Abstract
本發明係有關於一種多圈盤型動力馬達,係主要於一定子基座內設有多個定子環圈,並於一轉子基座之數環型凸肋上嵌設多個永久磁片,又使該定子基座及轉子基座對應接合,以使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋上之永久磁片與該定子基座其各環槽中之定子環圈上線圈相對應,藉此,利用該定子基座所設多個定子環圈,及轉子基座其多個環型凸肋上所設數多永久磁片設置,以產生大扭力與高馬力,並可有效節省電能使用,以達到提高汽車等續航力,及不須停車充電等效果者。
Description
本發明係有關於一種多圈盤型動力馬達,尤指一種結構簡便且可產生大扭力及高馬力,並可有效節省能源之多圈盤型動力馬達。
按,汽車等由引擎驅動車輛係主要以汽油為燃料,但隨著汽油排放廢氣造成地球暖化與空氣污染等問題,汽電混合車及電動車等車輛係陸續研發問世。
現有汽電混合車與電動車等所使用圓柱型馬達主要設計係為提供予固定在工廠不移動,可接設電源線無限供電,不須使用蓄電池之機器運轉所需,其實際並不適合車輛使用,請參閱第九圖所示,即為現有使用於汽電混合車或電動車之圓柱型馬達(8),其主要構造包含一馬達中心轉軸(81),並於該馬達中心轉軸(81)組設有圓柱型感應線圈轉子(82),且於該圓柱型感應線圈轉子(82)外圍包覆有兩片永久磁片(83),由於現有圓柱型馬達(8)僅設有兩片永久磁片(83),且其馬達扭轉半徑又較小,故所能產生馬力相當有限,而為提高馬力又得輸出更多電能,故實施上極為耗電,以致造成現有電動車續航力不佳,須時常停車充電等問題。
緣是,本發明人有鑑於現有汽電混合車與純電動車等於實施上仍有上述馬力小及耗費能源等缺失,乃藉其多年於相關領域的製造及設計經驗和知識的輔佐,並經多方巧思,研創出本發明。
本發明係有關於一種多圈盤型動力馬達,其主要目的係為了提供一種結構簡便且可產生大扭力及高馬力,並可有效節省能源之多圈盤型動力馬達。
為了達到上述實施目的,本發明人乃以其先前研發並獲准公告之美國申請號第14/613474號及中國申請號第201510083842.2號之「節能汽車及其盤型動力馬達」為基礎,進一步研擬如下多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該多圈盤型動力馬達係包含有一定子基座,並使該定子基座內部形成一腔室,且於該腔室其腔底中央處設有一軸孔,又使該定子基座其腔室之腔底以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,又於該數環槽內各容置有一定子環圈,並使該定子環圈組設有數線圈,另設有一轉子基座,乃使該轉子基座其座體中央處成型有一軸套,且使該軸套中心貫穿一軸孔,並於該軸孔其孔壁成型有一定位部,又使該轉子基座其座體以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,且於該環型凸肋外壁處各組設有數永久磁片,又使該轉子基座與該定子基座對應接合,以使該定子基座其各環型凸肋及定子環圈對應容置於該轉子基座之各環槽中,另使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋及嵌設其上之永久磁片對應容置於該定子基座之各環槽內,以使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋上之永久磁片與該定子基座其各環槽中之定子環圈上線圈相對應,又設有一襯
蓋,並使該襯蓋對應蓋設於該定子基座其腔室之腔口,且使該襯蓋與該定子基座鎖固結合,並於該襯蓋中央處設有一軸孔,另設有一轉軸,乃使該轉軸穿設於該襯蓋、轉子基座及定子基座之軸孔,且使該轉軸上之定位部與該轉子基座其軸孔孔壁之定位部結合定位。
如上所述之多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該多圈盤型動力馬達係包含有至少一霍爾元件,乃使該霍爾元件組設於該定子環圈,並與該定子環圈上之線圈相連結。
如上所述之多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該定子環圈係由其端面沿其軸向成型有數線圈容孔,且於相鄰二線圈容孔間係各捲繞有一該線圈。
