Abstract

Description
本發明關於一種根據申請專利範圍第1項的上位部件的過濾器裝置。
來自於積累次級原料的塑料熔體包括增加一比例的外部物質(木頭、紙、鋁、雜質塑料、橡膠、彈性體、...等)。為了生產相應品質的重複顆粒,所述部分外部物質必須盡可能全部從溶體中移除。為了這個目的,乃使用了各種方法或過濾器,例如往復式過濾器、盤式過濾器、連續式過濾器、或不連續式過濾器。其中,使用包括移動通過金屬過濾網的刮除元件的過濾系統,金屬過濾網通常具有一光滑表面且包括具有在少數μm至數mm範圍內的直徑的網孔。刮除元件的目的是用來剥離任何殘餘汙物,且傳送該殘餘汙物至排放裝置。除了所述基本功能,過濾網的使用週期和過濾網的可重複使用特別具有經濟重要性。此種過濾系統應該能保持使用幾天、幾週,如可能,甚至幾個月以上。其中應該能夠運行100噸至幾千噸的流量。為了這個目的,所述過濾系統以百分比範圍從溶體排放任何汙物。
為了這個目的,包含過濾網和刮除元件的兩個滑行對的耐磨損和耐撕裂性是重要的。此外,也有必要使該刮除元件將污物剥離時不在前面擠壓該汙物,或甚至將污物塞進網孔中。在此方面,該刮除元件的特定形狀是重要的。
此外,該刮除元件的厚度、傾角、頂角、刮邊半徑,以及過濾網刮除元件在過濾網上的接觸表面同樣應該被考慮到。這些參數相互作用對於過濾器裝置的持久操作是重要的。
本發明的目的是開發一過濾器裝置,其具有持久且簡單的構造,尤其以高效方式從過濾網的表面移除且排放任何汙物。
藉由前面提到之型態的過濾器裝置所達成的所述目的,具有
申請專利範圍第1項所述的性質特徵。因此,根據本發明提供的刮邊包括至少一曲面,其至少在刮邊的末端部分,也就是該移動方向的前端,該曲面的半徑分別小於網孔的最大直徑,或最大網孔寬度的90%,較佳為小於50%,特別是小於20%。
所述刮邊具有特別曲面的具體實施例對於其長使用壽命以及高效率地移除汙物產生了實質上貢獻。根據本發明,因為該刮邊半徑小於該網孔的直徑,故其保證了該刮除元件的刮邊可以有效率地從可能具有例如100至200μm的直徑的網孔剥離汙物。如果所述半徑太大,汙物會被擠壓到刮除元件的前面且被塞進該網孔,因此導致網孔堵塞,引起過濾器裝置失效,或該汙物被擠壓通過網孔,藉此增加一程度的污染將進入重複生產的顆粒,導致最終產品的品質低劣。
所述半徑,或具有此一曲面的刮除元件的一段末端區域,在使用期間應保持大致不變。在此除了過濾網和刮除元件的摩擦對之外,例如金屬、紙、砂填料等研磨材料也同樣形成摩擦對,且在汙物的消除,或磨損刮除元件上產生影響。如果刮邊的半徑太大,汙物會被擠壓到刮邊前面。這是關鍵,尤其,如果汙物的尺寸在網孔的尺寸之內。此情況中,每個汙物被複數次擠壓進入網孔,且被再次拉出,結果導致過濾網和刮除元件磨損和撕裂的增加,因此縮短了它的使用週期。然而,如果刮板太厚,不具有各自的頂角,或同樣相對於過濾網設置得太傾斜,則刮邊將很快產生不期望的倒圓角,且如果沒有重磨,過濾器裝置將失效。
如果接觸表面緊靠最接近過濾網的刮除元件的末端區域表面的曲面則是有利的,該接觸表面垂直於刮邊的縱向路徑的延伸,對應於網孔最大直徑,或最大網孔寬度的5倍至100倍,較佳為10倍至50倍。接觸表面處的延伸,或平行於刮除元件移動方向的接觸表面的尺寸不應該太長,也不應該太短,使得刮邊的曲面在操作期間,由於汙物和聚合物熔體的材料研磨所產生的必要重磨仍能保持完整。
進一步有利的,如果刮除元件形成為碟形,尤其構成為平行,較佳為平的大表面,即一背面和一前面,且以5至60°的傾角,較佳為10至45°,特別是20至35°朝向過濾網表面設置。如果刮除元件太陡峭的傾斜抵靠過濾網表面,該曲面的半徑由於材料磨損和撕裂而擴大,或
該接觸表面被減小,該刮除元件可能卡在該過濾網的表面,其可能導致過濾網的損壞。
因此,為了盡可能最小化汙物穿過過濾網的通道,沿移動方向的接觸表面的長度或尺寸,及/或傾角是重要的。如果這兩個參數沒有按照要求調整,一不期望的壓力將施加到網孔上,且汙物會被擠壓進入網孔。
最接近過濾網的刮除元件的末端的頂角同樣重要。根據提供的本發明,該刮除元件在其最接近過濾網的末端區域中具有一部位,其以刮邊為終端,為錐形,且具有曲面,其中在最接近過濾網的背面之間限定該部位的頂角為1至60°,較佳為5至30°,特別是10至25°。
