、31之轉速得以顯示至螢幕62上供使用者觀看。
由其上述可知，本創作之多功能手臂轉柄運動器，確為業界首見而符合新型專利之新穎性要件者，而其全面性之創新設計，符合新型專利之進步性要件，而其運動器具有雙臂運動裝置連動、同動或獨立之運動模式，亦具有可調阻尼大小的阻尼調整裝置，同時具有萬向固定支架置得固定至任何處所或其他或現成的腿部運動器上，符合較佳之產業利用性者。
前文係針對本創作之較佳實施例為本創作之技術特徵進行具體之說明；惟，熟悉此項技術之人士當可在不脫離本創作之精神與原則下對本創作進行變更與修改，而該等變更與修改，皆應涵蓋於如下申請專利範圍所界定之範疇中。
綜上所述，本創作係提供一種多功能手臂轉柄 運動器，其確已達到本創作之所有目的，另其組合結構之空間型態未見於同類產品，亦未曾公開於申請前，已符合專利法之規定，爰依法提出申請。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種多功能手臂轉柄運動器，包括：一萬向固定支架裝置，前述萬向固定支架裝置包含頂端固設一五通管，萬向固定支架裝置則可將多功能手臂轉柄運動器附加至任何現成或另購的腿部運動器上，使之成為一手部及腿部的運動器；一組左臂運動裝置，前述左臂運動裝置裝設於五通管左側；一組右臂運動裝置，前述右臂運動裝置裝設於五通管右側；一組快拆插銷裝置，前述快拆插銷裝置可以快速連結定位左、右臂運動裝置之左、右手臂轉柄相差0度的同動，或相差180度的連動，也可快速分離左、右臂運動裝置使之各自獨立；以及一組阻尼調整裝置，前述阻尼調整裝置裝設於五通管上方，阻尼調整裝置產生阻力至左臂運動裝置及右臂運動裝置，阻尼調整裝置可調整所需阻尼強度，以之可快速達到運動效果。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之多功能手臂轉柄運動器，其中前述左臂運動裝置包含有一心軸樞設至前述五通管內，心軸左側設有一花鍵座，一左飛輪，前述左飛輪設貫穿之一第一花鍵槽，左飛輪以第一花鍵槽固定至心軸花 鍵座，一第一固定塊，前述第一固定塊設有貫穿之一第二花鍵槽，第一固定塊以第二花鍵槽固定至心軸花鍵座，心軸左側設有一第一外螺紋，得供一第一螺帽螺鎖固定第一固定塊、左飛輪，第一固定塊側面設有數螺孔，一左手臂轉柄，前述左手臂轉柄穿設數螺絲鎖固至前述第一固定塊側面數螺孔，以其固定一體的心軸、左飛輪、第一固定塊及左手臂轉柄構成左臂運動裝置。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之多功能手臂轉柄運動器，其中前述右臂運動裝置包含有一右飛輪以數軸承間隔而套於前述心軸，一第二固定塊亦以數軸承間隔而套於心軸，右飛輪側面設一第一鍵槽，第二固定塊側面設一第二鍵槽與之對應，一鍵塊組於第一、二鍵槽進而連結右飛輪與第二固定塊，心軸右側設有一第二外螺紋，得供一第二螺帽鎖設限位第二固定塊，第二固定塊另一側面設有數螺孔，一右手臂轉柄，前述右手臂轉柄穿設數螺絲鎖固至第二固定塊側面數螺孔，以其連結的右手臂轉柄、第二固定塊及右飛輪構成右臂運動裝置。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之多功能手臂轉柄運動器，其中前述快拆插銷裝置係包含有一快拆座管，前述快拆座管內設設一擋板，一插銷套入一彈簧後由擋板穿貫，使彈簧一端抵於插銷，而另端抵於擋板，一外套件內設穿孔及內螺紋，穿孔供一固定螺件前端穿過而螺固至插銷一 內螺紋，一內套件設內、外螺紋，外螺紋鎖固至外套件內螺紋，內螺紋供一連桿之一外螺紋鎖設，連桿近頂端設一銷孔，一偏心旋鈕設有銷孔與連桿銷孔對齊，得以一銷桿穿貫固定，偏心旋鈕頂於快拆座管頂端弧面上，快拆座管下方設外螺紋，一環圈及前述第二固定塊均設有一內螺孔得螺鎖於快拆座管外螺紋，第二固定塊內螺孔再往內設一通孔，前述通孔得供插銷穿貫，前述心軸於對齊插銷的位置，並依左手臂轉柄同角度或相差180度位置設有一0度插孔及一180度插孔，偏心旋鈕釋放拉力，則彈簧頂插銷固定至0度插孔，則左、右臂運動裝置可同動，彈簧頂插銷固定至180度插孔，則左、右臂運動裝置可連動，偏心旋鈕旋轉產生拉力拉升插銷並使彈簧壓縮，則左、右臂運動裝置各自獨立，可單手運動或雙手分別作自由運動。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之多功能手臂轉柄運動器，其中前述阻尼調整裝置係包含一弧形板，前述弧形板分別朝左、右飛輪兩側面及周面設有數剎車片，弧形板中央兩側分別設有導引軸桿，前述導引軸桿並由弧形板內面設有彈性件頂升支撐弧形板，一壓力旋鈕，前述壓力旋鈕以一彈性元件抵向弧形板外面，壓力旋鈕並以一外螺紋螺鎖至前述五通管頂面設置之一內螺紋，旋緊壓力旋鈕則彈性元件以更大的壓力施加至弧形板，所有剎車片得以更強的阻尼力施加至左、右飛輪。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之多功能手臂轉柄運動器，其中前述萬向固定支架裝置包括五通管往下凸伸兩管體，兩管體下方分別樞設一第一彎管及一第二彎管，使第一、二彎管可360度調轉最佳位置，第一彎管下方樞設一第一旋轉頭，第一旋轉頭下方樞設一第一前後擺頭，以使第一旋轉頭可360度調轉最佳角度，而第一前後擺頭則可前後擺動調轉340度範圍，第二彎管下方樞設一第二旋轉頭，第二旋轉頭下方樞設一第二前後擺頭，以使第二旋轉頭可360度調轉最佳角度，而第二前後擺頭則可前後擺動調轉340度範圍，第一、二前後擺頭並可固定至新購或現成的腿部運動器。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之多功能手臂轉柄運動器，其中前述多功能手臂轉柄運動器更包含有一外殼，前述外殼固定至多功能手臂轉柄運動器外周，而五通管上及左飛輪與右飛輪對應設有數感測元件，外殼上設有一螢幕與前述感測元件電連結，使左或右飛輪之轉速得以顯示至螢幕上供使用者觀看。