如上所述之多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該定子環圈其內壁係於對應該線圈容孔處各成型有一嵌溝,且使該嵌溝與該線圈容孔相通,又使該霍爾元件嵌設於該線圈容孔之嵌溝處定位。
如上所述之多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該轉子基座係於其各環型凸肋外壁處分別凹設有數嵌合部,以於各嵌合部分別嵌設有一該永久磁片。
如上所述之多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該定子環圈係於其外壁成型有數卡溝,另使該定子基座其數環型凸肋及其腔室腔壁於相對該定子環圈之卡溝處係各成型有一對應之卡榫,以分別與該定子環圈之卡溝卡掣定位。
如上所述之多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該轉子基座係於其座體周緣處成型有數平衡片,又使該轉子基座其座體周緣於該平衡片底側處各成型有一補強片,並使該補強片與該平衡片連接為一體。
如上所述之多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該定子基座係於其腔室之腔底中央處成型有一凹槽,並於該凹槽其槽底設有其軸孔,又於該凹槽內容置有一軸承,且設有一止擋件,以擋止於該凹槽之槽口處,而使該軸承定位於該凹槽中,另使該轉軸穿經該定子基座之軸孔,並與該定子基座之軸承相穿接。
如上所述之多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該襯蓋係於其內面中央處凹設有一凹槽,並於該凹槽其槽底設有其軸孔,另於該凹槽內容置有一軸承,且設有一止擋件擋止,以擋止於該凹槽之槽口處,而使該軸承定位於該凹槽中,另使該轉軸穿經該襯蓋之軸孔,以與該襯蓋之軸承相穿接。
藉此,本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達利用於一定子基座內設多個定子環圈,並於一轉子基座之數環型凸肋上嵌設多個永久磁片之簡便結構設計,即可提供大扭力與高馬力輸出,並可有效節省電能使用,以提高汽車等續航力,達到不須停車充電等效果,另由於結構簡便,使用上也不易發生損壞,更可進一步達到降低製造成本及維修成本等效益者。

有一霍爾元件(15),該霍爾元件(15)係可嵌設於該線圈容孔(132)處之嵌溝(133)處定位,又使該定子基座(11)於腔室(111)腔口處成型有一結合凸緣(117),且於該結合凸緣(117)上設有數鎖孔(118),另設有一轉子基座(16),乃使該轉子基座(16)其座體(161)中央處成型有一軸套(162),且使該軸套(162)中心貫穿一軸孔(163),並於該軸孔(163)其孔壁成型有一呈鍵槽狀之定位部(164),又使該轉子基座(16)其座體(161)以其軸孔(163)為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋(165),並於該數環型凸肋(165)間形成有數環槽(166),另於該環型凸肋(165)外壁處各凹設有數嵌合部(167),且於各嵌合部(167)分別嵌設有一永久磁片(17),請一併參閱第六圖所示,另使該轉子基座(16)其座體(161)周緣處成型有數平衡片(168),且使該轉子基座(16)其座體(161)周緣於該平衡片(168)底側各成型有一補強片(169),並使該補強片(169)與該平衡片(168)連接為一體,又使該轉子基座(16)與該定子基座(11)對應接合,以使該定子基座(11)其各環型凸肋(114)及定子環圈(13)對應容置於該轉子基座(16)之各環槽(166)中,另使該轉子基座(16)其各環型凸肋(165)及嵌設其上之永久磁片(17)對應容置於該定子基座(11)之各環槽(115)內,以使該轉子基座(16)其各環型凸肋(165)上之永久磁片(17)與該定子基座(11)其各環槽(115)中之定子環圈(13)上線圈(14)相對應,另設有一襯蓋(18),乃使該襯蓋(18)與該定子基座(11)其腔室(111)
