Abstract

本發明一種機械式碟剎結構改良,包含有一主體、至少一夾剎組及一驅動單元,該夾剎組包含:一旋轉件、一掣動件、一致動結構、一扭力彈簧及一外鎖件,該旋轉件設有一轉盤及一貫穿之容置孔,該轉盤一側設置一推抵面,該掣動件設有一掣動盤,該掣動盤一側設置一受推面,該受推面中間延伸一軸桿穿設於該旋轉件之容置孔內,該致動結構設於該推抵面與該受推面之間,以控制該掣動件產生位移,該扭力彈簧組設於該旋轉件之容置孔內,將該旋轉件與該掣動件結合連接,並藉由該扭力彈簧扭轉及壓縮,提供該旋轉件旋轉及該掣動件位移後產生回復力,該外鎖件鎖設於該旋轉件;藉此,俾達扭力彈簧係隱藏於旋轉件之容置孔內,而可確保碟剎正常之運作,增進使用壽命及使用安全性。

Description

機械式碟剎結構改良
本發明係有關於一種碟式剎車,尤指一種機械式碟剎結構改良。
按,自行車或運動器材傳統係採用夾式剎車,由於其剎車制動效能已逐漸的無法滿足現今的需求,為了提高自行車或運動器材的剎車制動效能及安全性,目前越來越多的自行車或運動器材的剎車系統採用碟式剎車。現有的碟式剎車依據驅動方式主要區分為機械式和油壓式等兩大系統,機械式碟剎靠剎車線的拉力讓卡鉗內的剎車片磨擦並夾住碟盤,產生剎車效果,油壓式碟剎靠拉剎車把作動裡面的活塞壓縮油液,壓力從油管直通卡鉗,從而推動卡鉗內的活塞,帶動剎車片夾持碟盤,其中機械式碟剎的結構比較精簡且製造生產成本較低,因而比較適合於自行車或運動器材來使用。
如公告第M489816號「雙動機械碟剎機構」新型專利,即為一種習知機械式碟剎結構,其係由一主體、一第一夾剎組、一第二夾剎組及一驅動組所組成,供透過驅動組同步驅動第一、二夾剎組夾掣一碟盤;其中主體上具有一供碟盤穿置之剎車空間;而第一夾剎組係設於主體的一側,且其相對剎車空間依序設有一動盤、一靜盤及一來令片,其中動盤具有一樞設於主體之軸部,而動盤相對靜盤的表面形成有複數等角設置之推移弧槽,又動盤之軸部穿出主體的一端具有供驅動組固設之結合部,而靜盤與動盤的相對表面形成有複數分別相對夾設一滾珠之推移弧槽,供轉動時令動盤與靜盤同步遠離或靠近,又靜盤可受動盤與滾珠作用帶動來令片相對碟盤位移;另第二夾剎組係設於主體剎車空間的另一側,且其相對剎車空間依序設有一靜盤、一動盤及一來令片,其中動盤具有一樞設於主體之軸部,又動盤相對靜盤的表面形成有複數等角設置之推移弧槽,且動盤之軸部穿出主體的一端具有供驅動組固設之結合部,而靜盤與動盤的相對表面形成有複數分別相對夾設一滾珠之推移弧槽,供轉動時令動盤與靜盤同步遠離或靠近,又動盤可受靜盤與滾珠作用帶動來令片相對碟盤位移;再者,該驅動組係設於主體上,且驅動組兩側分別具有一對應第一、二夾剎組之動盤結合部之結合孔,供驅動組同步作動第一、二夾剎組之動盤,又驅動組與主體間設有一扭力彈簧,供驅動組轉動後可產生回復預力,藉以將驅動組帶動回復原位,同時由驅動組帶動第一夾剎組之動盤及第二夾剎組之動盤回復原位,以供下一循環剎車使用。
惟,該習知機械式碟剎結構,其扭力彈簧係呈裸露狀,不僅容易卡積灰塵異物,且容易受到日曬雨淋影響產生鏽蝕及自潤效果降低等現象,影響正常之運作與使用壽命,而有安全上的疑慮,另其扭力彈簧係組設於主體一側,組裝時需將驅動組旋轉一定角度,使扭力彈簧保持預定扭轉狀態,再進行鎖結,該種扭轉扭力彈簧與同步鎖結扭力彈簧的設計有組裝動作麻煩不易問題。
本發明人有鑑於習知機械式碟剎結構具有上述缺失,是以乃思及創作的意念,經多方探討與試作樣品試驗,及多次修正改良後,終推出本發明。
