Abstract
提供可進行多品種少量生產,不會不均地均一且精密地形成有凹凸模樣的壓花輥之製造方法及壓花輥。
形成為一種壓花輥之製造方法,其係包含:準備圓筒狀母材的工程;及根據3次元加工資料,藉由3次元印表機,在圓筒狀母材表面,將壓紋加工進行造形的造形工程。較適於前述3次元加工資料係藉由將壓花輥模型進行3次元掃描來製作而成。
Description
本發明係關於壓花輥,更具體而言,關於在其表面形成有微細凹凸模樣之壓花輥之製造方法及藉由該製造方法所得的壓花輥。
以往,以在表面形成有微細凹凸模樣的輥子(roll)而言,已知有壓花輥。壓花輥係被使用在用以對各種薄片狀物品施行壓紋加工,除了建築材料或日用品之外,亦被使用在製造電氣電子製品時。進行例如對熱可塑性樹脂薄膜施行壓紋加工,製作LCD用背光或後投影螢幕等所使用的稜鏡薄片、雙凸薄片、菲涅耳透鏡薄片、反射防止薄膜等電子零件;或對金屬板施行壓紋加工,提高設計性或使其具有止滑功能。本案申請人係提出一種例如專利文獻1所記載的壓花輥。
製造壓花輥時,為了在圓筒狀母材的表面形成微細凹凸模樣,進行雕刻、電鑄、噴砂處理、放電加工處理、蝕刻處理等。
壓花輥係有大量製造相同凹凸模樣者的情形,另一方面,有必須製造各種凹凸模樣的壓花輥或各少量地製造多品種的凹凸模樣的壓花輥的情形。在上述習知之壓花輥之製造方法中,雖然適於大量生產,但是不適於品種少量生產。
此外,構成凹凸模樣的凹凸形狀係必須不會不均地均一且精密地形成。在製造電氣電子製品時,尤其被要求精密度。

本發明之目的在提供可進行多品種少量生產,不會不均地均一且精密地形成有凹凸模樣的壓花輥之製造方法及壓花輥。
為解決上述課題,本發明之壓花輥之製造方法係包含:準備圓筒狀母材的工程;及根據3次元加工資
料,藉由3次元印表機,在圓筒狀母材表面,將壓紋加工進行造形的造形工程。
較適於前述3次元加工資料係藉由將壓花輥模型進行3次元掃描來製作而成。壓花輥模型係指以合成樹脂或金屬以及木材或石膏等所製作的模型,可使用製作成比所製造的壓花輥更為小型者。
以圓筒狀母材而言,可適用金屬製或合成樹脂製的圓筒狀母材的任一者。
以金屬製圓筒狀母材的材質而言,可適用任一者周知金屬,惟以由選自由Ni、不銹鋼、黃銅、Fe、Cr、Zn、Sn、Ti、Cu、Al所成群組的至少一種材料所成較為適合。其中,由於為至少一種材料,當然亦可為合金。
若為金屬製圓筒狀母材,較適於前述造形工程係將舖在前述圓筒狀母材表面的被燒結粉末進行燒結而成。以前述被燒結粉末而言,若為可燒結的材料,即可適用,以金屬或陶瓷較為適合。更具體而言,較適於例如由選自由Ni、不銹鋼、黃銅、Fe、Cr、Zn、Sn、Ti、Cu、Al、Pt、In、Mg、W、Co、陶瓷所成群組的至少一種材料所成。其中,由於為至少一種材料,當然亦可為合金。此外,以陶瓷而言,若為藉由燒結而成為燒結體的無機物,亦可包含任一者,亦包含例如WC(碳化鎢)或SiC(碳化矽)等碳化物、氮化鎢或氮化矽等氮化物。
較佳為藉由雷射,進行前述被燒結粉末的燒
結。以雷射而言,可適用周知的雷射。
以合成樹脂製圓筒狀母材的材質而言,亦可適用任一者周知的合成樹脂,較佳為例如由選自由硬質塑膠、工程塑膠、ABS樹脂、環氧樹脂、FRP(纖維強化塑膠)、CFRP(碳纖維強化塑膠)所成群組的至少一種合成樹脂材料所成。
若為合成樹脂製圓筒狀母材,前述造形工程較適於以熱熔融積層方式、光造形方式、噴墨方式等進行。
前述熱熔融積層方式係藉由將ABS樹脂或聚乳酸樹脂等熱可塑性合成樹脂,一邊以印頭吐出在母材表面,一邊反覆積層來進行造形的方法。
前述光造形方式係藉由對紫外線硬化性樹脂照射紫外線雷射且反覆積層來進行造形的方法。
前述噴墨方式係藉由以噴墨頭噴射微細粒子狀的紫外線硬化性合成樹脂,一邊以紫外線照射固化一邊反覆積層來進行造形的方法。
較適於藉由全自動雷射製版系統,進行前述準備圓筒狀母材的工程及前述造形工程。以全自動雷射製版系統而言,可使用例如在專利文獻2或專利文獻3所記載的全自動凹版製版用處理系統,組入3次元印表機處理單元的全自動雷射製版系統。此外,在該全自動雷射製版系統係適於另外組入可進行3次元掃描的3次元掃描器處理單元。
本發明之壓花輥係藉由前述壓花輥之製造方法予以製造而成。
藉由本發明,具有可提供可進行多品種少量生產,不會不均地均一且精密地形成有凹凸模樣的壓花輥之製造方法及壓花輥的顯著效果。

