Description

健身器
本新型是有關於一種健身器，且特別是有關於一種採用線性彈性件而可往復夾合的健身器。
因應現代人生活勞累、運動不足、或希望鍛鍊不同肌肉群，各式各樣的運動健身器材運應而生，不一而足。
但若每做一種運動都需要一種不同的運動健身器材，則又有不易收納、耗費大量收納空間的問題。
因此多功能型的健身器材廣受市場歡迎。其中一種多功能健身器為往復夾合式支架，利用支架的夾合而可輔助仰臥起坐、伏地挺身、健腹等運動，達到以單一器械輔助多種運動的功效。
傳統的往復夾合式健身器的復位件係採用扭力彈簧，然而扭力彈簧的力量往往過大，不適合需要較小復位力的使用者，且扭力彈簧易疲勞形變。又當需要需調節復位力時，就需更換扭力彈簧，使用不便，也不適合有眾多不同力量需求的廣大使用者群。又使用者難以自行調節扭力彈簧的扭力，也造成使用效果受限。
因此，本新型提供一種健身器，採用線性彈性件來達到往復夾合的復位力，線性彈性件的復位力容易設計，使得無論所需求的復位力大小如何，都易於製造出適當復位力的健身器。又線性彈性件的復位力容易調整，因此依據本新型之健身器，更可設計讓使用者自行調整線性彈性件的復位力。
依據本新型之一實施例，此健身器包含一第一支架、一第二支架、一凸部、一線性彈性件及一纜索，其中第二支架樞設於第一支架，凸部與第二支架同軸樞設於第一支架，線性彈性件之一第一端設於第一支架，纜索之一連接端連接線性彈性件之一第二端，纜索抵靠凸部，且纜索之一施力端連動第二支架，其中當第二支架相對第一支架樞擺時，則第二支架拉動纜索而改變纜索抵靠凸部的長度，且藉纜索伸縮線性彈性件。
依據上述健身器，第一支架更可包含一調整模組，而線性彈性件定位於調整模組，調整模組可用以調整定位第一端的位置。其中調整模組可包含一螺鎖件及一螺配件，螺鎖件連接並帶動第一端，螺配件與螺鎖件螺鎖配合，且螺配件定位於第一支架。
依據上述健身器，其中凸部可具有一導引部，導引部用以導引限制纜索，或凸部可具有複數導引部，各導引部分別用以導引限制纜索，且纜索抵靠於各導引部的長 度不同。其中第二支架可具有複數裝設部，上述裝設部用以固定纜索之施力端於第二支架之相異位置。
依據上述健身器，更可包含一滑輪、一擋掣部、一抵推件及一坐墊。其中滑輪可樞裝於第一支架上，第二支架與滑輪同軸樞設於第一支架。擋掣部可用以限位線性彈性件之第一端，抵推件沿線性彈性件之伸縮方向而滑設於第一支架上，且抵推件抵頂線性彈性件之第二端，纜索之連接端經由抵推件連接線性彈性件之第二端，纜索之施力端可為可拆卸地設於第二支架。其中凸部與第二支架可為一體設置，坐墊可設於第一支架或第二支架，其中第二支架可概呈ㄇ字型。上述健身器亦可包含彼此獨立的二第二支架，其中各第二支架可概呈L字型。

請先參照第1圖，健身器包含一第一支架100、一第二支架200、一凸部300、一線性彈性件400、一纜索500、一調整模組600及一坐墊700。其中第二支架200樞設於第一支架100，凸部300與第二支架200同軸樞設於第一支架100，其中凸部300與第二支架200可為一體設置。線性彈性件400之一第一端410設於第一支架100，纜索500之一連接端510連接線性彈性件400之一第二420端，纜索500抵靠凸部300，且纜索500之一施力端520連動第二支架200。其中當第二支架200相對第一支架100樞擺時，則第二支架200拉動纜索500而改變纜索500抵靠凸部300的長度，且藉纜索500伸縮線性彈性件400。其中第一支架100更可包含一調整模組600，而線性彈性件400定位於調整模組600，調整模組600可用以調整定位線性彈性件400之第一端410相對第一支架100的位置。其中調整模組600可包含一螺鎖件610及一螺配件620，螺鎖件610連接並帶動第一端410，螺配件620與螺鎖件610螺鎖配合，且螺配件620定位於第一支架100。坐墊700可設於第一支架100，可用以承載使用者身體。第二支架200更可包含一靠墊210，靠墊210可為發泡材質或緩衝材質，可用以承靠使用者身體。