之腔口對應蓋合,並使該襯蓋(18)周緣處設有數鎖孔(181),以與該定子基座(11)其結合凸緣(117)之鎖孔(118)相對應,並以鎖固件穿設鎖接該襯蓋(18)及定子基座(11)之鎖孔(181)、(118),以將襯蓋(18)及定子基座(11)鎖固結合,又於該襯蓋(18)內面中央處凹設有一凹槽(182),並於該凹槽(182)其槽底貫穿一軸孔(183),另於該凹槽(182)內容置有一軸承(184),且以一C型扣等止擋件(185)擋止於該凹槽(182)槽口處,以使該軸承(184)於該凹槽(182)中定位,另使該襯蓋(18)其軸孔(183)與該轉子基座(16)及定子基座(11)之軸孔(163)、(113)相對應,又設有一轉軸(19),乃使該轉軸(19)穿設於該襯蓋(18)、轉子基座(16)及定子基座(11)之軸孔(183)、(163)、(113),並穿接於該襯蓋(18)及定子基座(11)其凹槽(182)、(112)內軸承(184)、(12),且使該轉軸(19)上設有一鍵塊狀之定位部(191),以與該轉子基座(16)其軸孔(163)孔壁呈鍵槽狀之定位部(164)卡掣定位,另使該轉軸(19)二端伸出該襯蓋(18)及定子基座(11)之軸孔(183)、(113)外,復於該襯蓋(18)及定子基座(11)其腔室(111)其腔底上各成型有數透孔(186)、(119)。
據此,當組裝實施時,請一併參閱第七、八圖所示,係可將本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達(1)組裝於一汽車其車體(2)前方約引擎蓋下方或後方行李箱下方處,乃使該汽車車體(2)前、後方兩側各裝設有一車輪(21),又於該車體(2)組設有一啟動馬達(31)及一與該啟動馬達(31)相連結之啟動馬達電池(32),另於該
車體(2)組設有一小型超高轉速汽油引擎(3)及一高效率發電機(4),並使該啟動馬達(31)與該汽油引擎(3)相連結,且使該汽油引擎(3)與發電機(4)相連結,該汽油引擎(3)主要帶動該發電機(4)發電使用,該發電機(4)可發出DC380V~DC480V的高電壓、大電流電能,又於該車體(2)組設有一電能暨馬達控制裝置(5)及至少一電容式電池(6),該電容式電池(6)具有可儲存大容量電能及可快速充放電功能,乃使該發電機(4)與該電能暨馬達控制裝置(5)相連結,並使該電能暨馬達控制裝置(5)與該電容式電池(6)相連結,以由該電能暨馬達控制裝置(5)將該發電機(4)產生的高電壓、大電流的電能進行電壓調節、整流及穩壓等後,調整為適於該電容式電池(6)儲存電能狀態,並使該電容式電池(6)與該多圈盤型動力馬達(1)間以一電源線相連結,又使該電能暨馬達控制裝置(5)與該多圈盤型動力馬達(1)間以一訊號線相連結,以由該電能暨馬達控制裝置(5)控制該多圈盤型動力馬達(1)之啟動、運轉速度及停止等動作,另使該多圈盤型動力馬達(1)其轉軸(19)經由一傳動組件(72)與一組設於該車體(1)之變速箱(7)相連結,該傳動組件(72)可為齒輪機構,且使該變速箱(7)與組設於該車體(2)前方或後方之差速器(71)相連結,並使該差速器(71)與其對應位置之前方或後方的兩側車輪(21)相連結。
藉此,當使用實施時,係由該汽車之啟動馬達(31)驅動該小型超高轉速汽油引擎(3)作動,以由該汽油引擎(3)帶動與其連結之高效率發電機(4)發出高電壓、大電流之電能,並經電能暨馬達控制裝置(5)將該發電機(4)產生電能進行電壓調節、整流及
穩壓等後,調整為適於該電容式電池(6)儲存電能狀態,再輸送予電容式電池(6)儲收,繼由電容式電池(6)將此電能經電源線輸送至多圈盤型動力馬達(1)其定子環圈(13)上所設線圈(14),以使該數定子環圈(13)上線圈(14)導電,而與其相對應之轉子基座(16)上各永久磁片(17)間產生旋轉磁場,以帶動該轉子基座(16)轉動,此時,與該轉子基座(16)相組接之轉軸(19)係隨之轉動,繼由該多圈盤型動力馬達(1)其轉軸(19)帶動相連結之變速箱(7)進行所需扭力及馬力等轉換後,再經由差速器(71)帶動所組接之兩側車輪(21)轉動,以驅使本發明之汽車行進者。