本發明提供一種機械式碟剎結構改良,包含有一主體、至少一夾剎組及一驅動單元,該主體設有對應之兩夾座,該兩夾座間具有一剎車空間供一碟盤穿置,該夾剎組係設於該主體之夾座,透過該驅動單元驅動該夾剎組夾掣該碟盤,該夾剎組包含:一旋轉件,具有樞設於該主體之一軸部,該軸部一端設置一轉盤,另端設置一結合部,該結合部與該驅動單元結合,而可由該驅動單元驅動該旋轉件旋轉,該轉盤靠近該剎車空間的一側設置一推抵面,該旋轉件內部設有一貫穿兩端之容置孔,該容置孔靠近該推抵面的一端設置一擋緣;一掣動件,設置該旋轉件與該剎車空間之間,受限制僅能直線位移無法旋轉,該掣動件具有一掣動盤,該掣動盤靠近該旋轉件一側設置一受推面,該受推面中間延伸一軸桿穿設於該旋轉件之容置孔內;一致動結構,設於該旋轉件的推抵面與該掣動件的受推面之間,用以通過該轉動件的轉動帶動該掣動件產生直線位移;一扭力彈簧,組設於該旋轉件之容置孔內,該扭力彈簧兩端分別與該旋轉件及該掣動件固定,藉由該扭力彈簧將該旋轉件與該掣動件結合連接,以及藉由該扭力彈簧扭轉及壓縮,提供該旋轉件旋轉及該掣動件位移後產生回復力;及一外鎖件,鎖設於該旋轉件,令該旋轉件不會脫落的組設於該主體之夾座。
本發明機械式碟剎結構改良之主要目的,在於其扭力彈簧係組設於旋轉件之容置孔內隱藏,不僅可避免卡積灰塵異物,並且可防止日曬雨淋降低鏽蝕的機率及避免自潤受到破壞,確保碟剎正常之運作,增進使用壽命及使用安全性。
本發明機械式碟剎結構改良之次一目的,在於其扭力彈簧係組設於旋轉件之容置孔內結合定位後,再利用剎車線拉動驅動單元樞轉扭力彈簧進行組裝,組裝簡易方便。
請參閱第一圖、第二圖、第三圖及第四圖,本發明機械式碟剎結構改良,包含有一主體1、至少一夾剎組2及一驅動單元3(本實施例該至少一夾剎組2包含:一第一夾剎組2A及一第二夾剎組2B),該主體1設有對應之兩夾座1A,該兩夾座1A間具有一剎車空間1B供一碟盤4穿置,該兩夾座1A設有對應的組設孔11A,該第一夾剎組2A與該第二夾剎組2B係呈對稱結構,組設於該主體1兩夾座1A的組設孔11A,該驅動單元3樞組於該主體1上,用以同步驅動該第一夾剎組2A與該第二夾剎組2B同步夾掣該碟盤4,產生雙邊夾剎作用,該至少一夾剎組2(第一夾剎組2A及第二夾剎組2B)包含:一旋轉件10、一掣動件20、一致動結構30、一扭力彈簧40、一軸承50及一外鎖件60。
該旋轉件10具有樞設於該主體1之一軸部11,該軸部11一端設置一轉盤12,另端設置一多角狀之結合部13,該結合部13與該驅動單元3結合,而可由該驅動單元3驅動該旋轉件10旋轉,該轉盤12靠近該剎車空間1B的一側設置一推抵面121,該旋轉件10內部設有一貫穿兩端之容置孔14,該容置孔14靠近該推抵面121的一端設置一擋緣141,該擋緣141設置一第一卡固部1411,該容置孔14遠離該推抵面121的一端設置一螺牙段142。
該掣動件20設置該旋轉件10與該剎車空間1B之間,該掣動件20具有一掣動盤21,該掣動盤21外側設有限制該掣動件20僅能直線位移無法旋轉的限位部211,該掣動盤21靠近該旋轉件10一側設置一受推面212,該受推面212中間延伸一軸桿213穿設於該旋轉件10之容置孔14內,該軸桿213遠離該掣動盤21的一端設置一第二卡固部2131,該軸桿213遠離該掣動盤21的端面設置一螺孔2132。
該致動結構30設於該旋轉件10的推抵面121與該掣動件20的受推面212之間,該致動結構30包含:複數轉動凹槽31、複數導引凹槽32及複數鋼珠33,該轉動凹槽31位於該推抵面121且為弧形又有深淺的斜度,該導引凹槽32位於該受推面212且為弧形又有深淺的斜度,該轉動凹槽31並對應該導引凹槽32,該鋼珠33分別設於該轉動凹槽31與該導引凹槽32間,當該旋轉件10旋轉時,可帶動該鋼珠33於該轉動凹槽31與該導引凹槽32的深淺斜度間位移,進而帶動推抵該掣動件20產生前進與後退之直線位移。
