Description

螺絲
本創作是關於一種螺絲,尤指一種應用於螺設如木質工件等物件中的螺絲。
目前應用於螺設如木質工件等物件中提供鎖固用途之螺絲,其主要係於一圓桿狀之桿部一端形成尖錐部,於桿部另一端形成工具連接頭,且桿部外周面形成有螺牙部自尖錐部朝工具連接頭方向螺旋延伸,所述螺絲螺設於如木質工件等物件中,其係以手工具或電動工具連接螺絲的工具連接頭,進而旋轉螺絲螺入物件內部。
前述螺絲雖可螺設於物件中加以鎖固,但是,該螺絲螺設而沉入於物件時,僅是以其桿部外周面之螺旋狀螺牙部緊抵物件內部,一旦螺設有該螺絲的物件遭受外力撞擊時,螺絲與物件間易發生鬆動之現象,故現有螺絲存在有防鬆功能不足之問題,有待進一步加以改進。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種螺絲,希藉此創作改善現有螺絲防鬆功能不足之問題。
為達成前揭目的,本創作所提出之螺絲係包含:一圓桿狀之桿部,其一端形成尖錐部; 一工具連接頭,係形成於桿部之另一端;一螺牙部,係自桿部之尖錐部外周面朝工具連接頭方向延伸而形成複數接續連結的螺旋圈部;以及複數個凸塊,係成形於所述桿部外周面且連接螺旋圈部側面。
藉由前揭螺絲之創作,當螺絲螺設沉入物件中,其除利用螺牙部與桿部緊抵物件內部外,更藉由凸出於桿部外周面之凸塊推擠而緊壓著物件內部材質,使螺絲螺入物件內部後,可產生防止螺絲逆轉的固定功能,若螺設有該螺絲的物件遭受外力撞擊,即能因螺絲外周面之複數凸塊對物件提供的固定功能,而使物件中的螺絲不易鬆動,使螺絲維持其鎖固物件之功能。

如圖1至圖6所示,係揭示本創作螺絲之數種較佳實施例,所述螺絲包含一桿部1、一工具連接頭2、一螺牙部3以及複數個凸塊4、4’。
所述桿部1係一圓形桿體,桿部1一端形成尖錐部10,所述工具連接頭2形成於桿部1之另一端,所述螺牙部3係自桿部1之尖錐部10外周面朝另一端(即工具連接頭2)延伸而形成複數接續連結的螺旋圈部30,如圖2所示,所述工具連接頭2外端面尚可形成一工具孔20,所述工具孔20可為一字形孔、十字形孔、多邊形孔或星形孔等等,用以提供相應形狀之工具(如螺絲起子等),如圖1及圖2所示,所述工具連接頭2可為圓形、多邊形等各種型式,以工具連接頭2本身或其工具孔20提供相應的手工具或電動工具連接,用以旋轉螺絲。
如圖1至圖6所示,所述複數凸塊4、4’係成形於所述桿部1外周面且連接螺旋圈部30側面,如圖7所示,且凸塊4之徑向厚度小於或等於螺旋圈部30之徑向高度,其中所述凸塊4之徑向厚度約為螺旋圈部30之徑向高度之三分之二為佳,所述凸塊4外表面形成弧曲面。
如圖1至圖4所示的較佳實施例,所述複數凸塊4係成形於所述桿部1外周面且呈至少一直列間隔排 列,且每一凸塊4兩端分別連接於兩相鄰螺旋圈部30側面,所述凸塊4構成之直列可為平行於桿部1中心軸,或與桿部1中心軸呈一傾斜角度。
如圖3所示,所述複數凸塊於所述桿部外周面徑向兩側形成二直列間隔排列,且該二直列的凸塊呈錯位排列。或者,如圖4所示,所述複數凸塊於所述桿部外周面徑向兩側形成二直列間隔排列,且該二直列的凸塊呈徑向相對排列。
如圖5所示的較佳實施例,所述複數凸塊4’係成形於桿部1外周面而呈至少一直列間隔排列,且所述複數凸塊4’間隔成形螺牙部3之螺旋圈部30上而於螺旋圈部30相應兩側面分別形成凸部40,所述凸塊4構成之直列可為平行於桿部1中心軸,或與桿部1中心軸呈一傾斜角度。
如圖6及圖7所示的較佳實施例,所述複數凸塊區分為複數第一凸塊4A與複數第二凸塊4B,所述複數第一凸塊4A係呈一直列間隔排列地形成於桿部1外周面,且每一第一凸塊4A兩端分別連接兩相鄰螺旋圈部30側面,所述複數第二凸塊4B係呈另一直列間隔排列地形成於桿部1外周面,且每一第二凸塊4B成形於螺牙部3之螺旋圈部30上而於螺旋圈部30相應兩側面分別形成凸部40,所述直列可為平行於桿部1中心軸,或與桿部1中心軸呈一傾斜角度。
如圖8所示的較佳實施例,所述螺絲尚可於桿部1具有尖錐部10之區段及其上螺牙部3切割形成一切槽 5,藉由切槽5形成刃部以及排屑空間,以利螺絲螺設於物件。
本創作藉由前述螺絲創作,如圖9及圖10所示,當其螺設於物件6中(如木質工件),該螺絲螺設而沉入於物件6中,其中除利用螺牙部3與桿部1緊抵物件6內部外,更進一步利用凸出桿部1外周面之凸塊4緊抵物件6內部,使螺絲螺入物件6內部後,可產生防止螺絲逆轉的固定功能,如此,螺設有該螺絲的物件6縱使遭受外力撞擊,即能因螺絲外周面之複數凸塊4(第一凸塊4A、第二凸塊4B)提供的固定功能,而使螺設於物件6中的螺絲不易鬆動。
如圖11所示,本創作之螺絲除包含於所述桿部1外周面形成一螺牙部3外,尚可於所述桿部1外周面增設另一段螺牙部3A,所增設之另一段螺牙部3A與螺牙部3間隔形成於該桿部1外周面,該螺絲於桿部1外周面增設之另一段螺牙部3A之螺旋圈部間可形成所述凸塊4,亦可不設置所述凸塊,該螺絲螺入物件6中,具有產生防止螺絲逆轉的固定功能。

