Abstract

本發明係有關於一種節能汽車,係主要於車體其前、後方裝設有車輪,並於車體組設有汽油引擎,以驅動發電機產生電能,並使該電能輸送至電容式電池,繼由電容式電池將電能經電源線輸送至多圈盤型動力馬達,以由多圈盤型動力馬達經變速箱及差速器,帶動與差速器相連結之車輪轉動,以驅使汽車行進,而藉由多圈盤型動力馬達其定子基座所設多個定子環圈,及轉子基座其多個環型凸肋上所設數多永久磁片設置,以產生大扭力與高馬力,並可有效節省電能使用,以達到提高汽車之續航力,及不須停車充電等效果。

Description

節能汽車
本發明係有關於一種節能汽車,尤指一種可產生大扭力及高馬力,並可有效節省能源,以達到不須停車充電等功效之一種節能汽車。
按,汽車等由引擎驅動車輛係主要以汽油為燃料,但隨著汽油排放廢氣造成地球暖化與空氣污染等問題,汽電混合車及電動車等車輛係陸續研發問世。
現有汽電混合車與電動車等所使用圓柱型馬達主要設計係為提供予固定在工廠不移動,可接設電源線無限供電,不須使用蓄電池之機器運轉所需,其實際並不適合車輛使用,請參閱第十一圖所示,即為現有使用於汽電混合車或電動車之圓柱型馬達(9),其主要構造包含一馬達中心轉軸(91),並於該馬達中心轉軸(91)組設有圓柱型感應線圈轉子(92),且於該圓柱型感應線圈轉子(92)外圍包覆有兩片永久磁片(93),由於現有圓柱型馬達(9)僅設有兩片永久磁片(93),且其馬達扭轉半徑又較小,故所能產生馬力相當有限,而為提高馬力又得輸出更多電能,故實施上極為耗電,以致造成現有電動車續航力不佳,須時常停車充電等問題。
緣是,本發明人有鑑於現有汽電混合車與純電動車等於實施上仍有上述馬力小及耗費能源等缺失,乃藉其多年於相關領域的製造及設計經驗和知識的輔佐,並經多方巧思,研創出本發明。
本發明係有關於一種節能汽車,其主要目的係為了提供一種可產生大扭力及高馬力,並可有效節省能源,以達到不須停車充電等功效之一種節能汽車。
為了達到上述實施目的,本發明人乃以其先前研發並獲准公告之美國申請號第14/613,474號及中國申請號第201510083842.2號之「汽車及其盤型動力馬達」為基礎,進一步研擬如下其一節能汽車,其中,該其一節能汽車係設有一車體,並於車體前方及後方兩側分別裝設有一車輪,且於該車體組設有一汽油引擎及一發電機,並使該汽油引擎與發電機相連結,又於該車體組設有一電能暨馬達控制裝置及至少一電容式電池,並使該發電機連結該電能暨馬達控制裝置,且使該電能暨馬達控制裝置與該電容式電池相連結,另於該車體前方及後方其中之一處組設有一多圈盤型動力馬達,並使該電容式電池與該多圈盤型動力馬達間以一電源線相連結,且使該電能暨馬達控制裝置與該多圈盤型動力馬達間以一訊號線相連結,該多圈盤型動力馬達係包含有一定子基座,並使該定子基座內部形成一腔室,且於該腔室其腔底中央處設有一軸孔,又使該定子基座其腔室之腔底以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,又於該數環槽內各容置有一定子環圈,並使該定子環圈組設有數線圈,且使該線圈與該電容式電池之電源線相接設,另設有一轉子基座,乃使該轉子基座其座體中央處成型有一軸套,且使該 軸套中心貫穿一軸孔,並於該軸孔其孔壁成型有一定位部,又使該轉子基座其座體以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,且於該環型凸肋外壁處各組設有數永久磁片,又使該轉子基座與該定子基座對應接合,以使該定子基座其各環型凸肋及定子環圈對應容置於該轉子基座之各環槽中,另使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋及嵌設其上之永久磁片對應容置於該定子基座之各環槽內,以使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋上之永久磁片與該定子基座其各環槽中之定子環圈上線圈相對應,又設有一襯蓋,並使該襯蓋對應蓋設於該定子基座其腔室之腔口,且使該襯蓋與該定子基座鎖固結合,並於該襯蓋中央處設有一軸孔,另設有一轉軸,乃使該轉軸穿設於該襯蓋、轉子基座及定子基座之軸孔,且使該轉軸上之定位部與該轉子基座其軸孔孔壁之定位部結合定位,又使該多圈盤型動力馬達其轉軸一端與一組設於該車體之變速箱相連結,且使該變速箱與組設於該車體前方及後方其中之一的差速器相連結,並使該差速器與其對應位置之前方及後方其中之一的兩側車輪相連結。
