Abstract
本發明係一種吊扇旋轉軸及具有該吊扇旋轉軸的吊扇,其中吊扇的構成元件中包含至少一吊扇旋轉軸,吊扇旋轉軸包含一半圓形底座及凸設於底座的半球形導引部,導引部具有一導引面;吊扇的下封環具有至少一凸部,導引部穿設於下封環,導引面貼靠於凸部;藉由將吊扇旋轉軸的底座加工為半圓形片體,導引部加工為半球形體,達到當吊扇旋轉軸轉動時,可以導引面及凸部相互配合達到轉動之動作,相較於現有技術以完整球體結合片體之結構所構成之轉軸元件,具有整體體積減少,更能夠達到輕量化、減少耗電、降低加工成本及便於安裝的功效。
Description
本發明係涉及一種吊扇及旋轉軸,尤指一種具有轉動功能的吊扇及吊扇旋轉軸。
現有技術的吊扇,尤指旋轉吊扇,其主要用以旋轉的結構中具有一轉軸及一封環,轉軸包含有一片體及一球體,球體凸設於片體的一側面且為一體成型之金屬實心材質結構,球體的相對二側分別經由加工形成有一長槽,並有一穿孔貫穿球體及片體,轉軸以片體固設於驅動馬達,驅動馬達的驅動桿貫穿穿孔並連接吊扇的扇葉,封環的環內側面凸設有二凸部,二凸部相對設置,轉軸的球體穿設於封環且二凸部位於長槽中,藉此達到轉軸可相對於封環轉動,進而帶動扇葉同步轉動。
然而,前述之轉軸因為整體為金屬材質,具有一定之重量及體積,且長槽於加工上具有一定之難度,當轉軸安裝於吊扇中,除了會增加整體結構的體積外,亦會增加一定之重量,如此將會增加轉動電機運作時的負荷,進而產生耗電及降低使用壽命之情形,於運送的過程中亦會增加搬運成本;因此,現有技術的吊扇,其整體構造存在有如前述的問題及缺點,實有待加以改良。
有鑒於現有技術的不足,本發明提供一種吊扇,藉由改變現有技術吊扇旋轉軸的結構,達到輕量化及便於加工之目的。
為達上述之發明目的,本發明所採用的技術手段為設計一種吊扇旋轉軸,其相對的二端形成有一底座及一導引部;該底座為半圓形片體,該底座形成有複數固定孔、一內側面及一凹口,各該固定孔貫穿該底座,該內側面位於該底座的一側,該凹口內凹於該內側面;該導引部為半球形體,該導引部成形於該底座的一側面,該導引部形成有一導引面及一穿槽,該導引面平行於該內側面,該穿槽內凹於該導引面且與該凹口相連通。
為達上述之發明目的,本發明進一步所採用的技術手段為設計一種吊扇,其包含:一固定座,其包含一吊件及一同步電機,該吊件的一端內凹形成一容置空間,該同步電機設置於該吊件且位於該容置空間內;一驅動裝置,其一端連接該同步電機,另一端連接有一驅動桿;至少一如請求項1之吊扇旋轉軸,該吊扇旋轉軸以複數鎖固件穿設於各該固定孔並鎖固於該驅動裝置,該驅動桿穿設於該穿槽;一下蓋,其一端內凹形成一安裝槽,該安裝槽的槽底貫穿有一軸孔,該下蓋蓋設固定於該固定座;一下封環,其包含一環框及至少一凸部,該凸部凸設於該環框的環內側面,該下封環固設於該下蓋的該安裝槽內,該吊扇旋轉軸的該導引部穿設於該下封環及該軸孔,該導引面貼靠於該凸部;一葉片組件,其固設於該驅動桿。
進一步而言,所述之吊扇,其中該至少一吊扇旋轉軸的數量為二個,該至少一凸部的數量為二個,該二吊扇旋轉軸分別位於該二凸部的相對二側,且該二吊扇旋轉軸的各該導引面為相對設置。
進一步而言,所述之吊扇,其進一步包含一固定環,該固定環為C型環,該固定環蓋設該下封環且固定於該下蓋。
本發明的優點在於,藉由將吊扇旋轉軸的底座加工為半圓形片體,導引部加工為半球形體,藉此達到當吊扇旋轉軸轉動時,可以導引面及凸部相互配合達到轉動之動作,相較於現有技術以完整球體結合片體之結構所構成之轉軸元件,具有整體體積減少,更能夠達到輕量化、減少耗電、降低加工成本及便於安裝的功效。

以下配合圖式以及本發明之較佳實施例,進一步闡述本發明為達成預定發明目的所採取的技術手段。
請參閱圖1及圖2所示,本發明之吊扇包含至少一吊扇旋轉軸10、一固定座20、一驅動裝置30、一下蓋40、一下封環50、一固定環60及一葉片組件70。
請參閱圖2至圖5所示,吊扇旋轉軸10包含一底座11及一導引部12,導引部12與底座11為經衝壓加工一體成型,底座11為半圓形片體,其形成有複數固定孔111、一內側面112及一凹口113,各固定孔111間隔貫穿底座11,內側面112位於底座11的一側,具體而言即半圓形底座11的直徑側,凹口113內凹於內側面112,在本實施例中,凹口113為弧形口,但不以此為限,凹口113的形狀可依使用者需求作改變。
