碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構
本創作係有關於一種碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,尤指一種輕量化且可提升結構強度與結合性的碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構為首先創作運用者。
按,國人生活於一個富裕的社會,汽車的使用已是不可或缺及廣為國人所青睞,而汽車技術的改進、安全性之考量及駕馭者使用之便利,隨著車輛安全議題逐漸受到大眾關注,車輛安全科技亦成為各大車廠的發展重點,然而,如何達到前述之優點早已為各廠商研究改進之標的。
一般汽車的車體設計上,主要是將引擎、水箱、電瓶...等相關組件設製在汽車的引擎室內,並利用可掀啟之引擎蓋罩覆於引擎室,藉以提供維修或保養時之掀啟功能;除此之外,一般汽車之引擎蓋也扮演著保護引擎室各組件的角色,因車輛外表尤其是車頭部位最容易有碰撞、或行駛震動、或小石頭撞擊等等現象,故在安全考量的狀態下,大致上都為具有強度的金屬合金,即該引擎蓋 包含有鋁鐵合金的內、外層,將該外層周邊包覆內層周邊之後,再利用焊接方式將其固定,但確具有下列缺失:
1.引擎蓋体積龐大,採用金屬材質相對地重量也較重,會導致油耗、速率無法提升等問題。
2.引擎蓋內、外層焊接鋼性強,導致在受外力碰撞或震動時,無法吸收外來力量,容易使引擎蓋變形。
緣是,創作人本著求新求變的精神與理念,經由多年研發設計不斷創作實驗,於此提供一種碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,以期達到更佳實用價值性之目的者。
本創作之主要目的係在於提供一種碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,尤其是指一種輕量化且可提升結構強度與結合性的碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構為目的者。
本創作碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構的目的與功效係由以下之技術所實現:其主要包含有一碳纖維表層及一金屬合金內層,其中該金屬合金內層於周緣設有結合環緣,且於結合環緣上設有數穿孔,而碳纖維表層對應結合環緣處設有彎折段,該彎折段圍繞包覆在結合環緣外側,再於各穿孔內注入有連結膠材,該連結膠材用以將碳纖維 表層與金屬合金內層結合固定;藉此,讓具有碳纖維之引擎蓋減輕整體重量、耐高溫、防輻射、耐水、耐腐蝕等效果,且藉由連結膠材達到吸震的功效者。
如上所述之碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,其中該碳纖維表層為採層狀結構,其由上往下包含有一碳纖維布、一樹脂層、一碳纖維布、一樹脂層、一玻纖維布、一樹脂層及一玻纖維布者。
如上所述之碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,其中該金屬合金內層為採層狀結構,其由上往下包含有一鋁合金層、一樹脂層、一玻纖維布、一樹脂層及一玻纖維布者。
如上所述之碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,其中該連結膠材選用玻璃纖維強化高分子複合材料(FRP)者。
如上所述之碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,其中該結合環緣上兩相鄰之穿孔為間距12~15公分者。
由上述之元件組成與實施說明可知,本創作與現有結構相較之下,本創作具有以下之優點:
1.本創作之碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,藉由碳纖維表層的輕量化設計,讓車輛整體重量減輕,以能達到提升速率的效果。
2.本創作之碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,利用碳纖維表層中之碳纖維特性,使其讓引擎蓋具有耐高溫、防輻射、耐水、耐腐蝕等效果者。
3.本創作之碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,藉由連結膠材採用纖維強化高分子複合材料的技術,讓結合處具有強度同時亦能藉由樹脂的膠質特性,達到吸震、避震的功效者。

為令本創作所運用之技術內容、創作目的及其達成之功效有更完整且清楚的揭露,茲於下詳細說明之,並請一併參閱所揭之圖式及圖號:首先,請參閱第一~三圖所示,為本創作之碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構剖視、組合與整體剖視示意圖,其主要包含有:一金屬合金內層(1),於周緣設有結合環緣(11),且於結合環緣(11)上設有數穿孔(12); 一碳纖維表層(2),於對應結合環緣(11)處設有彎折段(21),該彎折段(21)圍繞包覆在結合環緣(11)外側;注入於穿孔(12)內的連結膠材(3),該連結膠材(3)用以將碳纖維表層(2)與金屬合金內層(1)結合固定者。
請參閱第一~四圖所示,當於實際組裝使用時,其該金屬合金內層(1)與碳纖維表層(2)之形體為依據車輛所需之引擎蓋而設,再於金屬合金內層(1)的周緣成形設有結合環緣(11),且於結合環緣(11)上環設有數穿孔(12);之後,再於該碳纖維表層(2)對應金屬合金內層(1)之結合環緣(11)處設有彎折段(21),讓該彎折段(21)對應圍繞包覆在結合環緣(11)外側。接著,於結合環緣(11)上的穿孔(12)內分別對應注入連結膠材(3),利用該連結膠材(3)對應將碳纖維表層(2)與金屬合金內層(1)結合固定者。
續,進一步該碳纖維表層(2)為採層狀結構,其由上往下包含有一碳纖維布、一樹脂層、一碳纖維布、一樹脂層、一玻纖維布、一樹脂層及一玻纖維布;而該金屬合金內層(1)為採層狀結構,其由上往下包含有一鋁合金層、一樹脂層、一玻纖維布、一樹脂層及一玻纖維布。而為了保持應有的結合強度,位於該結合環緣(11)上兩相鄰之穿孔(12)的間距設定為12~15公分[以15 公分為最佳],而連結膠材(3)進一步選用玻璃纖維強化高分子複合材料(FRP)者。
由上述之元件組成與實施說明可知,本創作與現有結構相較之下,本創作具有以下之優點:
1.本創作之碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,藉由碳纖維表層的輕量化設計,讓車輛整體重量減輕,以能達到提升速率的效果。
2.本創作之碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,利用碳纖維表層中之碳纖維特性,使其讓引擎蓋具有耐高溫、防輻射、耐水、耐腐蝕等效果者。
3.本創作之碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,藉由連結膠材採用纖維強化高分子複合材料的技術,讓結合處具有強度同時亦能藉由樹脂的膠質特性,達到吸震、避震的功效者。
然而前述之實施例或圖式並非限定本創作之產品態樣、結構或使用方式,任何所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者之適當變化或修飾,皆應視為不脫離本創作之專利範疇。
綜上所述,本創作實施例確能達到所預期之使用功效,又其所揭露之具體構造,不僅未曾見諸於同類產品中,亦未曾公開於申請前,誠已完全符合專利法之規定與要求,爰依法提出新型專利之申請,懇請惠予審查,並賜准專利,則實感德便。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,其主要包含有一金屬合金內層及一碳纖維表層,其中:該金屬合金內層於周緣設有結合環緣,且於結合環緣上設有數穿孔,而碳纖維表層對應結合環緣處設有彎折段,該彎折段圍繞包覆在結合環緣外側,再於各穿孔內注入有連結膠材,該連結膠材用以將碳纖維表層與金屬合金內層結合固定者。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,其中該碳纖維表層為採層狀結構,其由上往下包含有一碳纖維布、一樹脂層、一碳纖維布、一樹脂層、一玻纖維布、一樹脂層及一玻纖維布者。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,其中該金屬合金內層為採層狀結構,其由上往下包含有一鋁合金層、一樹脂層、一玻纖維布、一樹脂層及一玻纖維布者。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,其中該連結膠材選用玻璃纖維強化高分子複合材料(FRP)者。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之碳纖維合金引擎蓋結構,其中該結合環緣上兩相鄰之穿孔為間距12~15公分之間者。