本發明人係又研擬有如下其二節能汽車,該其二節能汽車係設有一車體,並於車體前方及後方兩側分別裝設有一車輪,且於該車體組設有一汽油引擎及一發電機,並使該汽油引擎與發電機相連結,又於該車體組設有一電能暨馬達控制裝置及至少一電容式電池,並使該發電機連結該電能暨馬達控制裝置,且使該電能暨馬達控制裝置與該電容式電池相連結,另於該車體前方及後方處各組設有一多圈盤型動力馬達,並使該電容式電池連結二條電源線,以分別與組設於該車體前方及後方之二多圈盤型動力馬達相連結,且使該電能暨馬達控制裝置 連結二條訊號線,以各與組設於該車體前方及後方之二多圈盤型動力馬達相連結,該多圈盤型動力馬達係包含有一定子基座,並使該定子基座內部形成一腔室,且於該腔室其腔底中央處設有一軸孔,又使該定子基座其腔室之腔底以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,又於該數環槽內各容置有一定子環圈,並使該定子環圈組設有數線圈,且使該線圈與該電容式電池之電源線相接設,另設有一轉子基座,乃使該轉子基座其座體中央處成型有一軸套,且使該軸套中心貫穿一軸孔,並於該軸孔其孔壁成型有一定位部,又使該轉子基座其座體以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,且於該環型凸肋外壁處各組設有數永久磁片,又使該轉子基座與該定子基座對應接合,以使該定子基座其各環型凸肋及定子環圈對應容置於該轉子基座之各環槽中,另使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋及嵌設其上之永久磁片對應容置於該定子基座之各環槽內,以使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋上之永久磁片與該定子基座其各環槽中之定子環圈上線圈相對應,又設有一襯蓋,並使該襯蓋對應蓋設於該定子基座其腔室之腔口,且使該襯蓋與該定子基座鎖固結合,並於該襯蓋中央處設有一軸孔,另設有一轉軸,乃使該轉軸穿設於該襯蓋、轉子基座及定子基座之軸孔,且使該轉軸上之定位部與該轉子基座其軸孔孔壁之定位部結合定位,又使該二多圈盤型動力馬達其轉軸一端各與一組設於該車體之變速箱相連結,且使該二變速箱分別與組設於該車體前方及後方之差速器相連結,並使位於該車體前方及後方之二差速器分別與其對應位置之前方及後方的兩側車輪相連結。
如上所述之節能汽車,其中,該車體係組設有一啟動馬達及一與該啟動馬達相連結之啟動馬達電池,並使該啟動馬達與該汽油引擎相連結。
如上所述之節能汽車,其中,該車體係組設有一引擎排氣淨化裝置,乃使該引擎排氣淨化裝置一端與該汽油引擎相連結,又使該引擎排氣淨化裝置另端與一排氣管一端相連結,另使該排氣管另端與一排氣消音器相連結。
本發明人係再研擬有如下其三節能汽車,該其三節能汽車係設有一車體,並於車體前方及後方兩側分別裝設有一車輪,又於該車體組設有一供電單元及一電能暨馬達控制裝置,並使該供電單元與該電能暨馬達控制裝置相連結,另於該車體前方及後方其中之一處組設有一多圈盤型動力馬達,並使該供電單元與該多圈盤型動力馬達間以一電源線相連結,且使該電能暨馬達控制裝置與該多圈盤型動力馬達間以一訊號線相連結,該多圈盤型動力馬達係包含有一定子基座,並使該定子基座內部形成一腔室,且於該腔室其腔底中央處設有一軸孔,又使該定子基座其腔室之腔底以