Abstract
Description
−締め付け抵抗又は締め付けトルクの減少
ユーザによる、より容易な、より力を必要としないねじ込みが可能となり、ゆえに、ねじ込んでいる間の怪我及び事故のリスクがさらに低下するように、ねじ込むのに必要とされる締め付け抵抗の減少又は締め付けトルクの減少が望まれる。さらに、加える力及びエネルギーが少ないことから、低減した例えば再充電可能なバッテリ駆動のスクリュードライバなどのねじ回しするための装置のメンテナンスの必要性及びかかるコストがさらに減少する。
−ねじ山牽引力又は牽引輸送能力の増加
いくつかの木ねじを用いる取付けに関して、個々の各ねじの保持力が増加することから、より少ない総数の接続手段が必要とされるように、木ねじの、構成材でのねじ山の保持力又は牽引輸送能力の増加が望まれる。したがって、全体として、前述の取付け課題を解決するためにより少ない接続手段が用いられる場合があり、ゆえに、材料資源の消費及びコストも持続可能に減少する場合がある。これと対照的に、従来のねじと比較して1本のねじにつき増加した保持力を有する同じ数の接続手段を用いるときに、これは、特定の取付け課題のより上級の解決策、したがって、木材建築でのより上級の安全性をもたらすことになる。
−ねじ込んでいる間の構成材への割る作用の減少
本質的にクラックのない構成材へのねじ込みの、保証されるだけ高い保持力が存在し、かつ、全般的にクラックのない取り付けの場合に木材構成材のできるだけ低い摩耗が達成されるように、ねじ込んでいる間の構成材の材料への割る作用の減少が望まれる。

・ニュートンメートル(Nm)で表わされる締め付けトルクの試験1〜10のデータ

Claims (16)
- 一方の端上に円錐形先端部(10)が形成されている円筒形ねじ軸(1’)と、前記ねじ軸(1’)の他方の端上に形成されるねじ頭(2)と、ねじ芯(1)を有する少なくとも1つのねじ区域(3、3A)とを備え、前記ねじ区域(3、3A)が縦軸方向(11)に沿って前記円錐形先端部(10)から前記ねじ頭(2)の方向に延び、前記少なくとも1つのねじ区域(3、3A)上で、前記ねじ芯(1)の外面上に複数の連続するねじ山(30)が形成される、ねじ、特に木ねじ(HS)であって、前記少なくとも1つのねじ区域(3、3A)の領域において、前記ねじ芯(1)の外面上の外側に複数の隆起部(4、4’、4A、4B)が配置されることを特徴とするねじ。
- 前記隆起部(4、4’、4A、4B)が、前記ねじ芯(1)の外面上で前記縦軸方向(11)に互いから離間して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のねじ。
- 前記隆起部(4、4’、4A、4B)が、前記ねじ芯(1)上で前記縦軸方向(11)と平行に配向されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のねじ。
- 前記隆起部(4、4’、4A、4B)が、それぞれ、前記ねじ芯(1)上で前記縦軸方向(11)に対して斜めの角度をなして配向されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のねじ。
- 少なくとも1つの隆起部(4、4A)が2つの隣接するねじ山(30)のそれぞれの1つの縁と接続されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載のねじ。
- 少なくとも1つの隆起部(4’、4B)が前記ねじ区域(3、3A)の前記ねじ山(30)に形成され、前記少なくとも1つの隆起部(4’、4B)が前記ねじ山(30)の両側に突出部(40)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載のねじ。
- 前記隆起部(4、4’、4A、4B)が、前記ねじ芯(1)の外面上で直線に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載のねじ。
- 前記隆起部(4、4’、4A、4B)が、前記ねじ芯(1)の外面上で前記周辺方向に交互に互いにオフセットして少なくとも2つの直線に配置され、第1の隆起部(4A)が第1の周辺区域において第1のラインに配置され、第2の隆起部(4B)が、前記ねじ芯(1)の外面の第2の周辺区域において前記縦軸方向(11)に前記第1の隆起部(4a)とそれぞれ交互になるように第2のラインに配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載のねじ。
- 前記第1の隆起部(4A)及び前記第2の隆起部(4B)が、前記ねじ芯(1)の外面上で互いに直径方向に対向する2つの周辺区域に交互に互いにオフセットして配置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のねじ。
- 前記第1の隆起部(4A)が第1の周辺区域における2つの隣接するねじ山(30)のそれぞれの1つの縁と接続され、前記第2の隆起部(4B)が、第2の周辺区域における前記ねじ区域(3、3A)の前記ねじ山(30)にそれぞれ形成され、前記第2の隆起部(4B)が、それぞれ、前記ねじ山(30)の両側に突出部(40)を形成することを特徴とする請求項8又は請求項9に記載のねじ。
- 前記縦軸方向(11)に、各縦軸方向の一区域(11’、11’’)に関して前記ねじ芯(1)の外面上にそれぞれ1つだけの隆起部(4、4’、4A、4B)が配置されることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかに記載のねじ。
- 前記隆起部(4、4’、4A、4B)の外表面が曲線のアウトラインを形成することを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかに記載のねじ。
- 前記隆起部(4、4’、4A、4B)の半径方向の厚さ(42)が前記ねじ山(30)の半径方向の高さ(32)に等しいか又はそれよりも小さく、前記隆起部(4、4’、4A、4B)の前記半径方向の厚さ(42)が、好ましくは前記ねじ山(30)の前記半径方向の高さ(32)の2/3の量となることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかに記載のねじ。
- 前記隆起部(4、4’、4A、4B)の半径方向の厚さ(42)が前記ねじ軸(1’)の半径(12’)よりも大きいことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかに記載のねじ。
- 前記円錐形先端部(10)及び前記円錐形先端部(10)上に存在する前記ねじ区域(3)の領域に溝(5)が切られることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかに記載のねじ。
- 前記ねじ区域(3)が、前記円錐形先端部(10)から前記ねじ頭(2)へのねじ区域長さ(31)に延びることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかに記載のねじ。