請共同參照第2圖及第3圖，其更清楚地繪示第1圖中第二支架200、凸部300、纜索500及線性彈性件 400間的組裝關係。由於凸部300自第二支架200向外凸出且連動於第二支架200，藉由凸部300用以抵靠纜索500的形狀或機構，可將第二支架200相對第一支架100的樞擺，轉化成纜索500於一直線上的拉動，並藉此拉動而直線連動線性彈性件400的拉伸與收縮。並可藉由調整模組600調整線性彈性件400的彈力，使得線性彈性件400的調整更容易。
請參照第4圖，其繪示第二支架200可受力而相對第一支架100樞擺，並藉由線性彈性件400所提供的復位力，而讓第二支架200可復位為樞擺前的位置。其中使用者可坐於坐墊700，而將背部靠於靠墊210，則健身器可用以輔助仰臥起坐運動。使用者亦可趴於健身器上方，而以胸口抵頂靠墊210，則健身器可用以輔助伏地挺身運動。使用者還可以坐於一椅(未圖示)上，而將健身器置於腳下，則雙腳可分別踏於二靠墊210上，使用者的雙腳可同時或交互下踩而使得第二支架200相對第一支架100樞擺，則健身器可用以輔助踩踏運動。使用者更可以側臥、手握、抬腳於健身器等，而使用健身器進行各式各樣的運動輔助。
請參照第5圖及第6圖，第5圖繪示依照本新型一第二實施例的一種健身器的爆炸圖，第6圖係繪示依照第5圖的健身器的局部組裝立體圖。第二實施例與第一實施例的健身器的外觀與功能大致相同，其中編號與前述相同者為相同零件，因此不多贅述。第二實施例與第一實施 例的不同之處在於第二實施例採用滑輪810，滑輪810樞裝於第一支架100上，其中第二支架200與滑輪810同軸樞設於第一支架100，且第二支架200藉由滑輪810而可相對第一支架100樞擺。
上述健身器，更可包含一限位件820，限位件820設於第一支架100並用以限位纜索500，使第二支架200帶動纜索500以拉伸線性彈性件400時，纜索500對於線性彈性件400的施力方向與線性彈性件400位於同一軸線上，達到以線性彈性件400提供第二支架200相對第一支架100樞擺的復位力。
請參照第7~9圖，第7圖繪示依照本新型一第三實施例的一種健身器的爆炸圖，第8圖繪示依照第7圖的健身器的局部組裝立體圖，第9圖繪示依照第7圖的健身器的局部剖視圖。第三實施例與第一實施例的健身器的外觀與功能大致相同，其中編號與前述相同者為相同零件，因此不多贅述。第三實施例與第一實施例的不同之處在於第三實施例採用線性彈性件400的伸張力作為第二支架200相對第一支架100樞擺的復位力，而當第二支架200相對第一支架100樞擺時，第二支架200連動纜索500而壓縮線性彈性件400。
更詳細地說，健身器包含一第一支架100、一第二支架200、一凸部300、一線性彈性件400、一擋掣部910、一抵推件920及一纜索500。第二支架200樞設於第一支架100，凸部300與第二支架200同軸樞設於第一支 架100，其中凸部300與第二支架200可為一體設置。擋掣部910設於第一支架100，線性彈性件400之一第一端410定位於擋掣部910而設於第一支架100，即擋掣部910用以限位線性彈性件400之第一端410。抵推件920沿線性彈性件400之伸縮方向而滑設於第一支架100上，且抵推件920抵頂線性彈性件400之一第二端420。纜索500之一連接端510連接抵推件920，纜索500透過抵推件920而連接線性彈性件400之第二端420，纜索500抵靠凸部300，且纜索500之一施力端520連動第二支架200。其中當第二支架200相對第一支架100樞擺時，則第二支架200拉動纜索500而改變纜索500抵靠凸部300的長度，且藉纜索500伸縮線性彈性件400。
請參照第10~13圖，第10圖繪示依照本新型一第四實施例的一種健身器的爆炸圖，第11圖繪示依照第10圖的健身器的動作示意圖，第12圖繪示依照第10圖的健身器的局部組裝立體圖，第13圖繪示依照第10圖的健身器的局部剖視圖。第四實施例與第一實施例的健身器的外觀與功能大致相同，其中編號與前述相同者為相同零件，因此不多贅述。第四實施例與第一實施例的不同之處在於纜索500的施力端520為可拆卸地設於第二支架200，因此纜索500連動第二支架200的定位處可由使用者自行調整，而更可藉此調整第二支架200相對第一支架100的預設角度A。