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,又於該數環槽內各容置有一定子環圈,並使該定子環圈組設有數線圈,且使該線圈與該供電單元之電源線相接設,另設有一轉子基座,乃使該轉子基座其座體中央處成型有一軸套,且使該軸套中心貫穿一軸孔,並於該軸孔其孔壁成型有一定位部,又使該轉子基座其座體以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,且於該環型凸肋外壁處各組設有數永久磁片,又使該轉子基座與該定子基座對應接合,以使該定 子基座其各環型凸肋及定子環圈對應容置於該轉子基座之各環槽中,另使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋及嵌設其上之永久磁片對應容置於該定子基座之各環槽內,以使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋上之永久磁片與該定子基座其各環槽中之定子環圈上線圈相對應,又設有一襯蓋,並使該襯蓋對應蓋設於該定子基座其腔室之腔口,且使該襯蓋與該定子基座鎖固結合,並於該襯蓋中央處設有一軸孔,另設有一轉軸,乃使該轉軸穿設於該襯蓋、轉子基座及定子基座之軸孔,且使該轉軸上之定位部與該轉子基座其軸孔孔壁之定位部結合定位,又使該多圈盤型動力馬達其轉軸一端與一組設於該車體之變速箱相連結,且使該變速箱與組設於該車體前方及後方其中之一的差速器相連結,並使該差速器與其對應位置之前方及後方其中之一的兩側車輪相連結。
本發明人係另研擬有如下其四節能汽車,該其四節能汽車係設有一車體,並於車體前方及後方兩側分別裝設有一車輪,又於該車體組設有一供電單元及一電能暨馬達控制裝置,並使該供電單元與該電能暨馬達控制裝置相連結,另於該車體前方及後方處各組設有一多圈盤型動力馬達,並使該供電單元連結二條電源線,以分別與組設於該車體前方及後方之二多圈盤型動力馬達相連結,且使該電能暨馬達控制裝置連結二條訊號線,以各與組設於該車體前方及後方之二多圈盤型動力馬達相連結,該多圈盤型動力馬達係包含有一定子基座,並使該定子基座內部形成一腔室,且於該腔室其腔底中央處設有一軸孔,又使該定子基座其腔室之腔底以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,又於該數環槽內各容置有一定子環圈,並使該定子環圈組設有數線圈,且使該線圈與該供電單元之電源線相接設,另設有一轉子基座, 乃使該轉子基座其座體中央處成型有一軸套,且使該軸套中心貫穿一軸孔,並於該軸孔其孔壁成型有一定位部,又使該轉子基座其座體以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,且於該環型凸肋外壁處各組設有數永久磁片,又使該轉子基座與該定子基座對應接合,以使該定子基座其各環型凸肋及定子環圈對應容置於該轉子基座之各環槽中,另使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋及嵌設其上之永久磁片對應容置於該定子基座之各環槽內,以使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋上之永久磁片與該定子基座其各環槽中之定子環圈上線圈相對應,又設有一襯蓋,並使該襯蓋對應蓋設於該定子基座其腔室之腔口,且使該襯蓋與該定子基座鎖固結合,並於該襯蓋中央處設有一軸孔,另設有一轉軸,乃使該轉軸穿設於該襯蓋、轉子基座及定子基座之軸孔,且使該轉軸上之定位部與該轉子基座其軸孔孔壁之定位部結合定位,又使該二多圈盤型動力馬達其轉軸一端各與一組設於該車體之變速箱相連結,且使該二變速箱分別與組設於該車體前方及後方之差速器相連結,並使位於該車體前方及後方之二差速器分別與其對應位置之前方及後方的兩側車輪相連結。
如上所述之節能汽車,其中,該供電單元係為複數蓄電池。