而本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達(1)係使其定子基座(11)內設置有多個直徑漸增之定子環圈(13),並使與該定子基座(11)對接之轉子基座(16)亦成型有多個直徑漸增之環型凸肋(165),該多個定子環圈(13)及多個環型凸肋(165)係可各別加總形成極長扭轉半徑,又藉由多個定子環圈(13)上所設數多線圈(14)及該轉子基座(16)其多個環型凸肋(165)上所設數多永久磁片(17)設置,即可使本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達(1)無論在扭轉半徑及永久磁片(17)數量等上都較現有圓柱型馬達(8)多達數倍以上,依此設計,即可使本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達(1)與現有圓柱型馬達(8)於相同電壓、電流情況下,令該多圈盤型動力馬達(1)可產生較現有圓柱型馬達(8)數倍以上扭力與馬力,以輕易達到汽車啟動及行駛時所需馬力,與爬坡時所需扭力等,並可有效節省電能使用,以提高汽車之續航力,而達到不須停車充電效果,且該多圈盤型動力馬達(1)結構設計相當簡便,除製造成本低外,
維修成本也相對低廉,於使用上也不易發生損壞。另本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達(1)係藉由其內霍爾元件(15)設置,以感測轉子基座(16)轉動時磁場強弱變化,並使定子環圈(13)上之線圈(14)產生對應電壓調節,藉此,以使多圈盤型動力馬達(1)運轉上更加順暢、有效率,再者,當本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達(1)其轉子基座(16)轉動時,該轉子基座(16)外周緣所設數平衡片(168)除可產生風力,以配合該襯蓋(18)及定子基座(11)上所設數透孔(186)、(119)進行散熱外,該轉子基座(16)外周緣之平衡片(168)及補強片(169)設計,更有利維持轉子基座(16)轉動時平衡,以使轉子基座(16)轉動時不致與定子基座(11)發生干涉磨損,以更提高轉子基座(16)運轉順暢性者。
前述之實施例或圖式並非限定本發明之實施樣態,本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達(1)除可裝設於汽車使用外,藉由本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達(1)其高扭轉半徑與數多永久磁片(17)設計,所產生的高扭力及馬力輸出及省電等性能,更可提供作為船艦或潛水艇等之動力來源,以適用長時間海上航行所需,且該多圈盤型動力馬達(1)作動上極為安靜,當使用於潛水艇時,更可避免潛水艇遭聲納偵測到位置危險者。
由上述結構及實施方式可知,本發明係具有如下優點:
1.本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達係藉其定子基座所設多個定子環圈,及轉子基座其多個環型凸肋上所設數多永久磁片設置,以產生大扭力與高馬力,並可有效節省電能使用,以提高汽車之續航力,達到不須停車充電效果。
2.本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達係主要於一定子基座內設多個定子環圈,並於一轉子基座之數環型凸肋上嵌設多個永久磁片,藉此簡便結構設計,以達到省電及大扭力與馬力傳動效果,且由於結構簡便故可有效降低製造成本及維修成本,另於使用上也不易發生損壞。
3.本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達係於其定子基座組設有霍爾元件,並使該霍爾元件與線圈相連結,藉此霍爾元件以感測轉子基座轉動時磁場強弱變化,並使線圈產生對應電壓調節,於此,以提高多圈盤型動力馬達運轉順暢性及效率。
4.本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達係於其轉子基座外周緣設有數平衡片,以使轉子基座轉動時可產生風力,以產生散熱效果,另藉由該轉子基座外周緣之平衡片及補強片設計,以維持轉子基座轉動時平衡,而使轉子基座轉動時不致與定子基座發生磨損,以更提高轉子基座運轉順暢性。