該扭力彈簧40組設於該旋轉件10之容置孔14內,該扭力彈簧40兩端分別與該旋轉件10之第一卡固部1411及該掣動件20之第二卡固部2131卡結,配合以一鎖結件41鎖設於該掣動件20之軸桿213的螺孔2132固定,藉由該扭力彈簧40將該旋轉件10與掣動件20結合連接,並使該掣動件20之受推面212與該旋轉件10之推抵面121貼靠,以及藉由該扭力彈簧40扭轉及壓縮,提供該旋轉件10旋轉及該掣動件20位移後產生回復力。
該軸承50設置於該旋轉件10之轉盤12與該主體1之夾座1A之間,使得該旋轉件10之旋轉更為順暢。
該外鎖件60鎖設於該旋轉件10的螺牙段142,令該旋轉件10不會脫落的組設於該主體1之夾座1A的組設孔11A,並透過該掣動件20的軸桿213及該外鎖件60將該旋轉件10的容置孔14封閉。
由上述的結構設計,本創作機械式碟剎使用時,如第五、六、七、八圖所示,鎖設於車架上,自行車的剎車線與驅動單元3連結,第一夾剎組2A及第二夾剎組2B之掣動件20對應碟盤4的一面組設一剎車片5,剎車時,利用剎車線拉動驅動單元3樞轉,由驅動單元3帶動第一夾剎組2A及第二夾剎組2B之旋轉件10同步旋轉,使得第一夾剎組2A及第二夾剎組2B之旋轉件10相對於掣動件20轉動,而藉由致動結構30的鋼珠33於轉動凹槽31與導引凹槽32的深淺斜度間位移,將掣動件20連同剎車片5往碟盤4方向推移,令扭力彈簧40產生扭轉及壓縮,同時第一夾剎組2A及第二夾剎組2B之掣動件20組設的剎車片5由兩側同步夾掣碟盤4,達到剎車之目的。
另,釋放剎車時,可藉由扭力彈簧40的扭轉,提供旋轉件10及驅動單元3回復力,使旋轉件10及驅動單元3回復原位,同時可藉由扭力彈簧40的壓縮,提供掣動件20回復力,使掣動件20連同鋼珠33回復原位,以供下一循環剎車使用。
由上述具體實施例之結構,可得到下述之效益:
1.本發明機械式碟剎結構改良,其扭力彈簧40係組設於旋轉件10之容置孔14內隱藏,不僅可避免扭力彈簧40卡積灰塵異物,並且可防止日曬雨淋降低扭力彈簧產生鏽蝕的機率及避免自潤受到破壞,確保碟剎正常之運作,增進使用壽命及使用安全性,而更能符合實際使用需求。
2.本發明機械式碟剎結構改良,在於其扭力彈簧40係組設於旋轉件10之容置孔14內與掣動件20結合定位後,再利用剎車線拉動驅動單元3樞轉扭力彈簧40進行組裝,組裝簡易方便。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種機械式碟剎結構改良,包含有一主體、一夾剎組及一驅動單元,該主體設有對應之兩夾座,該兩夾座間具有一剎車空間供一碟盤穿置,該夾剎組係設於該主體之夾座,透過該驅動單元驅動該夾剎組夾掣該碟盤,該夾剎組包含: 一旋轉件,具有樞設於該主體之一軸部,該軸部一端設置一轉盤,另端設置一結合部,該結合部與該驅動單元結合,而可由該驅動單元驅動該旋轉件旋轉,該轉盤靠近該剎車空間的一側設置一推抵面,該旋轉件內部設有一貫穿兩端之容置孔,該容置孔靠近該推抵面的一端設置一擋緣,該擋緣設置一第一卡固部; 一掣動件,設置該旋轉件與該剎車空間之間,受限制僅能直線位移無法旋轉,該掣動件具有一掣動盤,該掣動盤靠近該旋轉件一側設置一受推面,該受推面中間延伸一軸桿穿設於該旋轉件之容置孔內,該軸桿遠離該掣動盤的一端設置一第二卡固部,該軸桿遠離該掣動盤的端面設置一螺孔; 一致動結構,設於該旋轉件的推抵面與該掣動件的受推面之間,用以通過該轉動件的轉動帶動該掣動件產生直線位移; 一扭力彈簧,組設於該旋轉件之容置孔內,該扭力彈簧兩端分別與該旋轉件之第一卡固部及該掣動件之第二卡固部卡結,配合以一鎖結件鎖設於該掣動件之軸桿的螺孔固定,藉由該扭力彈簧將該旋轉件與該掣動件結合連接,並使該掣動件之受推面與該旋轉件之推抵面貼靠,以及藉由該扭力彈簧扭轉及壓縮,提供該旋轉件旋轉及該掣動件位移後產生回復力;及一外鎖件,鎖設於該旋轉件,令該旋轉件不會脫落的組設於該主體之夾座。