如上所述之節能汽車,其中,該車體係於其底部設有二相鄰並排設立之支撐樑,乃使該支撐樑包含一第一支撐段、一第二支撐段及樞接於該第一支撐段與第二支撐段間之一防震緩衝桿,又對應該多圈盤型動力馬達設置,而於該二支撐樑間組接有至少一固定架,以使該至少一固定架上對應鎖固有一該多圈盤型動力馬達。
如上所述之節能汽車,其中,該多圈盤型動力馬達係包含有至少一霍爾元件,乃使該霍爾元件組設於該定子環圈,並與該定子環圈上之線圈相連結。
如上所述之節能汽車,其中,該多圈盤型動力馬達之轉子基座係於其座體周緣處成型有數平衡片,又使該轉子基座其座體周緣於該平衡片底側處各成型有一補強片,並使該補強片與該平衡片連接為一體。
藉此,本發明於使用時,係由汽油引擎驅動發電機產生電能,並經電能暨馬達控制裝置將電能輸送至電容式電池,繼由電容式電池將電能經電源線輸送至多圈盤型動力馬達,以由多圈盤型動力馬達經變速箱及差速器,帶動與差速器相連結之車輪轉動,以驅使汽車行進,而藉由多圈盤型動力馬達其定子基座所設多個定子環圈,及轉子基座其多個環型凸肋上所設數多永久磁片設置,以產生大扭力與高馬力,並可有效節省電能使用,以達到提高汽車之續航力,及不須停車充電等效果。

據此,當使用實施時,係由本發明之啟動馬達(21)驅動該小型超高轉速汽油引擎(2)作動,以由該汽油引擎(2)帶動與其連結之高效率發電機(3)發出DC380V~DC480V之高電壓、大電流之電能,並經電能暨馬達控制裝置(4)將該發電機(3)產生電能進行電壓調節、整流及穩壓等後,調整為適於該電容式電池(5)儲存電能狀態,再輸送予電容式電池(5)儲收,繼由電容式電池(5)將此電能經由電源線(51)輸送至多圈盤型動力馬達(6)其定子環圈(63)上所設線圈(64),以使該數定子環圈(63)上線圈(64)導電,而與其相對應之轉子基座(66)上各永久磁片(6 7)間產生旋轉磁場,以帶動該轉子基座(66)轉動,此時,與該轉子基座(66)相組接之轉軸(69)係隨之轉動,繼由該多圈盤型動力馬達(6)其轉軸(69)帶動相連結之變速箱(7)進行所需扭力及馬力等轉換後,再經由差速器(71)帶動所組接之兩側車輪(11)轉動,以驅使本發明之節能汽車行進者,又本發明係可由駕駛室內所設變速手把(72)控制該變速箱(7)變速檔位,以因應各種駕駛路況所需,另當汽油引擎(2)作動時,該汽油引擎(2)排放廢氣係會通過連結之引擎排氣淨化裝置(8)將廢氣濾淨後,再經排氣管(81)由車體(1)後端處之排氣消音器(82)將廢氣排出,以達到低污染及低噪音等環保需求。
另本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達(6)係使其定子基座(61)內設置有多個直徑漸增之定子環圈(63),並使與該定子基座(61)對接之轉子基座(66)亦成型有多個直徑漸增之環型凸肋(665),該多個定子環圈(63)及多個環型凸肋(665)係可各別加總形成極長扭轉半徑,又藉由多個定子環圈(63)上所設數多線圈(64)及該轉子基座(66)其多個環型凸肋(665)上所設數多永久磁片(67)設置,即可使本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達(6)無論在扭轉半徑及永久磁片(67)數量等上都較現有圓柱型馬達(9)多達數倍以上,依此設計,即可使本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達(6)與現有圓柱型馬達(9)於相同電壓、電流情況下,令該多圈盤型動力馬達(6)可產生較現有圓柱型馬達(9)數倍以上扭力與馬力,以輕易達到汽車啟動及行駛時所需馬力,與爬坡時所需扭力等,並可有效節省電能使用,以提高汽車之續航力,而達到不須停車充電效果,且該多圈盤型動力馬達(6)結構設計相當簡便,除製造成本低外, 維修成本也相對低廉,於使用上也不易發生損壞。