為了防止附著在刮除元件之某些類型汙物例如鋁箔上浮或剥離,這些參數的調整同樣重要。沙粒汙物同樣會導致上浮,且在此情況中,該刮除元件可能不能夠履行其任務。
為了有效排除被剥離的汙物,或使污物從過濾器表面排出,有利的是,其從最接近過濾網的刮除元件的前面,也就是從刮邊,以無扭曲形態延伸至遠離過濾網的末端,該錐形部位以無扭曲的過渡到最遠離過濾網的刮除元件的牆壁表面,具有的優點是被剥離的任何汙物不必穿過邊緣,其在尤其是因擾動而引起的汙物變形與排出期間可能是破壞因素。
所提供的刮除元件的一建設性簡易設置,係該碟形的刮除元件的厚度為0.5至30mm,較佳為1至15mm,特別是2至8mm,及/或刮除元件的長度是該刮除元件厚度的5倍至50倍,較佳為8倍至30倍。有利地,該刮除元件為碟形,具有長形的,較佳為矩形橫截面,該刮除元件的短側連接或形成一錐形部位,該錐形部位逐漸變細最終產生一頂角而形成具有一曲面的刮邊。
根據本發明的過濾器裝置,在於預防汙物在縱向方向沿過濾網表面被連續引導而導致汙物散開,直到該污物足夠小而可通過網孔。由於在刮邊提供的曲面,汙物透過刮除元件被高效地向上運輸,且在提供的位置排放。
所提供的頂角具有的效果在於,由於研磨材料造成刮邊的磨損,錐形部位的末端區域只隨著過濾網表面緩慢增加的距離而增加厚度,
且儘管由研磨材料引起的機械磨損和撕裂,刮邊的曲面半徑保持大體完整,且沿移動方向延伸的曲面圓弧的延伸和長度僅緩慢減小。因為這個原因同樣有利的是,如果碟形刮除元件的厚度保持在較低,則錐形部位較容易建構。
該刮除元件的厚度對於調整刮除元件到過濾網表面同樣重要。厚的刮除元件可能無法沒有任何問題地被調整到震動過濾網;相對地,薄的刮除元件也可能伴隨著震動過濾網。此外,薄刮除元件也可沿著其橫軸方向圍繞該刮邊形成扭轉。

第1圖顯示根據本發明在剖視示意圖的過濾器裝置的簡單實施例。刮除元件2藉由刮邊3倚靠在過濾網的表面4上,在表面4的縱向方向沿箭頭16方向滑動進入操作,且藉由刮邊3剥離任何附著在過濾網1的表面4,或阻礙過濾網1的網孔5的汙物。基於此目的,所述汙物沿箭頭17所示的縱向方向移動,且進給至圖中未顯示的排放單元。

如第1圖中右側所示的刮除元件2,背面8可能以無扭曲的方式延伸。然而,為了排放汙物6,較佳的是刮除元件2遠離該過濾網的前面9,從曲面7往刮除元件2的末端以無扭曲形態延伸。
在第2圖中揭示了刮邊3的詳細視圖。該刮邊3在其移動方向16的前端具有一曲面7,該曲面7的半徑R小於網孔5最大直徑或最大網孔寬度的90%,較佳為50%,特別是20%。該曲面7可延伸穿過整個頂點,即從前面9延伸到背面8,且能夠從過濾網1的表面4有效剥離汙物6,且甚至從網孔5拉出汙物。
同樣可能的是如第3圖所示的實施例,最接近該過濾網的部位14的末端使得一接觸表面10在最接近該過濾網的部位14的末端區域的背面8連接至曲面7,垂直於刮邊3的縱向路徑L的接觸表面10的延伸對應於網孔5的最大直徑或網孔5的最大孔寬的5倍至100倍,較佳為10倍至50倍。所述連接至曲面7的接觸表面10平行於過濾網1的表面4延伸且提高汙物6的剥離,或預防由於其表面所造成的頂角S的顯著變化,或在操作期間曲面7的磨損和撕裂而得以增加刮除元件2的壽命。所述接觸表面10在操作期間可被忽略,或在刮除元件2的初始操作前已被設置。
如第1圖看到的,刮除元件2以傾斜方式朝向過濾網1的表面4以傾角A設置。刮除元件2形成為碟狀,尤其是構成為平行,較佳為平的大表面,即背面8和前面9,且以5至60°,較佳為10至45°,特別是20至35°的傾角A,以傾斜方式朝向過濾網1的表面設置。該傾角A被認為是以無扭曲方式延伸的刮除元件2的大表面與過濾網1的表面4之間的角度。只要刮除元件2的部位14形成為使得兩個大表面8、9扭曲過渡到部位14,傾角A是在刮除元件2的前面9和過濾網1的表面4之間被測量而得。
第4圖為顯示根據本發明的刮除元件2的立體圖。可看到過
渡到部位14和刮邊3的曲面7中的前面9。接觸表面10連接在過渡到背面8的曲面7。