Claims (14)

  1. 一種螺絲,其包含:一圓桿狀之桿部,其一端形成尖錐部;一工具連接頭,係形成於桿部之另一端;至少一螺牙部,係自桿部之尖錐部外周面朝工具連接頭方向延伸而形成複數接續連結的螺旋圈部;以及複數個凸塊,係成形於所述桿部外周面且連接螺旋圈部側面。
  2. 如請求項1所述之螺絲,其中,所述複數凸塊於所述桿部外周面呈至少一直列間隔排列,每一凸塊兩端分別連接於兩相鄰螺旋圈部側面。
  3. 如請求項2所述之螺絲,其中,所述複數凸塊於所述桿部外周面徑向兩側形成二直列間隔排列,且該二直列的凸塊呈錯位排列。
  4. 如請求項2所述之螺絲,其中,所述複數凸塊於所述桿部外周面徑向兩側形成二直列間隔排列,且該二直列的凸塊呈徑向相對排列。
  5. 如請求項1所述之螺絲,其中,所述複數凸塊4於桿部外周面呈至少一直列間隔排列,且所述複數凸塊間隔成形螺牙部之螺旋圈部上而於螺旋圈部相應兩側面分別形成凸部。
  6. 如請求項1所述之螺絲,其中,所述複數凸塊區分為複數第一凸塊與複數第二凸塊,所述複數第一凸塊呈至少一直列間隔排列地形成於桿部外周面,每一第一凸塊兩端分別連接兩相鄰螺旋圈部側面,所述複數第二凸塊呈另一 直列間隔排列地形成於桿部外周面,且每一第二凸塊成形螺牙部之螺旋圈部上而於螺旋圈部相應兩側面分別形成凸部。
  7. 如請求項1至6中任一項所述之螺絲,其中,所述凸塊外表面形成弧曲面,凸塊之徑向厚度小於或等於螺旋圈部之徑向高度。
  8. 如請求項7所述之螺絲,其中,其中所述凸塊徑向厚度為螺旋圈部徑向高度之三分之二。
  9. 如請求項1至6中任一項所述之螺絲,其中,所述直列平行於桿部中心軸。
  10. 如請求項1至6中任一項所述之螺絲,其中,所述直列與桿部中心軸呈一傾斜角度。
  11. 如請求項1至6中任一項所述之螺絲,其中,於桿部具有尖錐部之區段及其上螺牙部形成一切槽。
  12. 如請求項11所述之螺絲,其中,所述凸塊外表面形成弧曲面,凸塊之徑向厚度小於或等於螺旋圈部之徑向高度。
  13. 如請求項12所述之螺絲,其中,其中所述凸塊徑向厚度為螺旋圈部徑向高度之三分之二。
  14. 如請求項13所述之螺絲,其中,所述直列係平行於桿部中心軸。