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之機械式碟剎結構改良,其中該旋轉件之容置孔遠離該推抵面的一端設置一螺牙段,該螺牙段供該外鎖件鎖設。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之機械式碟剎結構改良,其中該致動結構包含:複數轉動凹槽、複數導引凹槽及複數鋼珠,該轉動凹槽位於該推抵面且為弧形又有深淺的斜度,該導引凹槽位於該受推面且為弧形又有深淺的斜度,該轉動凹槽並對應該導引凹槽,該鋼珠分別設於該轉動凹槽與該導引凹槽間,當該旋轉件旋轉時,可帶動該鋼珠於該轉動凹槽與該導引凹槽的深淺斜度間位移,進而帶動推抵該掣動件產生前進與後退之直線位移。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之機械式碟剎結構改良,其中該夾剎組另包含有一軸承,該軸承設置於該旋轉件之轉盤與該主體之夾座之間。
  5. 一種機械式碟剎結構改良,包含有一主體、一第一夾剎組及一第二夾剎組及一驅動單元,該主體設有對應之兩夾座,該兩夾座間具有一剎車空間供一碟盤穿置,該第一夾剎組與該第二夾剎組係分別設於該主體之夾座,透過該驅動單元驅動該第一夾剎組與該第二夾剎組夾掣該碟盤,該第一夾剎組與該第二夾剎組係呈對稱結構,該第一夾剎組與該第二夾剎組分別包含: 一旋轉件,具有樞設於該主體之一軸部,該軸部一端設置一轉盤,另端設置一結合部,該結合部與該驅動單元結合,而可由該驅動單元驅動該旋轉件旋轉,該轉盤靠近該剎車空間的一側設置一推抵面,該旋轉件內部設有一貫穿兩端之容置孔,該容置孔靠近該推抵面的一端設置一擋緣,該擋緣設置一第一卡固部; 一掣動件,設置該旋轉件與該剎車空間之間,受限制僅能直線位移無法旋轉,該掣動件具有一掣動盤,該掣動盤靠近該旋轉件一側設置一受推面,該受推面中間延伸一軸桿穿設於該旋轉件之容置孔內,該軸桿遠離該掣動盤的一端設置一第二卡固部,該軸桿遠離該掣動盤的端面設置一螺孔; 一致動結構,設於該旋轉件的推抵面與該掣動件的受推面之間,用以通過該轉動件的轉動帶動該掣動件產生直線位移; 一扭力彈簧,組設於該旋轉件之容置孔內,該扭力彈簧兩端分別與該旋轉件之第一卡固部及該掣動件之第二卡固部卡結,配合以一鎖結件鎖設於該掣動件之軸桿的螺孔固定,藉由該扭力彈簧將該旋轉件與該掣動件結合連接,並使該掣動件之受推面與該旋轉件之推抵面貼靠,以及藉由該扭力彈簧扭轉及壓縮,提供該旋轉件旋轉及該掣動件位移後產生回復力;及 一外鎖件,鎖設於該旋轉件,令該旋轉件不會脫落的組設於該主體之夾座。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之機械式碟剎結構改良,其中該旋轉件之容置孔遠離該推抵面的一端設置一螺牙段,該螺牙段供該外鎖件鎖設。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之機械式碟剎結構改良,其中該致動結構包含:複數轉動凹槽、複數導引凹槽及複數鋼珠,該轉動凹槽位於該推抵面且為弧形又有深淺的斜度,該導引凹槽位於該受推面且為弧形又有深淺的斜度,該轉動凹槽並對應該導引凹槽,該鋼珠分別設於該轉動凹槽與該導引凹槽間,當該旋轉件旋轉時,可帶動該鋼珠於該轉動凹槽與該導引凹槽的深淺斜度間位移,進而帶動推抵該掣動件產生前進與後退之直線位移。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之機械式碟剎結構改良,其中該第一夾剎組與該第二夾剎組另包含有一軸承,該軸承設置於該旋轉件之轉盤與該主體之夾座之間。