導引部12為半球形體,導引部12成形於底座11的一側面且鄰近於內側面112,導引部12形成有一導引面121及一穿槽122,導引面121平行於內側面112,穿槽122凹設於導引面121且與凹口113相連通,在本實施例中,穿槽122為弧形槽,但不以此為限,穿槽122的形狀可依使用者需求作改變。
請參閱圖1至圖3所示,固定座20包含一吊件21、一同步電機22及一連桿23,吊件21的一端內凹形成一容置空間,同步電機22設置於吊件21且位於容置空間內,連桿23的一端連接同步電機22,在本實施例中,同步電機22為馬達,但不以此為限,吊件21的另一端用以固定於天花板。
驅動裝置30的一端連接連桿23的另一端,驅動裝置30的另一端連接有一驅動桿31,在本實施例中,驅動裝置30為馬達,但不以此為限,驅動裝置30可傾斜一角度並以連桿23連接於同步電機22的位置為中心轉動;吊扇旋轉軸10以複數鎖固件穿設於各固定孔111並鎖固於驅動裝置30,驅動桿31穿設於穿槽122,在本實施例中,吊扇旋轉軸10的數量為二個,且以各導引面121間隔相對設置,但不以此為限,亦可僅為一個。
下蓋40的一端內凹形成一安裝槽,安裝槽的槽底貫穿有一軸孔41,下蓋40蓋設固定於固定座20,並且將驅動裝置30及吊扇旋轉軸10包覆於其中。
下封環50包含一環框51及二凸部52,二凸部52相對地凸設於環框51的環內側面,下封環50固設於下蓋40的安裝槽內,各吊扇旋轉軸10的導引部12穿設於下封環50及軸孔41,各導引面121貼靠於二凸部52,但不以此為限,凸部52的數量亦可僅為一個。
固定環60為C型環,固定環60蓋設下封環50且固定於下蓋40。
葉片組件70固設於驅動桿31,葉片組件70為現有技術吊扇之葉片相關元件,其細部構造不再贅述。
本發明使用時,請參閱圖2、圖5及圖6所示,使用者以吊件21固定於天花板,吊扇啟動時同步電機22驅動連桿23轉動,使得驅動裝置30以連桿23連接於同步電機22的點為中心轉動,驅動裝置30轉動的過程中,各吊扇旋轉軸10同步以各導引面121貼靠於二凸部52轉動,藉此達到穩定葉片組件70及驅動裝置30進行轉動動作之功效,藉由將吊扇旋轉軸10的底座11加工為半圓形片體,導引部12加工為半球形體,達到當吊扇旋轉軸10轉動時,可以導引面121及二凸部52相互配合達到轉動之動作,相較於現有技術以完整球體結合片體之結構所構成之轉軸元件,具有整體體積減少,更能夠達到輕量化、減少耗電、降低加工成本及便於安裝的功效。

Claims (4)
- 一種吊扇旋轉軸,其相對的二端形成有一底座及一導引部; 該底座為半圓形片體,該底座形成有複數固定孔、一內側面及一凹口,各該固定孔貫穿該底座,該內側面位於該底座的一側,該凹口內凹於該內側面; 該導引部為半球形體,該導引部成形於該底座的一側面,該導引部形成有一導引面及一穿槽,該導引面平行於該內側面,該穿槽內凹於該導引面且與該凹口相連通。
- 一種吊扇,其包含: 一固定座,其包含一吊件及一同步電機,該吊件的一端內凹形成一容置空間,該同步電機設置於該吊件且位於該容置空間內; 一驅動裝置,其一端連接該同步電機,另一端連接有一驅動桿; 至少一如請求項1之吊扇旋轉軸,該吊扇旋轉軸以複數鎖固件穿設於各該固定孔並鎖固於該驅動裝置,該驅動桿穿設於該穿槽; 一下蓋,其一端內凹形成一安裝槽,該安裝槽的槽底貫穿有一軸孔,該下蓋蓋設固定於該固定座; 一下封環,其包含一環框及至少一凸部,該凸部凸設於該環框的環內側面,該下封環固設於該下蓋的該安裝槽內,該吊扇旋轉軸的該導引部穿設於該下封環及該軸孔,該導引面貼靠於該凸部; 一葉片組件,其固設於該驅動桿。
- 如請求項2所述之吊扇,其中該至少一吊扇旋轉軸的數量為二個,該至少一凸部的數量為二個,該二吊扇旋轉軸分別位於該二凸部的相對二側,且該二吊扇旋轉軸的各該導引面為相對設置。
- 如請求項2或3所述之吊扇,其進一步包含一固定環,該固定環為C型環,該固定環蓋設該下封環且固定於該下蓋。
