Abstract

一種風扇,包括定子元件、轉動元件,所述風扇還包括裝飾件;所述定子元件包括底座、軸心及定子,所述軸心固定於所述底座上,所述定子環設於所述軸心外側設置,所述轉動元件套設於所述軸心上,所述裝飾件與所述軸心遠離所述底座之一端固定連接,所述定子用以驅動所述轉動元件圍繞所述軸心轉動,而所述裝飾件保持靜止。本發明之風扇由於裝飾件保持靜止而具有更佳之宣傳效果。

Description

風扇
本發明涉及一種風扇。
習知風扇通常會於轉子上增加風扇蓋,並於所述風扇蓋上印製某種特定圖案或廣告,以起到宣傳之效果。
然而,習知之風扇設計中,所述風扇蓋通常會隨著所述轉子一起轉動。如此,轉動之風扇蓋會導致印製於其上之特定圖案或廣告不能很好地分辨,宣傳效果大打折扣。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種具有較佳宣傳效果之風扇。
一種風扇,包括定子元件、轉動元件,所述風扇還包括裝飾件;所述定子元件包括底座、軸心及定子,所述軸心固定於所述底座上,所述定子環設於所述軸心外側設置,所述轉動元件套設於所述軸心上,所述裝飾件與所述軸心遠離所述底座之一端固定連接,所述定子用以驅動所述轉動元件圍繞所述軸心轉動,而所述裝飾件保持靜止。
本發明之風扇藉由將裝飾件固定至所述軸心,由於所述軸心固定至所述底座,因此所述轉動元件無論怎麼轉動,所述裝飾件都因與所述軸心固定連接而保持靜止,從而使所述裝飾件上印刷之文字及圖案具有更好之宣傳效果。

