Abstract
水質分析儀用多埠閥包括:閥頭,在外表面上具有用以連接配管的多個埠,並且具有連接面,所述連接面使與各個所述埠相通的流路的端部配置在同一平面內,所述閥頭包含有對水質分析儀中所使用的藥品具有耐腐蝕性的樹脂材料;轉子,具有形成有槽的平面,且以所述平面與所述連接面相向的方式配置,所述槽是用以對配置在所述連接面上的所述流路的端部間的連接狀態進行切換;以及驅動機構,用以使所述轉子旋轉。
Description
本發明是有關於一種水質分析用的多埠閥(multiport valve)。
在水質分析儀中,試料的選取、試劑的抽吸、對試料的試劑的添加、對氧化反應部的試料的輸送、對測定部的試料的輸送等處理是使用注射泵(syringe pump)來實施。該些處理是藉由多埠閥對與注射泵連通的流路進行切換來實施(參照專利文獻1)。
在水質分析儀中,經常使用強酸或強鹼等腐蝕性高的試劑。因此,構成水質分析儀的零件之中可能與試劑接觸的部分均需包含對試劑具有耐腐蝕性的材質。由於如上所述的理由,在水質分析儀的多埠閥中,是採用試劑不與金屬部分接觸的結構。
具體而言,多埠閥包括閥體(valve body)、閥頭(valve head)、轉子(rotor)及定子(stator)等。閥頭是安裝在閥體的前端的金屬製的構件。在閥頭上設置有用以固定配管的多個凹螺孔。定子安裝在閥頭上,內部設置有與固定在閥頭的凹螺孔內的配管連通的流路。轉子具有用以使設置在定子上的流路間連通的槽,藉由一面與定子進行滑動一面旋轉,而用以對所連通的定子的流路進行切換。

[發明所欲解決的問題]在水質分析儀的多埠閥中,在利用強力將配管的前端部推碰至定子的狀態下在閥頭的凹螺孔內固定配管,對定子內部的流路與配管的連接部分進行密封,以使腐蝕性高的試劑等與金屬製的閥頭不接觸。由於此種結構,故而會對被推碰多個配管的前端的定子自多個方向施加應力,特別是當所述應力不均一時,存在定子發生變形,或安裝在配管的前端部的套圈(ferrule)發生變形,在多埠閥的內部發生漏液的情況。
當在多埠閥的內部發生漏液時,在金屬製的閥頭會產生腐蝕或生銹等,從而可能產生採水不良或試劑的結晶化、接頭零件的固接等問題。又,由此定子有可能固接於閥頭,在最差的情況,亦有可能產生無法更換定子的問題。
因此,本發明的目的在於防止因對定子自多個方向施加應力而導致的多埠閥內的漏液。
[解決問題的技術手段]
本發明的水質分析儀用多埠閥包括:閥頭,在外表面上具有用以連接配管的多個埠,並且具有連接面,所述連接面使與各個所述埠相通的流路的端部配置在同一平面內,所述閥頭包含有對水質分析儀中所使用的藥品具有耐腐蝕性的樹脂材料;轉子,具有形成有槽的平面,以所述平面與所述連接面相向的方式而配置,所述槽是用以對配置在所述連接面上的所述流路的端部間的連接狀態進行切換;以及驅動機構,用以使所述轉子旋轉。
即,本發明的水質分析儀用多埠閥並非將配管的前端部推碰至定子的結構,而是利用具有耐腐蝕性的材質構成閥頭,將配管連接至設置於所述閥頭內的流路。總之,本發明的水質分析儀用多埠閥不具有自多個方向將配管的前端推碰至定子的結構。
在本發明中,可在形成有所述槽的所述轉子的所述平面與所述閥頭的所述連接面之間介插有固定在所述閥頭側的定子。
在上述情況下,若所述轉子與所述定子包含相同材質,則存在彼此的滑動面因摩擦而黏附,使所述轉子與所述定子固接的情況。因此,所述轉子及所述定子較佳為包含硬度互不相同的材質。如此一來,可防止轉子與定子的黏附。又,轉子及定子中的任一者包含較另一者柔軟的材質,包含柔軟的材質的一者會產生彈性變形,因此兩者間的密封性提高。
所述轉子及所述定子中的至少任一者較佳為包含樹脂材料。樹脂材料容易彈性變形,因此可提高轉子與定子間的密封性。
又,在本發明中,定子可不介插於閥頭與轉子之間。即,形成有所述槽的所述轉子的所述平面可與所述閥頭的所述連接面直接相接。
在所述情況下,所述轉子較佳為包含較所述閥頭柔軟的樹脂材料。如此一來,藉由閥頭與轉子之間的滑動而使得轉子較閥頭更容易磨損,因此可抑制閥頭的磨損。
[發明的效果]
本發明的水質分析儀用多埠閥是利用具有耐腐蝕性的材質構成閥頭,將配管連接至設置在所述閥頭內的流路中,故而不具有將配管的前端自多個方向推碰至定子的結構,因此不會產生由此種結構導致的漏液。
以下,一面參照圖式,一面對水質分析儀用多埠閥的實施形態進行說明。