碟形刮除元件2的厚度D為0.5至30mm,較佳為1至15mm,特別是2至8mm。刮除元件2的長度是刮除元件2的厚度D的5倍至50倍,較佳為8倍至30倍。利用這樣的刮除元件2,通常可能以簡單的方式分別形成包括所需的頂角S和充足的機械穩定性的一相應錐形,或一部位14。
第5圖為顯示根據本發明之過濾器裝置的示例性實施例。其中過濾網1的位置僅為示意。在此情況中,過濾網1是靜止的,且刮除元件2沿著其刮邊3相對於靜止的過濾網1可旋轉地安裝在載具15上,載具15安裝在旋轉軸18上。在操作期間,聚合物溶體被引導通過設在載具15中的通道而朝向過濾網1的表面4上游,且被擠壓穿過過濾網1而被排出,其中汙物6藉由刮除元件2的旋轉移動從過濾網1剥離,且分開排出。如關於第1圖所解釋的,汙物6藉由設於旋轉軸18之刮除元件2以溝槽19所導引的方向被排除,且經由這些溝槽16,汙物6也與一定比例的聚合物溶體一起被排出。
根據本發明的過濾器裝置呈現兩個功能性實施例。在初始操作前,具有曲面7的部位14可體現為具有或不具有一接觸表面10,如果部位14體現為不具有接觸表面10,所述接觸表面10可依據初始操作來體現。汙物的有效排放依據此一吸入動作以及在連續操作期間該接觸表面的擴大來支援。
一有利實施例是曲面7至少從最遠離該過濾網的前面9延伸到最接近過濾網的部位14的頂點,接觸表面10選擇性地連接至該頂點,或曲面7在表面4圍繞刮除元件2的接觸點而從前面9引導至背面8,或圍繞刮除元件2之移動方向最遠離該前面的定點。如第2圖所示,延伸圍繞刮除元件2的頂角的曲面7分別提高了該汙物的剥離,或增加使用壽命。隨著面對表面4的曲面7的磨損和撕裂,第3圖中所示的,接觸表面10可形成在一限定的位置中。
Claims (5)
- 一種用於聚合物熔體的過濾器裝置,具有一過濾網(1),引導要被淨化的聚合物熔體通過該過濾網(1),其中該過濾器裝置具有至少一個刮除元件(2),該刮除元件利用一刮邊(3)滑行通過該過濾網(1)的上游表面(4),或該刮除元件利用其最接近刮邊(3)的末端區域倚靠在該表面(4)上,藉由移動通過該表面而剥離及/或刮除貼附在該表面(4)以及位於網孔(5)前面的汙物,其特徵在於:該刮邊(3)具有至少在該刮邊末端區域中做為移動方向(16)的前端的一曲面(7),該曲面(7)的半徑(R)小於該網孔(5)的最大直徑或最大網孔寬的90%、50%或20%,其中,一接觸表面(10)在最接近該過濾網的該刮除元件(2)的末端區域的表面(8)連接至該曲面(7),垂直於該刮邊(3)的縱向路徑(L)的該接觸表面(10)的延伸對應於該網孔(5)的最大直徑或最大網孔寬的5倍至100倍、或10倍至50倍。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述的過濾器裝置,其中,該刮除元件(2)係形成為碟形,包含構成為平行且為平的大表面,即一背面(8)和一前面(9),且設置為以5至60°、10至45°、或20至35°的一頂角(A)以傾斜方式朝向該過濾網(1)的該表面(4),以及最遠離該過濾網的該刮除元件(2)的表面(9)垂直於該刮邊(3)延伸,從該刮邊(3)的該曲面以無扭曲的方式朝向最遠離該過濾網的該刮除元件(2)的末端。
- 依據申請專利範圍第2項所述的過濾器裝置,其中,在最接近該過濾網的末端區域的刮除元件(2),具有終端為該刮邊(3)的一部位(14),該刮邊(3)為錐形且具有該曲面(7),其中在最接近該過濾網的該背面(8)和最接近該過濾網的該前面(9)之間限定該部位(14)的頂角(S)為1至60°、5至30°或10至25°。
- 依據申請專利範圍第3項所述的過濾器裝置,其中,該曲面(7)從最遠離該過濾網的該前面(9)延伸至少到最接近該過濾網的該部位(14)的頂點,該接觸表面(10)可選擇地連接至該頂點,或該曲面(7)以圍繞在該表面(4)的該刮除元件(2)的接觸點而從該前面(9)引導至該後面(8),或沿該刮除元件(2)的移動方向(16)最遠離前端的定位圍繞。
- 依據申請專利範圍第4項所述的過濾器裝置,其中,該刮除元件(2)分別在初始操作後或在使用後斷裂狀態中包括根據申請專利範圍第1項的接觸表面(10)。