以下說明本發明之實施形態,惟該等實施形態為例示者,只要未脫離本發明之技術思想,可進行各種變形,自不待言。其中,同一構件係以相同符號表示。
如圖1(a)所示,首先,準備金屬製或合成樹脂製的圓筒狀母材12。接著,根據3次元加工資料,藉由3次元印表機,在圓筒狀母材表面,將壓紋加工進行造形(造形工程)。
3次元加工資料係藉由將壓花輥模型進行3次元掃描來製作。此外,亦可使用預先取得的3次元加工資料。
接著,如圖1(b)所示,形成凹凸模樣的第一層14a。若為金屬製圓筒狀母材,將舖在前述圓筒狀母材表面的被燒結粉末進行燒結而形成。此外,若為合成樹脂製圓筒狀母材,則以熱熔融積層方式、光造形方式、噴墨方式等形成。
接著,反覆圖1(b)所示之層的形成,如圖1(c)所示,形成為積層複數層14a~14e的狀態。如上所示,製造在其表面形成有微細凹凸模樣16的壓花輥18。
前述造形工程若如圖2所示,在圓筒狀母材12的開口部20插入夾頭錐(圖示省略),一邊使圓筒狀母材12旋轉,一邊進行造形工程即可。符號22係表示周知的3次元印表機。若如上所示,可使用周知的3次元印表機22來進行造形工程。此外,亦可形成為如上所示一邊使圓筒狀母材12旋轉一邊使用周知的3次元印表機22來進行造形工程的構成的處理單元。
若形成為3次元印表機處理單元,可組入在
全自動雷射製版系統加以使用。
將如上所示所製造的壓花輥18顯示在圖3。在本發明之壓花輥18之製造方法中,係可形成至一邊為10μm左右的尺寸的凹凸模樣16為止。
以下列舉實施例,更加具體說明本發明,惟該等實施例為例示性顯示者,不應作限定性解釋,自不待言。
以圓筒狀母材而言,準備圓周600mm、面長1100mm、厚度10mm之鐵製中空輥,使用NewFX(Think Laboratory股份有限公司製全自動雷射製版系統),進行壓花輥的製造。在全自動雷射製版系統中先組入被燒結粉末燒結方式類型的3次元印表機處理單元作為處理單元。3次元加工資料係使用將壓花輥模型預先進行3次元掃描者。
將舖在前述中空輥表面的被燒結粉末(若使其燒結,為成為相當剛模鋼SKD11的金屬粉末),以光纖雷射進行燒結而形成層。接著,反覆形成層,將複數層進行積層。如上所示,獲得在其表面形成有微細凹凸模樣的壓花輥。
以圓筒狀母材而言,準備圓周600mm、面長1100mm、厚度10mm之CFRP製中空輥,使用NewFX(Think Laboratory股份有限公司製全自動雷射製版系統),進行壓花輥的製造。在全自動雷射製版系統中先組入熱熔融積層方式類型的3次元印表機處理單元作為處理單元。3次元加工資料係使用將壓花輥模型預先進行3次元掃描者。
在前述中空輥表面,以印頭吐出熱可塑性合成樹脂(ABS樹脂)而形成層。接著,反覆形成層,而將複數層進行積層。如上所示,獲得在其表面形成有微細凹凸模樣的壓花輥。

- 一種壓花輥之製造方法,其係使用組入有3次元印表機處理單元及3次元掃描器處理單元的全自動雷射製版系統的壓花輥之製造方法,該壓花輥之製造方法係包含:準備圓筒狀母材的工序;及根據3次元加工資料,藉由前述3次元印表機處理單元,在圓筒狀母材表面,將壓紋加工進行造形的造形工序,前述準備圓筒狀母材的工序及前述造形工序係藉由前述全自動雷射製版系統來進行。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之壓花輥之製造方法,其中,前述3次元加工資料係藉由將壓花輥模型,利用前述3次元掃描器處理單元進行3次元掃描來製作而成。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之壓花輥之製造方法,其中,前述造形工序係將舖在前述圓筒狀母材表面的被燒結粉末進行燒結而成。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之壓花輥之製造方法,其中,藉由雷射,進行前述被燒結粉末的燒結。