另本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達(6)係藉由其內霍爾元件(65)設置,以感測轉子基座(66)轉動時磁場強弱變化,並使定子環圈(63)上之線圈(64)產生對應電壓調節,藉此,以使多圈盤型動力馬達(6)運轉上更加順暢、有效率,再者,當本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達(6)其轉子基座(66)轉動時,該轉子基座(66)外周緣所設數平衡片(668)除可產生風力,以配合該襯蓋(68)及定子基座(61)上所設數透孔(686)、(619)進行散熱外,該轉子基座(66)外周緣之平衡片(668)及補強片(669)設計,更有利維持轉子基座(66)轉動時平衡,以使轉子基座(66)轉動時不致與定子基座(61)發生干涉磨損,以更提高轉子基座(66)運轉順暢性者。
前述之實施例或圖式並非限定本發明之實施樣態,本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達(6)除可組設於車體(1)前方引擎蓋下方處,以使變速箱(7)與位於車體(1)前方兩側車輪(11)之差速器(71)相連結,作為汽車前輪驅動使用外,請一併參閱第九圖所示,該多圈盤型動力馬達(6)也可組設於車體(1)後方行李箱下方處,以同樣與變速箱(7)連結後,使該變速箱(7)與位於車體(1)後方兩側車輪(11)之差速器(71)相連結,以提供汽車後輪驅動使用,另請一併參閱第十圖所示,本發明亦可於車體(1)前方引擎蓋下方處及後方行李箱下方處各組設有一多圈盤型動力馬達(6),且使該車體(1)之二支撐樑(12)間之前、後方處各組接有一固定架(13),並使該二多圈盤型動力馬達(6)分別鎖固於一固定架(13)上,又使該電容式電池(5)連結二條電源線(51), 以分別與組設於車體(1)前、後方之二多圈盤型動力馬達(6)相連結,且使該電能暨馬達控制裝置(4)亦連結有二條訊號線(41),以各與組設於該車體前、後方之二多圈盤型動力馬達(6)相連結,又使該位於車體(1)前、後方之二多圈盤型動力馬達(6)分別連結有一變速箱(7),並使該二變速箱(7)分別與位於車體(1)前方之兩側車輪(11)的差速器(71)及位於車體(1)後方之兩側車輪(11)的差速器(71)相連結,依此,即可提供需大馬力之越野車、戰車等四輪驅動使用,再者,本發明之節能汽車亦可將其汽油引擎(2)、發電機(3)及電容式電池(5)等組件,以一般蓄電池取代,並使該由複數蓄電池組成之供電單元連結電源線,以經電源線供電予本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達(6),藉由本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達(6)其高扭轉半徑與數多永久磁片(67)設計,當本發明為純電動車時,其所使用到的電量亦可約為現有純電動車節省一半以上,以有效提高電動車續航力。又本發明之多圈盤型動力馬達(6)除運用於汽車外,藉其高扭力及馬力輸出及省電等性能,也可作為船艦或潛水艇等之動力來源,以適用長時間海上航行所需,且該多圈盤型動力馬達(6)作動上極為安靜,當使用於潛水艇時,更可避免潛水艇遭聲納偵測到位置危險者。
由上述結構及實施方式可知,本發明係具有如下優點:
1.本發明之節能汽車係藉由多圈盤型動力馬達其定子基座所設多個定子環圈,及轉子基座其多個環型凸肋上所設數多永久磁片設置,以產生大扭力與高馬力,並可有效節省電能使用,以提高汽車之續航力,達到不須停車充電效果。
2.本發明之節能汽車係裝設有引擎排氣淨化裝置及排氣消音器,以使汽油引擎作動排放廢氣經由該引擎排氣淨化裝置濾淨後,再經排氣消音器將廢氣排出,依此,以符合低污染及低噪音環保需求者。
3.本發明之節能汽車其多圈盤型動力馬達係主要於一定子基座內設多個定子環圈,並於一轉子基座之數環型凸肋上嵌設多個永久磁片,藉此簡便結構設計,以達到省電及大扭力與馬力傳動效果,且由於結構簡便故可有效降低製造成本及維修成本,另於使用上也不易發生損壞。