更詳細地說，健身器包含一第一支架100、一第 二支架200、一凸部300、一線性彈性件400及一纜索500，第二支架200樞設於第一支架100，第二支架200具有複數裝設部220，凸部300與第二支架200同軸樞設於第一支架100，其中凸部300與第二支架200可為一體設置。線性彈性件400之一第一端410設於第一支架100，纜索之500一連接端510連接線性彈性件400之一第二端420，纜索500抵靠凸部300，纜索500之一施力端520可拆卸地設於第二支架200之裝設部220之一，纜索500之施力端520並籍此連動第二支架200。其中當第二支架200相對第一支架100樞擺時，則第二支架200拉動纜索500而改變纜索500抵靠凸部300的長度，且第二支架200藉纜索500伸縮線性彈性件400。其中纜索500之一施力端520設於第二支架200之不同的裝設部220時，則第二支架200可相對第一支架100具有不同的預設角度A，因此使用者可視自身運動需求而調整預設角度A。
請參照第14圖，其繪示依照第10圖的健身器的凸部300的立體放大圖，其中凸部300具有複數導引部310、320，導引部310及320分別用以導引限制纜索500，意即纜索500可抵靠於導引部310或導引部320，纜索500抵靠於導引部310時的抵靠長度與抵靠於導引部320時的抵靠長度不同，例如導引部310距離第二支架200相對第一支架100樞擺軸心的距離可與導引部320距離第二支架200相對第一支架100樞擺軸心的距離不同，相當於拉動線性彈性件400的力臂不同。因此當第二支架200相對第 一支架100樞擺時，纜索500拉動線性彈性件400位移拉伸的距離也不同，據此可提供使用者選擇更多元的復位力預設值。
請參照第15~17圖，第15圖繪示依照本新型一第五實施例的一種健身器的立體圖，第16圖繪示依照第15圖的健身器的爆炸圖，第17圖繪示依照第15圖的健身器的局部剖視動作示意圖。第五實施例與第一實施例的健身器的外觀與功能大致相同，其中編號與前述相同者為相同零件，因此不多贅述。第五實施例與第一實施例的不同之處在於線性彈性件400可裝設於第一支架100，坐墊700可設於第二支架200，而第一支架100可包含一靠墊110用以承靠使用者身體，靠墊110可為發泡材質或緩衝材質。
更詳細地說，健身器包含第一支架100、一第二支架200、一凸部300、一線性彈性件400、一纜索500及一坐墊700，第二支架200樞設於第一支架100，第一支架100包含一靠墊110，靠墊110用以承靠使用者身體，凸部300與第一支架100同軸樞設於第二支架200，其中凸部300可與第一支架100為一體設置，線性彈性件400之一第一端410設於第一支架100，纜索500之一連接端510連接線性彈性件400之一第二端420，纜索500抵靠凸部300，且纜索500之一施力端520連動第二支架200。其中當第二支架200相對第一支架100樞擺時，則第二支架200拉動纜索500而改變纜索500抵靠凸部300的長度，且藉纜索500伸縮線性彈性件400。
其中上述各實施例皆可更包含一調整模組，用以調整線性彈性件400之復位力。線性彈性件400可採用線性彈簧、液壓彈簧、橡膠彈性件或避震塊等線性的彈性元件。上述各實施例亦皆可採用滑輪810用於第一支架100與第二支架200之間的樞轉。
又上述各實施例皆可設計為當第二支架200與第一支架100夾合時，線性彈性件400可為壓縮或拉伸，而分別以線性彈性件400之拉伸或壓縮作為復位力。
且上述各實施例中，凸部300皆可與第一支架100或第二支架200一體設置，凸部300也都可具備至少一導引部310、320以導引限位纜索500，不同的導引部310、320並可用以改變拉伸或壓縮線性彈性件400的力臂。