下面將結合本發明實施方式中之附圖,對本發明實施方式中之技術方案進行清楚、完整地描述,顯然,所描述之實施方式僅僅係本發明一部分實施方式,而並非全部之實施方式。基於本發明中之實施方式,本領域普通技術人員於沒有付出創造性勞動之前提下所獲得之所有其他實施方式,都屬於本發明保護之範圍。
請參閱圖1及圖2,本發明一較佳實施例提供一種風扇100。所述風扇100包括定子元件10、轉動元件20、裝飾件30及至少一扇葉40。所述轉動元件20套設於所述定子元件10上,且與所述定子元件10間隔設置。所述至少一個扇葉40設置於所述轉動元件20上。當所述風扇100運轉時,所述定子元件10及所述裝飾件30保持靜止,所述轉動元件20帶動所述至少一扇葉40環繞所述定子元件10轉動。
於本實施例中,所述定子元件10包括底座11、軸心12、定子13及電路板14。所述底座11用以承載及支撐所述風扇100之部件。所示底座11可以由塑膠、金屬、合金等材料製成。所述底座11具有開口向上之軸管111。所述軸管111設置於所述底座11之大概中心位置。所述軸管111可以與所述底座11一體成型,也可以單獨設置為鋼管或塑膠管。
所述軸心12插設於所述軸管111內,從而固定於所述底座11上,且與所述軸管111之內壁間隔設置。
所述定子13環設於所述軸管111外側,用以驅動所述轉動元件20運轉。所述定子13包括絕緣架131、線圈132和導磁片133。所述絕緣架131固定設置於所述軸管111外側。所述線圈132環繞設置於所述絕緣架131上,所述線圈132之材質可以為金屬、合金或其他導電材質。所述導磁片133與所述絕 緣架131固定連接,設置於所述線圈132外側。所述導磁片133具有導磁效果,用以輔助驅動所述轉動元件20運轉。所述導磁片133可以為矽鋼片或其他具有導磁效果之元件。
所述電路板14設置於所述底座11與所述定子13中間,且與所述線圈132電連接,用以控制所述風扇100運轉。
所述轉動元件20包括轉子21、軸承22及磁性件23。所述軸承22可轉動地套設於所述軸心12上,且部分位於所述軸管111內,並與所述底座11間隔設置。
所述轉子21為一端開口之殼體,大致呈圓筒狀,且上表面由所述轉子21延伸形成凸起212。所述轉子21上開設有通孔211。藉由將所述通孔211對準所述軸心12,並使得所述軸心12穿過所述通孔211,進而使所述轉子21套設於所述定子元件10上,並包覆所述定子13及所述電路板14。所述轉子21之內壁與所述定子元件10間隔設置。
所述軸承22活動套設於所述軸心12,與所述軸管111間隔設置。所述軸承22穿過所述通孔211,以使得所述轉子21套設於所述軸承22上。此時,所述軸承22之外壁與所述通孔211之內側固定連接,即所述轉子21與所述軸承22固定連接。
所述磁性件23設置於所述轉子21之內壁,且與所述導磁片133和所述線圈132對應設置。所述磁性件23為永磁鐵或由合成橡膠混合磁粉製成之膠磁。所述磁性件23與所述導磁片133相互產生磁力作用,進而使得所述套設於所述軸心12上之軸承22於轉動過程中不與下端之底座11接觸。
所述裝飾件30與所述軸心12遠離所述底座11之另一端固定連接。具體地,於本實施例中,所述裝飾件30位於所述轉動元件20上方,並與所述轉動元件20中之轉子21間隔設置。所述裝飾件30底部對應所述轉子21上表面之 凸起212形成有環形凹槽31,所述環形凹槽31配合所述凸起212,用以減少灰塵從所述轉子21與裝飾件30之間隙進入,從而使所述軸承22轉動更順暢。所述裝飾件30遠離所述底座11之表面,還印製有圖案,用於廣告宣傳。
所述扇葉40固定連接至所述轉子21,且向外呈放射狀佈置。
可以理解,於本實施例中,當所述線圈132於所述電路板14控制下通電時,所述線圈132上有電流經過,發生電磁感應現象,從而產生感應磁場,並與所述磁性件23產生相斥之效果,進而驅動所述磁性件23運轉。由於所述磁性件23固定於所述轉子21之內壁,因此所述線圈132將驅動所述轉子21、所述軸承22及所述扇葉40均圍繞所述軸心12運轉。而所述裝飾件30固定連接所述軸心12,因此,無論所述轉子21怎麼旋轉,所述裝飾件30均與所述軸心12保持靜止。
可以理解,所述軸承22可以為含油軸承、轉動軸承、單滾珠軸承、雙滾珠軸承或其他類型之軸承。
顯然,本發明之風扇100藉由將裝飾件30固定至所述軸心12,由於所述軸心12固定至所述底座11,因此所述轉動元件20無論怎麼轉動,所述裝飾件30都因與所述軸心12固定連接而保持靜止,從而使所述裝飾件30上印刷之文字及圖案具有更好之宣傳效果。
需要強調的是,以上僅係本發明之較佳實施例而已,並非對本發明作任何形式上之限制,凡係依據本發明之技術實質對以上實施例所作之任何簡單修改、等同變化與修飾,均屬於本發明之範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種風扇,包括定子元件、轉動元件,其改良在於,所述風扇還包括裝飾件;所述定子元件包括底座、軸心及定子,所述軸心固定於所述底座上,所述定子環設於所述軸心外側設置,所述轉動元件套設於所述軸心上,所述裝飾件與所述軸心遠離所述底座之一端固定連接,所述定子用以驅動所述轉動元件圍繞所述軸心轉動,而所述裝飾件保持靜止,所述轉動元件包括轉子,所述轉子上表面延伸形成凸起,所述裝飾件下表面對應所述凸起形成環形凹槽,所述環形凹槽與所述凸起配合,用以減少灰塵從所述轉子與裝飾件之間隙進入。
  2. 如請求項1所述之風扇,其中,所述定子元件還包括電路板,所述電路板設置於所述底座與所述定子之間,用以控制所述定子通電。
  3. 如請求項2所述之風扇,其中,所述轉動元件與所述定子元件間隔設置,所述轉動元件包括軸承及磁性件;所述轉子與所述軸承固定連接;所述軸承活動套設於所述軸心;所述磁性件固定設置於所述轉子內壁。
  4. 如請求項3所述之風扇,其中,所述定子包括導磁片和線圈,所述線圈繞設於所述導磁片之外周緣,且與所述電路板電連接,當所述電路板通電,所述線圈有電流流經,從而產生感應磁場,進而驅動所述磁性件轉動,所述磁性件帶動所述轉動元件圍繞所述定子元件轉動。
  5. 如請求項3所述之風扇,其中,所述磁性件為永磁鐵或由合成橡膠混合磁粉製成之膠磁。
  6. 如請求項4所述之風扇,其中,所述導磁片為矽鋼片。
  7. 如請求項3所述之風扇,其中,所述軸承為含油軸承、單滾珠軸承或雙滾珠軸承。
  8. 如請求項1所述之風扇,其中,所述裝飾件上表面印製或粘貼圖案及文字,用以實現宣傳效果。
  9. 如請求項3所述之風扇,其中,所述風扇還包括扇葉,所述扇葉與所述轉子外側固定連接,當所述轉動元件轉動時,所述轉動元件帶動所述風扇轉動。
  10. 如請求項3所述之風扇,其中,所述底座包括軸管,所述軸管用於插設所述軸心,所述定子環設於所述軸管外側,所述軸承與所述軸管間隔設置。