4.本發明之節能汽車其多圈盤型動力馬達係於其定子基座組設有霍爾元件,並使該霍爾元件與線圈相連結,藉此霍爾元件以感測轉子基座轉動時磁場強弱變化,並使線圈產生對應電壓調節,於此,以提高多圈盤型動力馬達運轉順暢性及效率。
5.本發明之節能汽車其多圈盤型動力馬達係於其轉子基座外周緣設有數平衡片,以使轉子基座轉動時可產生風力,以產生散熱效果,另藉由該轉子基座外周緣之平衡片及補強片設計,以維持轉子基座轉動時平衡,而使轉子基座轉動時不致與定子基座發生磨損,以更提高轉子基座運轉順暢性。
綜上所述,本發明之實施例確能達到所預期功效,又其所揭露之具體構造,不僅未曾見諸於同類產品中,亦未曾公開於申請前,誠已完全符合專利法之規定與要求,爰依法提出發明專利之申請,懇請惠予審查,並賜准專利,則實感德便。

  1. 一種節能汽車,係設有一車體,並於車體前方及後方兩側分別裝設有一車輪,且於該車體組設有一汽油引擎及一發電機,並使該汽油引擎與發電機相連結,又於該車體組設有一電能暨馬達控制裝置及至少一電容式電池,並使該發電機連結該電能暨馬達控制裝置,且使該電能暨馬達控制裝置與該電容式電池相連結,另於該車體前方及後方其中之一處組設有一多圈盤型動力馬達,並使該電容式電池與該多圈盤型動力馬達間以一電源線相連結,且使該電能暨馬達控制裝置與該多圈盤型動力馬達間以一訊號線相連結,該多圈盤型動力馬達係包含有一定子基座,並使該定子基座內部形成一腔室,且於該腔室其腔底中央處設有一軸孔,又使該定子基座其腔室之腔底以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,又於該數環槽內各容置有一定子環圈,並使該定子環圈組設有數線圈,且使該線圈與該電容式電池之電源線相接設,另設有一轉子基座,乃使該轉子基座其座體中央處成型有一軸套,且使該軸套中心貫穿一軸孔,並於該軸孔其孔壁成型有一定位部,又使該轉子基座其座體以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,且於該環型凸肋外壁處各組設有數永久磁片,又使該轉子基座與該定子基座對應接合,以使該定子基座其各環型凸肋及定子環圈對應容置於該轉子基座之各環槽中,另使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋及嵌設其上之永久磁片對應容置於該定子基座之各環槽內,以使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋上之永久磁片與該定子基座其各環槽中之定子環圈上線圈相對應,又設有一襯蓋,並使該襯蓋對應蓋設於該定子基座其腔室之腔口,且使該襯蓋與該定子基座鎖固結合,並於該襯蓋中央處設有一軸孔,另設有一轉軸,乃使該轉軸穿設於該襯蓋、轉子基座及定子基座之軸孔,且使該轉軸上之定位部與該轉子基座其軸孔孔壁之定位部結合定位,又使該多圈盤型動力馬達其轉軸一端與一組設於該車體之變速箱相連結,且使該變速箱與組設於該車體前方及後方其中之一的差速器相連結,並使該差速器與其對應位置之前方及後方其中之一的兩側車輪相連結。
  2. 一種節能汽車,係設有一車體,並於車體前方及後方兩側分別裝設有一車輪,且於該車體組設有一汽油引擎及一發電機,並使該汽油引擎與發電機相連結,又於該車體組設有一電能暨馬達控制裝置及至少一電容式電池,並使該發電機連結該電能暨馬達控制裝置,且使該電能暨馬達控制裝置與該電容式電池相連結,另於該車體前方及後方處各組設有一多圈盤型動力馬達,並使該電容式電池連結二條電源線,以分別與組設於該車體前方及後方之二多圈盤型動力馬達相連結,且使該電能暨馬達控制裝置連結二條訊號線,以各與組設於該車體前方及後方之二多圈盤型動力馬達相連結,該多圈盤型動力馬達係包含有一定子基座,並使該定子基座內部形成一腔室,且