綜上所述,本發明之實施例確能達到所預期功效,又其所揭露之具體構造,不僅未曾見諸於同類產品中,亦未曾公開於申請前,誠已完全符合專利法之規定與要求,爰依法提出發明專利之申請,懇請惠予審查,並賜准專利,則實感德便。
Claims (10)
- 一種多圈盤型動力馬達,係包含有一定子基座,並使該定子基座內部形成一腔室,且於該腔室其腔底中央處設有一軸孔,又使該定子基座其腔室之腔底以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,又於該數環槽內各容置有一定子環圈,並使該定子環圈組設有數線圈,另設有一轉子基座,乃使該轉子基座其座體中央處成型有一軸套,且使該軸套中心貫穿一軸孔,並於該軸孔其孔壁成型有一定位部,又使該轉子基座其座體以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,且於該環型凸肋外壁處各組設有數永久磁片,又使該轉子基座與該定子基座對應接合,以使該定子基座其各環型凸肋及定子環圈對應容置於該轉子基座之各環槽中,另使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋及嵌設其上之永久磁片對應容置於該定子基座之各環槽內,以使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋上之永久磁片與該定子基座其各環槽中之定子環圈上線圈相對應,又設有一襯蓋,並使該襯蓋對應蓋設於該定子基座其腔室之腔口,且使該襯蓋與該定子基座鎖固結合,並於該襯蓋中央處設有一軸孔,另設有一轉軸,乃使該轉軸穿設於該襯蓋、轉子基座及定子基座之軸孔,且使該轉軸上之定位部與該轉子基座其軸孔孔壁之定位部結合定位。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該多圈盤型動力馬達係包含有至少一霍爾元件,乃使該霍爾元件組設於該定子環圈,並與該定子環圈上之線圈相連結。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該定子環圈係由其端面沿其軸向成型有數線圈容孔,且於相鄰二線圈容孔間係各捲繞有一該線圈。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該定子環圈其內壁係於對應該線圈容孔處各成型有一嵌溝,且使該嵌溝與該線圈容孔相通,又使該霍爾元件嵌設於該線圈容孔之嵌溝處定位。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該定子環圈係由其端面沿其軸向成型有數線圈容孔,且於相鄰二線圈容孔間係各捲繞有一該線圈。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該轉子基座係於其各環型凸肋外壁處分別凹設有數嵌合部,以於各嵌合部分別嵌設有一該永久磁片。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該定子環圈係於其外壁成型有數卡溝,另使該定子基座其數環型凸肋及其腔室腔壁於相對該定子環圈之卡溝處係各成型有一對應之卡榫,以分別與該定子環圈之卡溝卡掣定位。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該轉子基座係於其座體周緣處成型有數平衡片,又使該轉子基座其座體周緣於該平衡片底側處各成型有一補強片,並使該補強片與該平衡片連接為一體。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該定子基座係於其腔室之腔底中央處成型有一凹槽,並於該凹槽其槽底設有其軸孔,又於該凹槽內容置有一軸承,且設有一止擋件,以擋止於該凹槽之槽口處,而使該軸承定位於該凹槽中,另使該轉軸穿經該定子基座之軸孔,並與該定子基座之軸承相穿接。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述多圈盤型動力馬達,其中,該襯蓋係於其內面中央處凹設有一凹槽,並於該凹槽其槽底設有其軸孔,另於該凹槽內容置有一軸承,且設有一止擋件擋止,以擋止於該凹槽之槽口處,而使該軸承定位於該凹槽中,另使該轉軸穿經該襯蓋之軸孔,以與該襯蓋之軸承相穿接。