上述各實施例中，第二支架200或第一支架100都可具備至少一裝設部220，用以裝設纜索500之施力端520，不同的裝設部220可用以改變第一支架100與第二支架200間的預設角度A。
上述各實施例中，也都可包含一坐墊700，坐墊700可設於第一支架100或第二支架200，坐墊700可用以承載使用者的身體。
又上述各實施例中，第二支架200可概呈ㄇ字型，用以承載使用者的身體或肢體。第二支架200亦可概呈L字型，而健身器更可包含概呈L字型的二第二支架200，各第二支架200可獨立相對第一支架100而往復夾合，並用以供使用者進行雙腳或雙手的交互運動。
上述各實施例中，線性彈性件400都可裝設於第一支架100或第二支架200，並作相應的調整設計。
總括來說，依據本新型之第一實施例至第五實施例，皆可綜合應用各實施例之特點而相互組合。
由上述本新型實施方式可知，應用本新型具有下列優點。
1.採用線性彈性件，即可達到調整夾合扭力。而線性彈性件具有易設計、易調整的特點，利於設計與製造。
2.更可設計可供使用者調整線性彈性件之復位力的機制，以同時適合不同需求使用者。
3.更可設計使第一支架與第二支架間的夾合角度可調整，以同時適合不同需求使用者。
4.多元的使用方式，以單一健身器即可輔助多種不同的運動，並節省收納空間。
雖然本新型已以實施方式揭露如上，然其並非用以限定本新型，任何熟習此技藝者，在不脫離本新型之精神和範圍內，當可作各種之更動與潤飾，因此本新型之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (16)

  1. 一種健身器，包含：一第一支架；一第二支架，樞設於該第一支架；一凸部，與該第二支架同軸樞設於該第一支架；一線性彈性件，其一第一端設於該第一支架；及一纜索，其一連接端連接該線性彈性件之一第二端，該纜索抵靠該凸部，且該纜索之一施力端連動該第二支架；其中當該第二支架相對該第一支架樞擺時，則該第二支架拉動該纜索而改變該纜索抵靠該凸部的長度，且藉該纜索伸縮該線性彈性件。
  2. 如請求項1之健身器，其中該凸部與該第二支架為一體設置。
  3. 如請求項1之健身器，其中該第一支架更包含一調整模組，其中該線性彈性件定位於該調整模組，該調整模組用以調整定位該第一端的位置。
  4. 如請求項3之健身器，其中該調整模組包含：一螺鎖件，其連接並帶動該第一端；及一螺配件，其與該螺鎖件螺鎖配合，且該螺配件定位於該第一支架。
  5. 如請求項1之健身器，其中更包含：一滑輪，樞裝於該第一支架上，其中該第二支架與該滑輪同軸樞設於該第一支架。
  6. 如請求項1之健身器，其中該第一支架更包含：一擋掣部，用以限位該線性彈性件之該第一端；及一抵推件，沿該線性彈性件之伸縮方向而滑設於該第一支架上，且該抵推件抵頂該線性彈性件之該第二端，其中該纜索之該連接端經由該抵推件連接該線性彈性件之該第二端。
  7. 如請求項1之健身器，其中該纜索之該施力端為可拆卸地設於該第二支架。
  8. 如請求項7之健身器，其中該凸部與該第二支架為一體設置。
  9. 如請求項7之健身器，其中該凸部具有一導引部，該導引部導引限制該纜索。
  10. 如請求項7之健身器，其中該凸部具有複數導引部，各該導引部導引限制該纜索，且該纜索抵靠於各該導引部的長度不同。
  11. 如請求項7之健身器，其中該第二支架具有複數裝設部，該些裝設部用以固定該纜索之該施力端於該第二支架之相異位置。
  12. 如請求項7之健身器，其中更包含：一滑輪，樞裝於該第一支架上，其中該第二支架與該滑輪同軸樞設於該第一支架。
  13. 如請求項7之健身器，其中該第一支架更包含：一擋掣部，用以限位該線性彈性件之該第一端；及一抵推件，沿該線性彈性件之伸縮方向而滑設於該第一支架上，且該抵推件抵頂該線性彈性件之該第二端，其中該纜索之該連接端經由該抵推件連接該線性彈性件之該第二端。
  14. 如請求項1之健身器，更包含一坐墊，該坐墊設於該第一支架或該第二支架。
  15. 如請求項1之健身器，其中該第二支架概呈ㄇ字型。
  16. 如請求項1之健身器，包含彼此獨立的二第二支架，其中各該第二支架概呈L字型。