於該腔室其腔底中央處設有一軸孔,又使該定子基座其腔室之腔底以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,又於該數環槽內各容置有一定子環圈,並使該定子環圈組設有數線圈,且使該線圈與該電容式電池之電源線相接設,另設有一轉子基座,乃使該轉子基座其座體中央處成型有一軸套,且使該軸套中心貫穿一軸孔,並於該軸孔其孔壁成型有一定位部,又使該轉子基座其座體以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,且於該環型凸肋外壁處各組設有數永久磁片,又使該轉子基座與該定子基座對應接合,以使該定子基座其各環型凸肋及定子環圈對應容置於該轉子基座之各環槽中,另使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋及嵌設其上之永久磁片對應容置於該定子基座之各環槽內,以使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋上之永久磁片與該定子基座其各環槽中之定子環圈上線圈相對應,又設有一襯蓋,並使該襯蓋對應蓋設於該定子基座其腔室之腔口,且使該襯蓋與該定子基座鎖固結合,並於該襯蓋中央處設有一軸孔,另設有一轉軸,乃使該轉軸穿設於該襯蓋、轉子基座及定子基座之軸孔,且使該轉軸上之定位部與該轉子基座其軸孔孔壁之定位部結合定位,又使該二多圈盤型動力馬達其轉軸一端各與一組設於該車體之變速箱相連結,且使該二變速箱分別與組設於該車體前方及後方之差速器相連結,並使位於該車體前方及後方之二差速器分別與其對應位置之前方及後方的兩側車輪相連結。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述節能汽車,其中,該車體係組設有一啟動馬達及一與該啟動馬達相連結之啟動馬達電池,並使該啟動馬達與該汽油引擎相連結。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述節能汽車,其中,該車體係組設有一引擎排氣淨化裝置,乃使該引擎排氣淨化裝置一端與該汽油引擎相連結,又使該引擎排氣淨化裝置另端與一排氣管一端相連結,另使該排氣管另端與一排氣消音器相連結。
  5. 一種節能汽車,係設有一車體,並於車體前方及後方兩側分別裝設有一車輪,又於該車體組設有一供電單元及一電能暨馬達控制裝置,並使該供電單元與該電能暨馬達控制裝置相連結,另於該車體前方及後方其中之一處組設有一多圈盤型動力馬達,並使該供電單元與該多圈盤型動力馬達間以一電源線相連結,且使該電能暨馬達控制裝置與該多圈盤型動力馬達間以一訊號線相連結,該多圈盤型動力馬達係包含有一定子基座,並使該定子基座內部形成一腔室,且於該腔室其腔底中央處設有一軸孔,又使該定子基座其腔室之腔底以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,又於該數環槽內各容置有一定子環圈,並使該定子環圈組設有數線圈,且使該線圈與該供電單元之電源線相接設,另設有一轉子基座,乃使該轉子基座其座體中央處成型有一軸套,且使該軸套中心貫穿一軸孔,並於該軸孔其孔壁成型有一定位部,又使該轉子基座其座體以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,且於該環型凸肋外壁處各組設有數永久磁片,又使該轉子基座與該定子基座對應接合,以使該定子基座其各環型凸肋及定子環圈對應容置於該轉子基座之各環槽中,另使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋及嵌設其上之永久磁片對應容置於該定子基座之各環槽內,以使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋上之永久磁片與該定子基座其各環槽中之定子環圈上線圈相對應,又設有一襯蓋,並使該襯蓋對應蓋設於該定子基座其腔室之腔口,且使該襯蓋與該定子基座鎖固結合,並於該襯蓋中央處設有一軸孔,另設有一轉軸,乃使該轉軸穿設於該襯蓋、轉子基座及定子基座之軸孔,且使該轉軸上之定位部與該轉子基座其軸孔孔壁之定位部結合定位,又使該多圈盤型動力馬達其轉軸一端與一組設於該車體之變速箱相連結,且使該變速箱與組設於該車體前方及後方其中之一的差速器相連結,並使該差速器與其對應位置之前方及後方其中之一的兩側車輪相連結。