一實施例的水質分析儀用多埠閥1包括閥體2及閥頭4。閥頭4安裝在閥體2的前端。在閥頭4的外表面上設置有包含用以連接配管的凹螺孔的多個埠6。埠6與設置於閥頭4的內部的流路8連通,流路8的端部配置在形成閥體2的內部空間的最裏面的閥頭4的平面4a上。閥頭4的平面4a形成使與各埠6連通的流路8的端部排列在同一平面上而成的連接面。
在閥頭4的平面4a上安裝有定子10。定子10介插於閥頭4與後述轉子14之間而與轉子14進行滑動。定子10在與設置於平面4a上的流路8的端部相對應的位置上具有貫通孔12。
在閥體2的內部,將轉子14保持於轉子軸18的前端部18a。轉子14具有與閥頭4的平面4a相向的平面,且在所述平面上設置有用以使各流路8的端部之間連通的槽16。轉子14中,設置有槽16的平面與定子10抵接,且伴隨著轉子軸18的旋轉,一面與定子10進行滑動一面進行旋轉,對所連通的流路8的端部間進行切換。
轉子軸18藉由螺旋彈簧(coil spring)等彈性構件20而向閥頭4側施壓,藉此將轉子14一直按壓至定子10。轉子軸18是藉由步進馬達(stepping motor)22而旋轉。轉子軸18及步進馬達22形成用以使轉子14旋轉的驅動機構。
本實施例的水質分析儀用多埠閥1中,至少閥頭4、定子10及轉子14包含對水質分析儀中可能使用的試劑具有耐腐蝕性的材質。作為此種材質,可舉出聚苯硫醚(polyphenylene sulfide,PPS)、聚醚醚酮(polyetheretherketone,PEEK)、聚四氟乙烯(polytetrafluoroethylene,PTFE)、陶瓷等。特別是藉由利用如上所述的耐腐蝕性的材質構成閥頭4,可使強酸或強鹼等耐腐蝕性高的藥品在閥頭4內的流路8內流動。因此,無需將該些藥品所流動的配管推碰至與閥頭4不同的構件(例如,定子)而進行密封。
藉由如上所述的結構,閥1內的密封面被限定於閥頭4與定子10之間的面、及定子10與轉子14之間的面,且僅在與密封面垂直的方向上施加應力。即,用以連接配管的接頭的緊固力僅對閥頭4起作用,不會自與閥1內的密封面垂直的方向以外的方向施加應力。
再者,定子10及轉子14較佳為包含硬度互不相同的材質(例如陶瓷及PEEK等)。如此一來,包含柔軟的材質的構件會產生彈性變形,因此定子10與轉子14之間的密封性提高。特別是轉子14為可更換的消耗品,因此更佳為利用較定子10柔軟的材質(例如PEEK)構成轉子14。
再者,亦可如圖2所示的水質分析儀用多埠閥1',不在閥頭4與轉子14之間介插定子,而使轉子14與閥頭4直接接觸。此時,為了抑制閥頭4的磨損,較佳為利用較閥頭4柔軟的材質構成轉子14。例如,可利用PPS構成閥頭4,利用PEEK構成轉子14。
藉由設為如圖2所示的結構,閥1'內的密封面僅為閥頭4與轉子14之間的面,用以連接配管的接頭的緊固力僅對閥頭4起作用,因此僅在與閥1'內的密封面垂直的方向上施加應力。

Claims (4)
- 一種水質分析儀用多埠閥,包括:閥頭,在外表面上具有用以連接配管的多個埠,並且具有連接面,所述連接面使與各個所述埠相通的流路的端部配置在同一平面內,所述閥頭包含有對水質分析儀中所使用的藥品具有耐腐蝕性的樹脂材料,其中,所述多個埠設置在:從相對於所述連接面的平行方向與垂直方向,接收所述配管的位置;定子,固定在所述閥頭側;轉子,具有形成有槽的平面,且以所述平面與所述連接面相向的方式配置,所述槽是用以對配置在所述連接面上的所述流路的端部間的連接狀態進行切換;以及驅動機構,用以使所述轉子旋轉,其中,所述定子介插在形成有所述槽的所述轉子的所述平面與所述閥頭的所述連接面之間;所述轉子及所述定子包含硬度互不相同的材質。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的水質分析儀用多埠閥,其中,所述轉子及所述定子中的至少任一者包含樹脂材料。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的水質分析儀用多埠閥,其中,所述轉子包含較所述閥頭柔軟的樹脂材料。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的水質分析儀用多埠閥,其中,所述轉子及所述定子包含互不相同的樹脂材料。