  6. 一種節能汽車,係設有一車體,並於車體前方及後方兩側分別裝設有一車輪,又於該車體組設有一供電單元及一電能暨馬達控制裝置,並使該供電單元與該電能暨馬達控制裝置相連結,另於該車體前方及後方處各組設有一多圈盤型動力馬達,並使該供電單元連結二條電源線,以分別與組設於該車體前方及後方之二多圈盤型動力馬達相連結,且使該電能暨馬達控制裝置連結二條訊號線,以各與組設於該車體前方及後方之二多圈盤型動力馬達相連結,該多圈盤型動力馬達係包含有一定子基座,並使該定子基座內部形成一腔室,且於該腔室其腔底中央處設有一軸孔,又使該定子基座其腔室之腔底以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,又於該數環槽內各容置有一定子環圈,並使該定子環圈組設有數線圈,且使該線圈與該供電單元之電源線相接設,另設有一轉子基座,乃使該轉子基座其座體中央處成型有一軸套,且使該軸套中心貫穿一軸孔,並於該軸孔其孔壁成型有一定位部,又使該轉子基座其座體以其軸孔為中心,成型有同心設立且由中心往外直徑漸增之數環型凸肋,並於該數環型凸肋間形成有數環槽,且於該環型凸肋外壁處各組設有數永久磁片,又使該轉子基座與該定子基座對應接合,以使該定子基座其各環型凸肋及定子環圈對應容置於該轉子基座之各環槽中,另使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋及嵌設其上之永久磁片對應容置於該定子基座之各環槽內,以使該轉子基座其各環型凸肋上之永久磁片與該定子基座其各環槽中之定子環圈上線圈相對應,又設有一襯蓋,並使該襯蓋對應蓋設於該定子基座其腔室之腔口,且使該襯蓋與該定子基座鎖固結合,並於該襯蓋中央處設有一軸孔,另設有一轉軸,乃使該轉軸穿設於該襯蓋、轉子基座及定子基座之軸孔,且使該轉軸上之定位部與該轉子基座其軸孔孔壁之定位部結合定位,又使該二多圈盤型動力馬達其轉軸一端各與一組設於該車體之變速箱相連結,且使該二變速箱分別與組設於該車體前方及後方之差速器相連結,並使位於該車體前方及後方之二差速器分別與其對應位置之前方及後方的兩側車輪相連結。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5或6項所述節能汽車,其中,該供電單元係為複數蓄電池。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1、2、5或6項所述節能汽車,其中,該車體係於其底部設有二相鄰並排設立之支撐樑,乃使該支撐樑包含一第一支撐段、一第二支撐段及樞接於該第一支撐段與第二支撐段間之一防震緩衝桿,又對應該多圈盤型動力馬達設置,而於該二支撐樑間組接有至少一固定架,以使該至少一固定架上對應鎖固有一該多圈盤型動力馬達。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1、2、5或6項所述節能汽車,其中,該多圈盤型動力馬達係包含有至少一霍爾元件,乃使該霍爾元件組設於該定子環圈,並與該定子環圈上之線圈相連結。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1、2、5或6項所述節能汽車,其中,該多圈盤型動力馬達之轉子基座係於其座體周緣處成型有數平衡片,又使該轉子基座其座體周緣於該平衡片底側處各成型有一補強片,並使該補強片與該平衡片連接為一體。
